Today it's pretty crowded here - the seats are mostly taken. It's better to make a reservation after all. By the time I left, there were several groups waiting in line... Today, I will be ordering individual items. I will have the kalbi and harami. I haven't had kalbi much lately, but this one isn't too rich and is easy to eat, and it's delicious. There are plenty of set meals available, but I really like grilling my own meat. The lunch grilling menu is around 1,000 yen and comes with salad and a drink, making it a really good deal. But it seems like most people prefer the set meals. The menu is extensive and it's hard to decide. The bibimbap is also delicious.

Today was the first day of the Tokyo Revengers movie screening. After work, I went to Namba Parks Cinema. It was the Night Theater starting at 8:10 PM, so I had dinner before that. There are various dining options inside Namba Parks, so it's hard to choose. After much deliberation, I settled on this restaurant on the 7th floor. It was a yakiniku dinner starting with salted beef tongue. It was a nice change from my usual yakiniku spot. The meat was decently tasty. The highlight was the citrus cold noodles with lots of lemon. It was refreshing and I really liked it. I might visit again if I have the chance. Thank you for the meal!

Lately, weekends have been quite crowded, but today was a bit quieter. I decided to have my usual yakiniku lunch here. I chose to have individual items today. I had "salted tongue, harami, bibimbap, and grilled vegetables" among others. I wanted to eat more, but I'm already full. The bibimbap, which is not cooked in a stone pot, was my first time trying it, and it was satisfying with a good portion size. However, I still think it tastes better when cooked in a stone pot. My favorite items are salted tongue and harami, and sometimes I add hormone as well. I also love grilled vegetables, especially onions.

I went to Namba Parks for the first time in a while. I always look for weekday lunch specials when I come on weekdays. I saw a BBQ lunch for only 1000 yen (tax included), which caught my attention, so I decided to try it out. After ordering the BBQ lunch for 1000 yen, they asked me if they could cook it for me. I thought I would cook it myself on the grill in front of me, but it turned out to be more like a bento box style. I wish they had made it clearer on the menu. However, it was convenient for people eating during work hours. It was crowded with mostly men around noon. It's a small portion, but it comes with a drink which is nice. Considering how expensive everything is now, getting this for 1000 yen feels like a good deal. They have a variety of menu options, so I would like to try something different next time.

I wanted to eat delicious meat, so I visited "Niku Dokura" on the 7th floor of Namba Parks. I ordered the "Goku Steak Ju Ozen" which is my favorite menu. It consists of steak-cut domestic sirloin served in a layered box. I chose soup over miso soup, and for my drink, I selected iced coffee. The soup was served first, followed by salad with their delicious dressing. The main dish, the steak in the box, was generously portioned and tasted tender and delicious with the sauce. For the side dish, there was simmered hijiki. And after the meal, a small glass of iced coffee was served. They are working hard without raising prices, which I think is wonderful. Thank you for the meal!

There are many other restaurants around, but for some reason my feet always lead me here. At night, it's a reasonably high-end place, but for lunch, it's a great deal. However, it's been getting quite crowded lately. It seems to fill up quickly during weekend lunch hours. I might have to start coming at a different time soon. Today, since my usual 2-item lunch set is no longer available, I tried the "Kalbi Lunch for 1,150 yen including tax." I haven't had kalbi in a while, especially as I've gotten older. How about you all? Lately, I've been mostly sticking to lean meats (laughs). It's been a while since I've had kalbi. A small portion is enough for me. This lunch comes with salad, grilled vegetables, and namul, so it's good for balancing out the meat's oiliness (laughs). And just like before, it still comes with a complimentary after-meal drink.

I was also interested in the limited-time offer of two types of hamburgers, but today I decided to have the "stone bibimbap lunch for around 1,100 yen". I have had it a few times before, but it's been a while since I last had this menu. I usually go for the yakiniku set, but I also like this stone bibimbap. I made a reservation and visited today, as it tends to get crowded with a line forming around lunchtime. So, it's better to make a reservation. The menu has changed since the beginning of this year. The lunch set with two types of meat that I used to enjoy is no longer available, and now there are options like pork lunch, beef lunch, and healthy pork lunch. In any case, the prices are reasonable. Plus, a drink is included with the meal.

I visit this restaurant regularly. This time, I arrived around 12 o'clock on a weekday and the place was already full, so I had to write my name down and wait. Luckily, I was the first in line, but there were always about 3 groups waiting during the 12 o'clock hour. The wait time is around 30 minutes because some customers take a while, and it seems like there are not enough staff compared to the number of seats, so they make you wait and are not very friendly. At one point, they even made two groups wait at the register while customers were finishing their meal. This time, I ordered the meat platter lunch for 1,730 yen, and added harami for 1,100 yen. The lunch comes with a choice of namul or kimchi, and miso soup or egg soup. Sometimes you can tell that the meat is frozen and cut, but overall, the price and portion size are good, and the taste is decent. It's a yakiniku restaurant in Namba Parks, so it gets customers, but if it weren't for the location, I wouldn't choose this place due to the quality of service.

We arrived a little after 1:30 pm, so we were seated right away. We ordered the grilled beef set meal, which was served quickly, perfect for us as we were hungry. The meat was very tender and the rice was just the right texture, a bit soft which I liked. The egg soup was delicious with a rich flavor from the meat. They also brought us drinks without asking, but when they came to clear our plates, I was still sipping my soup and felt a bit rushed. Maybe they wanted to clean up quickly as it was nearing the end of lunchtime and their break was starting.

The lunch menu has changed a bit. It seems like the prices have gone up a little. The previous lunch set with two kinds of meat is no longer available... which is a shame. However, today I had the individual items. The tongue salt was around 1,300 yen, the harami was around 1,100 yen, and the grilled vegetables were around 700 yen. I tried the tongue salt for the first time and it was delicious. It was thick and came with 5 pieces, which was quite satisfying. I wasn't expecting much from the grilled vegetables, but the portion was actually quite generous. It had big onions, big eringi mushrooms, corn, shishito peppers, bell peppers, and shiitake mushrooms. The white rice is a bit pricey at around 300 yen, but it's delicious. The seating is spacious and there are dividers, so you can relax and enjoy your meal.

It's true that everything is closed on New Year's Day. Many small shops are closed until the 4th. However, Namba Parks is open from the 2nd. Today, I visited this place for some yakiniku after a long time. The menu was different this time, as it was a New Year's menu with only yakiniku options available. I had the "Roast Lunch for 1,260 yen," which came with about 5 slices of meat, along with the usual bell peppers and lotus root. Normally, it also includes coffee, but today they said it would cost an additional 300 yen. Namul or kimchi was still included. There was no mention of whether you could get rice or soup refills, so maybe it's not allowed. It's better than those places that charge an extra 10% without any notice during the New Year period. I arrived a little after 11 am and it quickly became full. Everyone loves yakiniku, it's the best! The white rice is still delicious as always.

It's been over a month since I had yakiniku. I always want to have yakiniku at least once a month - even though the lunch here is affordable, so you can come frequently without hurting your wallet. So today, I had the usual "2 kinds of meat lunch for 1,047 yen including tax". It's really great that they haven't changed the price even though many places are raising theirs. Due to this, the restaurant was quite crowded from the moment it opened. I'm glad I made a reservation. The "2 kinds of meat lunch" comes with 3 slices each of loin and middle rib meat. If you need more, you can add extra items. I was satisfied with the portion. The "daily side dish" is usually onsen tamago (hot spring egg), but today it was changed to "green beans with sesame dressing". It was a shame that I couldn't have tamago kake gohan (rice with egg). You can choose from 3 types of kimchi or namul, and also between miso soup or egg soup. The egg soup is delicious, and even though I usually prefer miso soup, I always have the egg soup here. The white rice is also very tasty. An after-meal drink is included, and I always have iced coffee. All of this for 1,047 yen including tax is very satisfying.

The steak was delicious. It was a yakiniku restaurant, but we didn't have much time for lunch, so we chose steak. We went as a pair, each ordering an additional drink, and the total bill was around 5000 yen. I was excited to see the hot iron plate and paper apron after a long time! The meat was just the right amount of fat and tasted delicious!! I think it's a great place for a lunch that makes you feel a little special.

Today is August 15th, Monday, the last day of the Bon Festival, and the streets are a bit less crowded. It seems like many people are back to work. I am still on vacation, so I went out for lunch. When it comes to grilled meat lunch, this place is the best choice. I made a reservation and when I arrived, there were not many customers. However, more people started coming in as I was eating. I had the usual "2 kinds of grilled meat lunch for 1,047 yen including tax." I was tempted by the limited-time hamburger, but I ended up choosing grilled meat. The lunch includes healthy loin and kalbi, a total of 6 slices. It also comes with salad, namul or kimchi, soup or miso soup, a warm egg, and a drink after the meal. You can also have unlimited rice and soup refills. The meat portion may be small, but with all the sides, you will be satisfied. The white rice is delicious, and I prefer the soup over the miso soup. It's amazing that you can have all this for around 1,000 yen! If you have a big appetite, there are other menu options available which I recommend trying out.

Recently feeling a bit of summer fatigue, I decided to eat some meat to boost my energy, so I visited "Niku Dokoro Kura" on the 7th floor of Namba Parks. I chose the "Goku Steak Ju Ozen" from the lunch menu today. It seems to be steak-cut domestic sirloin, so I'm looking forward to it! For the soup or miso soup, I chose soup, and for the drink, I chose iced coffee. After a while, the meal was served. Let's dig in! First, the soup, then the salad. I really like the dressing at this restaurant! Now, onto the main meat dish! The sirloin steak cut is full of the sweet richness of fat and the deliciousness of the meat when you chew it! Also, adding wasabi enhances the flavor even more! The pickled vegetables for a break between bites are refreshing! After the meal, a small glass of iced coffee is served. Ah, it was delicious. Thank you for the meal!

I occasionally visit for lunch but it was my first time for dinner. The harami was delicious but I felt the tongue was lacking. The pot-marinated harami had a volume of about 12 square centimeters, with a thick and meaty texture. The tecchan, akasen, and mino were also decent. Thank you for the meal.

The only yakiniku restaurant in Namba Parks, "Kura," has a calm atmosphere with a focus on Japanese beef. The salted tongue is all-you-can-eat and disappointing in terms of flavor and texture, while the sirloin is a bit overpriced compared to other yakiniku restaurants. I left feeling that the cost might be influenced by being located in a commercial facility, which was somewhat understandable.

I visited close to the end of the lunch business hours, so it was a bit rushed. I ordered the barbecue set, which they serve for you to grill yourself. The photo shows three servings of kalbi. You can also choose between salad and namul or kimchi. The portion was just right, and I finished it all.

I visited after a long time, but I always end up coming back to this great restaurant. Today, due to the rain, there are fewer customers. The menu is extensive, but I always end up choosing the "2 kinds of meat set meal for 1,047 yen including tax" (laughs). I was tempted by the stone bibimbap, but in the end, I chose the grilled meat set meal. The side dishes are plentiful - kimchi or namul, egg soup or miso soup, salad, and today's special (today's special was onsen egg), and you can have unlimited rice and soup refills. Plus, a drink is included after the meal, so you leave fully satisfied. The white rice is delicious here. Many restaurants serve bland white rice, but I wish they could improve on that. It's a mystery why it turns out that way.

On a cold and rainy Saturday lunchtime, I decided to dine at "Niku Dokoro Kura" in Namba Parks. I was drawn to the "Niku SUSHI" displayed outside, so I chose to try the meat sushi. I was seated at a large table and ordered the Wagyu Tataki Sushi and the Domestic Beef Sirloin Jumbo Steak Lunch. The Wagyu Tataki Sushi was served first, and it was delicious with its marbled meat and ponzu sauce. The steak that followed was impressive in size and tasted great. The salad dressing was also a favorite of mine. The sirloin steak was cooked to my liking, and the sides of fried potatoes, shishito peppers, lotus root, and bean sprouts were tasty. I finished the meal feeling satisfied and enjoyed an iced coffee to end the lunch. Overall, it was a highly satisfying lunch experience.
