Suda Masaki often visits this place, which has plenty of photos on display. We arrived for a late lunch around 1 pm. There were customers already inside, but no one else arrived after us. The lunch menu had a variety of options, but we decided to go with the recommended Black Wagyu beef lunch set with a draft beer. It's limited to 30 servings per day, but we were able to order it even at this time on a weekday. The rice was served in a small bowl for women, with free refills. I jokingly asked for a larger portion, and the waiter brought out a huge bowl of rice that looked like it came straight out of a manga. The beef was delicious, but a bit thin compared to the photos. The staff seemed a bit unprofessional, and even the staff from the restaurant across the street kept peeking in, which was annoying. Overall, it was an interesting experience, but we'll probably try somewhere else next time.

I visited the main store this time after enjoying the meal at the new branch last time, so I may have had too high expectations. The meal was not as great as I had hoped, but it was still good value for money. I also ordered additional kalbi and harami, thank you very much.

It is located very close to Teramachi Station. The restaurant is quite busy. I have also been to Dotonbori. This restaurant is just really cheap. If you were to eat this much meat in Tokyo, it would probably cost around 7000 yen, but at this restaurant, I think you can drink a lot with just 4000 yen. I recommend it.

Great value for money. I visit Tsuruhashi every few months. I enjoy eating my way through the area, with a barbecue lunch being a must. I also come here for a stroll, and it seems like more people are returning. The Hormone Lunch comes with 200g of hormone, liver, heart, tongue, and side dishes, making it perfect to pair with beer.

"Yakiniku Tsuruhashi Gyuuichi Honten" in Tennoji-ku, Osaka City is located right in front of the west exit of Tsuruhashi Station on the JR Loop Line, Kintetsu Osaka Line, and Nara Line, just a 1-minute walk from exit 7 of Tsuruhashi Station on the Osaka Metro Sen-Nichimae Line. I visited the restaurant around 11:30 on a weekday. The interior has a retro feel, giving it a unique atmosphere. The lunch menu includes options such as Kobe beef lunch (3000 yen), premium pork belly lunch (2036 yen), black wagyu beef lunch (1800 yen), premium kalbi lunch (1645 yen), Gyuuichi lunch (1500 yen), and horumon lunch (1000 yen), as well as eight types of Korean cuisine lunch. This time, I ordered the black wagyu beef lunch (1800 yen). Rice is refillable. The meat includes black wagyu beef belly, black wagyu beef loin, and black wagyu beef kalbi, along with rice, wakame soup, and a plate of kimchi and namul. The 200g portion of meat was very satisfying and of good quality. The sauce for the yakiniku has changed from a light soy sauce base to a thick miso-based one, which was also delicious. The rice was cooked perfectly, and the kimchi and kakuteki on the plate had a nice kick to them. The salad dressing was a standout, made with a unique blend that includes gochujang. I found out that you can buy this dressing at a nearby shop called "LEE MART," so I purchased it on my way out. I also grabbed a banana juice, a favorite of mine, as a post-meal drink. The service at the restaurant was excellent, and I look forward to visiting again. Thank you for the meal.

After a short business trip, I was taken to this restaurant by my boss! The lean steak and hiochi were especially delicious!!! The way they serve it with rock salt is like being at a teppanyaki restaurant (ˊᵕˋ) Items ordered ★ Favorites! - Japanese beef sashimi - Namul assortment - Chinese cabbage kimchi (pretty spicy!) - Chishasalad - Premium beef set ★ - Upper salted tongue ★ - Garlic chijimi ★ - Cold noodles ★ P.S. Apparently Masaki Suda often comes here, and seeing his pictures everywhere got me really excited. LOL

I was taken to a yakiniku restaurant in Tsuruhashi by a friend. The meat was high quality with delicious marbling that melts in your mouth. I heard that the restaurant is a favorite of Masaki Suda. The marinated beef tongue was also very tasty. We ordered too much, but left feeling full and happy.

Delicious!!! The main building had a cozy downtown yakiniku restaurant atmosphere, while the new building was clean and seemed perfect for welcome and celebration parties. Despite eating and drinking quite a lot, I was very satisfied with a cost of around 5000 yen per person. They even allowed us to bring our own cake, and I am grateful for the great service from the staff.

I felt like trying solo yakiniku since it's trending, so I decided to have a solo yakiniku lunch in Tsuruhashi. I chose this place because they serve a slightly larger portion of horumon compared to other restaurants. The taste was not particularly outstanding, but in a way, it was reassuringly normal. They offered unlimited rice refills, which is recommended for when you want to eat a lot.

In the area behind Tsurumi Station, there are several Korean-style barbecue restaurants lined up. Each restaurant is covered with autographs from celebrities, making it difficult to choose where to eat. Despite the friendly atmosphere with enthusiastic staff trying to attract customers, the service inside the restaurant was a bit disappointing. However, the meat was fresh and delicious. The kimchi and cold noodles (bibim naengmyeon) were also tasty.

I visited one of the popular restaurants in Tsuruhashi Yakiniku, "Yakiniku Tsuruhashi Gyuuichi Hon-ten," around 11:30 am on a weekday. As soon as I entered the restaurant, I received a pack of "Korean seaweed" as a souvenir. The interior of the restaurant is not very spacious, but it has an atmosphere that makes you feel like you are in a Korean BBQ restaurant. The first-floor seats were full when I visited. I ordered the "Upper Bara Lunch" (2036 yen including tax), which came with rice, salad, various side dishes, soup, and meat. The rice and soup were free for refills, which is a common pattern for Tsuruhashi Yakiniku lunches. The "Upper Bara" was definitely worth the price, as the meat was of high quality and delicious. The flavor of the meat was prominent, with the sauce only providing support. The staff's service was also excellent. It's worth noting that "Gyuuichi" has other branches in Tsuruhashi, and the menu may vary slightly between locations, so it's a good idea to check in advance if you have a specific lunch in mind before visiting.

I visited for lunch ☺️ My first time in Tsuruhashi! It's quite deep and just walking around is fun. I followed my boss's recommendation and ordered the Roast Kalbi Tzurami set at Ushikichi. Everything was delicious, but my favorite was the kalbi♫ Let's go eat there again when we come back to Tsuruhashi! Thank you for the meal ‍♀️

While wandering around Tsuruhashi, I accidentally ended up in the yakiniku district and felt like having some grilled meat, so I entered a restaurant around 2 pm. Although I could have ordered a la carte, the lunch set seemed like a better deal, including meat, side dishes, soup, and rice for around 1,500 yen. The meat was juicy and not too fatty, so it went well with alcohol. It was delicious. Thank you for the meal.

After 20 years, I revisited a yakiniku restaurant in Tsuruhashi. They offer a set menu where you can enjoy 9 different types of horumon (offal) like it's a regular meal. Without hesitation, I ordered the set that includes tongue, skirt, and ultimate horumon, which are a bit unique and for the enthusiasts. Wednesdays are recommended for avoiding crowds as many shops in the nearby shopping street are closed on that day.

There are two locations of the sought-after restaurant Gyuuichi, the Shin-Kan and the Hon-Kan. I visited the Hon-Kan where there were photos of celebrities like Masaki Suda and many others, which got me excited! I enjoyed my meal on the second floor. I ordered a kimchi assortment, top sirloin, top ribeye, top harami, top rump, top marbling, various hormone dishes, and cold noodles. The marbling assortment was my favorite as I love marbled meat. Surprisingly, the aftertaste was refreshing! The hormone dishes were also of high quality and easy to chew. I highly recommend trying the selected Japanese beef harami and red meat loin. Lastly, we ended our meal with bibinba and Sujaata ice cream. It was delicious, and I was amazed by the appetite of teenage boys. The food was tasty, served quickly, and didn't leave me feeling heavy. It was a delightful meat feast - delicious! I would love to visit Gyuuichi in Tsuruhashi and other locations again.

I went to eat yakiniku in Tsuruhashi with my family. There were many pictures of celebrities hanging in the restaurant and the place was bustling. We were aiming for Gyuuichi but at first we mistakenly went to the branch near the station, only to find out that our reservation was actually at the main store. There seem to be about 3 branches within a 1.2-minute walk from each other. We enjoyed our meal on the second floor. We had the top salted tongue, premium wagyu harami, wagyu lean roast thick cut, top lamb sin, cold noodles, and hormone, among other things. The top roast had a lot of marbling and was very tender and delicious. The cold noodles had a nice firm texture and I highly recommend trying them. We finished our meal with sujata ice cream.

When I came to Tsuruhashi, I definitely wanted to eat yakiniku. As I wandered around, I saw many celebrity photos posted and the restaurant was bustling, so I decided to try this place for the first time! It's a large restaurant with about 3 branches within a 1.2-minute walk. This time, I ordered the following: - Top salted tongue 1724 yen - Top loin 1886 yen - Japanese beef special selection harami 2200 yen - Japanese beef lean loin 1143 yen - Thick-cut top lamb shank 1629 yen - Grilled liver 743 yen - Necktie (beef tendon) 743 yen - Egg soup 429 yen - Yukgaejang soup 750 yen - Stone bibimbap 800 yen - Bibim noodles 680 yen - Chijimi (with leeks) 857 yen Overall, I would say there probably won't be a repeat visit. The top salted tongue didn't match the price and quality of the meat. It had a slightly distinctive scent and tasted more like ham than tongue. The top loin was more like top kalbi or sirloin with a lot of marbling and very tender, but if you're not a fan of fatty meat, it might be too much. The Japanese beef lean loin also had a lot of sinew and didn't quite match the price. The most delicious was the thick-cut top lamb shank, which had good meat quality, was lean but not dry, and tasted great even when eaten rare. It was also reasonably priced!

At Ushiichi in Tsuruhashi, I had the "Ushiichi Lunch" (1500 yen). Delicious! It's been a long time since I've been on the great Kintetsu Line. I got off on the way back from a business meeting in Wakaeiwata and decided to stop by the great Tsuruhashi town. I planned to visit the familiar Ushiichi, but unexpectedly they were closed for the day. However, I was lured in by the offer of "smoking allowed" at another restaurant on the way. This menu named after the restaurant is great. - Kalbi & loin 150g - Rice (all you can eat) - Wakame soup - Salad - Chinese cabbage kimchi - Kakuteki - Namul The amount of meat is just right for lunch, and the side dishes are also satisfying. This restaurant is frequented by the Suda Masaki siblings, as well as the couple Suda Masaki & Komatsu Nana. The taste is also impressive. In this area that has become somewhat of a tourist destination for yakiniku, this content and price are reasonable!

In Tsuruhashi, we decided to go for yakiniku, so we asked a friend who grew up in Tsuruhashi for a recommended restaurant and they suggested Gyuichi near the station! We arrived around 6:30 pm and even though we could only see the first floor, the seats were quite full. We waited about 5 minutes at the entrance before entering. We toasted with beer. The menu had two prices for harami (skirt steak) with flowers on the photo, and we went for the more expensive one at 2,200 yen per plate. It was a bit nerve-wracking to order, as I thought it could easily exceed 20,000 yen if we kept ordering. So, from the fourth drink onwards, I switched to oolong tea. If you have delicious meat, you can go easy on the alcohol. Even the kakuteki (marinated skirt steak) was of high quality, so I would love to go again when I have some extra money in my wallet. Thank you for the wonderful meal.
