As usual, on Sunday nights after 8 pm, the crowd is not as bad as usual. Today, unfortunately, heavy rain made it tough for street shops. I'm at the basement floor of Umeda Building No. 3, where it's bustling because you won't get wet even on rainy days. I arrived at 8:50 and there were 4 groups ahead of me. While waiting, I checked the menu and decided on the Toro Tekkamaki for 1078 yen and the Honmaguro Tekkamaki for 528 yen. Luckily, I got seated in 15 minutes. The place was lively with 38 seats and everyone seemed to be having a great time. The Ootoro tuna was tender and delicious without any sinew, and the Uni topped with Japanese beef was amazing. The Uni and wasabi combination was a delight. I also ordered a Lemon Sour for 209 yen, which I quickly finished. Next, I tried the Ebi Seven for 1078 yen, which had egg yolk soaked in soy sauce on top. It was delicious. I also indulged in the Honmaguro Zanmai for 572 yen, Ebi Zanmai for 638 yen, and Salmon Zanmai for 495 yen. I almost forgot to order the Sushiya's Potetsara for 440 yen, which was a great value with Ikura and Tobiko. We ate a lot, drank a lot, and had a great time without worrying about the price. It was truly enjoyable. They accept PayPay. Thank you for the delicious meal. Umeda Building No. 3 is the best!

I visited this restaurant for the first time. I lined up around 3 o'clock and waited for about 40 minutes to get in. I ordered three cans of "Blue Three" (a clever name), grilled eel, and fatty tuna. I also had two drinks, and the total came to just under 3000 yen, which is a great deal. The fatty tuna was delicious, but I wish the pickled radish had a bit more texture. I might try asking for extra pickled radish next time.

I had always wanted to visit this restaurant. I arrived late, but my friend had waited in line for about 40 minutes for us, and we finally got in. The prices were reasonable and the food was delicious. Each dish was not too large, so we could enjoy a variety of flavors. As people who enjoy drinking, we focused more on the side dishes than the sushi. The sushi we ordered was delicious! I definitely want to go back to this restaurant for sushi again.

Here, we visited a restaurant that has been featured in the media and often has long lines during peak hours, so we went with a group of 4 people at an early evening time. Inside, there are 49 seats available. We ordered dishes such as "Tuna Trio," "White Fish Trio," "Shrimp Trio," "Blue Three," "Scallop," and Uni, along with a few drinks. The sushi was all reasonably priced and of high quality! The 3-piece sets with "Trio" in the name were particularly good value. The Tuna Trio set and the White Fish Trio set felt like great deals. The Blue Three set seems to be a combination of three types of blue fish, which was amusing. By the time we finished paying, there was already a line of about 20 people outside... Truly a popular spot. Thank you for the meal!

I had been curious about this sushi restaurant with long lines for a while. I lined up on Friday at 7:00 PM and finally got in at 8:30 PM. The overall customer base seemed quite young. The sushi pieces were a bit smaller than I expected, but the Ebi 7 was unique and the Tekka Maki was really delicious! Thank you for the meal!

Today, I will be exploring the Osaka Building No. 3. The first place I visited had a never-ending line. I arrived just before 5 pm, so I was able to enter without any problems. I ordered a regular lemon sour for 190 yen. For snacks, I had today's grilled fish, horse mackerel sushi, tuna sushi, simmered conger eel. The grilled fish was red snapper with ponzu sauce. The red snapper and ponzu sauce really brought out the flavors of Osaka. In the east, it's rare to see grilled fish served with ponzu sauce. The sushi prices made me feel the competitive spirit here. After finishing my "joukigen" drink, I paid the bill. By the time I left, there was already a long line forming. It's really popular here. Now, let's move on to the next place.

I have been to the popular Sushi Sakaba Sashisu in Osaka Station Front Building 2nd building, but this is my first time at the main branch. Even on a weekday after 6 pm, there was about a 30-minute wait in line.
I went with my daughter, son, and two children who love tuna and salmon, so we had a variety of tuna and salmon dishes. This place offers reasonably priced drinks, which is nice. We spent a little over 8,000 yen for four people.

I visited the main store that reopened in April 2023. I sat at the counter seat and had sushi and side dishes. The sushi was delicious with fresh ingredients. Especially, the salmon and negitoro were my favorites with their rich flavor. The side dishes included tempura and assorted sashimi. The tempura had a crispy texture and was delicious. The assorted sashimi allowed me to enjoy various types of fish. The male staff members were friendly and the overall experience was very satisfying. I would love to visit again if I have the chance. It was very delicious!

I couldn't return home due to the typhoon, so I gave up and headed to Osaka Station Building. I thought if I went at 4 pm, I wouldn't have to wait in line, but there was already a queue. I waited for about 30 minutes and finally got in. I was able to eat the long-awaited yellowtail and nodoguro, and I was happy. The sea urchin was so delicious that I wanted to keep chewing it forever. The appetizers were also delicious, and everything I ate was really delicious. Thank you for the meal.

During the Obon period on a weekday evening around 5:20 pm, there were 10 groups waiting. I was waiting with one other person, but there were groups of 4, 3, and more in front of me. When seats opened up at the counter, they seated the groups of 2 first, so we were able to get in after about 20 minutes. The restaurant in the third building is nicer, brighter, and more spacious than the one in the second building. The sushi rolls come in sets of 3, which can be a bit difficult to share for a group of 2, and the assorted sushi plate was smaller than expected. However, the taste was all delicious. It cost a little over 6000 yen for the two of us, which felt slightly pricey. The squid tempura was small but stayed crispy even when cold, making it a good palate cleanser. The curry powder mayo was a great match as well.

After the renovation, it is now called Sashisu. It has been beautifully renovated and the taste remains delicious, so I am satisfied. I love the potato salad at Sashisu, so I always order it when I come. It goes perfectly with alcohol! The chawanmushi with cream cheese was also delicious.

I heard that it's popular in Osaka, so last night I lined up for an hour but they stopped taking orders before I could eat. Today, I went to a different location and waited 20 minutes to get in. The food was delicious, but I wonder if Tokyo's conveyor belt sushi is at the same level. I think I'll give up if I have to wait for an hour next time.

Around 5 o'clock on a Friday, there was a long line! About an hour wait! But the uni (sea urchin) after waiting was amazing...!! We were planning to go bar hopping, so we ordered only a little food, including seared nodoguro (blackthroat sea perch) and three types of shrimp. The seared nodoguro was oily and melt-in-your-mouth delicious! The three types of shrimp were sweet shrimp, red shrimp, and botan shrimp. We ate them in that order, and the botan shrimp, which was supposed to be the highlight, was a bit lacking in firmness and felt a bit mushy... What I was looking for was the firmness of the red shrimp! So the red shrimp wins. This place offers a variety of cheap lemon sours, and my favorite ginger and shiso were in the lemon sour! I ordered both, and they were delicious! Especially the shiso. It really goes well with sushi. It's crowded, so I may not be able to come back soon, but I'm glad I got to experience it!

On July 23, 2023, at 13:35, there were about 35 people lined up for 49 seats at the restaurant. The staff came around to confirm the number of people 10 minutes before opening, but the counts were different from the front of the line! It was a representative wait for the 14:00 opening. We were seated at the counter 5 minutes later. The line for the representative wait grew, and we almost got bumped from the first slot (sweating). We ordered draft beer right away, changed it to Uniク and Buri Hira Lemon Sour for ¥190, picked 7 shrimp, and finished with sprouts and green onions. The bill came to ¥5,874 at 15:53. It's definitely cheap if you can drink for 2 hours.

I arrived 15 minutes before opening, but there was already a line of about 50 people, so I couldn't get in on the first round. I waited for about 40 minutes and was finally able to get in. The Toro Tekka Maki (980 yen) and Taku Maki (980 yen) looked amazing and I got to enjoy plenty of fish. The Ebi 7 (980 yen) would be great for shrimp lovers. I also tried the recommended Buri Hira, which included grilled collar and nigiri. Alcohol options included Premium Malt 390 yen and regular sour 190 yen. There was always a line, so be prepared to wait if you go.

I visited on Saturday at noon. I arrived at 1:30pm and there were already 3 groups waiting in front of the restaurant. Since there were only 2 of us, we were seated at the counter right away. Everything looked delicious, so my companion, who doesn't drink alcohol, focused on eating while I enjoyed some drinks. We shared the rolls and ordered individual sushi pieces. Everything we tried was of high quality and worth the price. Surprisingly, the "chawanmushi" we ordered at the end was incredibly delicious, so I will definitely come back again. Thank you for the wonderful meal.

I had always been saying "Let's go when things calm down" while watching the line, but due to the influence of TV, I couldn't calm down at all and always ended up in line. Today, I finally gathered my courage and lined up with three colleagues. We waited for 60 minutes and finally got to try the coveted sashimi. Wow, this place is really delicious. No matter what you order, no matter what you eat, it's always a hit. Personally, I loved the "tuna raw liver-style" dish. I wonder which part of the tuna it is. It has a great texture and goes perfectly with sesame oil and garlic, making it incredibly delicious. The classic "fatty tuna" and "fatty salmon" were also really delicious. Please make sure to line up and try it out!

Visited the popular sushi bar "Sushi Sakaba Sashi S" in Osaka, known for its long lines. Despite always being full, I, a sushi lover, have visited many times. This sushi bar offers a great cost performance with its delicious, quick, and affordable sushi. Each location may have different reputations, but the downside is the narrow spacing between tables. The atmosphere is always lively, making it hard to relax, and sometimes it's difficult to place orders. It's best to have a quick drink and meal and finish in a short time.

I had torotaku maki, seafood potato salad, and tamago, shrimp, and sea bream sushi. The famous torotaku was amazing in terms of cost performance with great volume, making me want to eat it again! I also thought that the cost performance of other sushi toppings was good, so I want to go back again.

On this day as well, I indulged in a hearty meal from noon. The Sanmai series never disappoints with its delicious flavors. The sushi toppings and rice have a great balance. Unique items like shrimp seven and eel cutlet sandwich are surprisingly tasty. The tuna liver sashimi is addictive, unlike a regular tuna carpaccio. The grilled fish on this day left me feeling satisfied.

After 8:00 PM, when I tried to go to Sushi Sashi Sushi at Whity Umeda, there was still a long line, so I moved to the third building and went to Sushi Sakaba Sashi Sushi. I had delicious sushi at a low price. The fish was thick and had a good texture! The pickled long yam was sliced thinly, which was a first for me, and it had a good texture and was delicious. Overall, I think the flavors were a bit strong.
