I found a good place to kill time on the 2nd floor of Keihan Department Store. It was around 5:55 PM and the store had about 40% of its customers. I ordered a cake set with a cafe latte float and cheesecake. I paid 800 yen with a card and received my order in just 2 minutes. I sat at a table towards the back. The cafe latte float was okay with two pumps of syrup, and the cheesecake was delicious with a mild sweetness. It started raining lightly. I took a break for an hour and a half before moving to Kyobashi.

This is a cafe located in Keihan Department Store at Imazato Station. It seems to be a chain as it is also in Keihan-affiliated commercial facilities in Kyobashi and Temmabashi. I had a set of panini and a drink. The panini was decently tasty as they heat it up before serving.

On Saturday for lunch, I went to the Keihan Department Store Suminodo branch. I visited a coffee shop called Traja Coffee on the 2nd floor. I chose a ham and cheese panini from the four options available. The prices were 390 yen for the panini and 290 yen for the iced milk (discounted as a set). I paid at the counter and was given a ticket. I waited at my table and received a freshly baked panini. Panini is an Italian hot sandwich cooked on a wavy iron plate, giving it a distinctive color and texture - crispy on the outside and slightly moist inside. It's a versatile bread that goes well with anything. It was a delicious meal.

[Toraja Coffee at Keihan Department Store Suminodo Branch] Theme: Dining Located at 1-4-3 Akai, Daito City, I visited Pop Town Suminodo Opera Park for some errands and stopped by Toraja Coffee at Keihan Department Store Suminodo Branch located at 1-4-1 Akai, Daito City. I moved to the 2nd floor of the store and ordered at the counter inside the store. I enjoyed a Soy Latte Float, Egg and Tuna Panini, Iced Coffee, Herb Chicken and Basil Sauce Panini, and American Coffee. The atmosphere inside the store was nice, although the proximity to the elevator was a bit distracting. There were many families with children dining as well.

I stopped by for a break while shopping. The cafe is located at the back of the 2nd floor of Keihan Department Store, and the interior is spacious with a smoking area. They offer a morning service from 10:00-12:00, where you can add toast and boiled eggs to your favorite drink for an extra 100 yen. Even though I had breakfast at home, I decided to try it. I ordered an iced latte for 300 yen plus 100 yen for the set, totaling 400 yen. The latte had a good amount of volume and the toast was delicious. It seemed like everyone around me was also ordering the morning set. The relaxed atmosphere inside the cafe is very comfortable.

Keihan Department Store Suminodo branch, a shop on the 2nd floor. At first, I couldn't find the place and wandered around the 3rd floor. Couldn't find it~ Ordered an iced coffee, size Grande, for 320 yen. Went with a friend who smokes, so I was taken to the smoking room (sad face). The smoking room was actually a comfortable space with a relaxed atmosphere. A nice service space for smokers maybe. Personally, I think it could be even smaller (dark humor). The coffee tasted average, nothing special. Since it was iced, the flavor was hard to distinguish, but it wasn't in the delicious category. Still, I was able to spend a leisurely time there. Thank you for the meal.

There are many stores catering to women on the second floor of Keihan Department Store, so there are slightly more women than men. The store is empty in the morning until 12 p.m. and after 6 p.m. The interior is stylish with a lot of indirect lighting. The background music is mostly jazz. The Tragacoffee is 280 yen, and there is a morning set with toast, jam, and coffee for 380 yen, sandwiches range from 210 yen, and cakes and cookies are priced at 140 yen or less. I prefer the Tragacoffee over Starbucks. The latte was around 300 yen, but I preferred the regular Tragacoffee for a more flavorful coffee experience.

I had tea at Traja Coffee Keihan Department Store Suminodo store~♪ The place is located in the back of the 2nd floor of Keihan Department Store Suminodo store. It is a self-service cafe with a decent capacity and completely smoke-free. It was quite empty, probably because it's located at the far end on a holiday. I ordered an iced coffee for 280 yen, which was just average. It wasn't deeply roasted, so it wasn't very strong, which I personally prefer. Taste rating: 3.0, Cost-performance rating: 3.0. The coffee jelly was around 400 yen. The coffee cream on top of the coffee jelly had a slightly sweet and gently bitter taste. The cream was really delicious. It had a good portion size, so I think it was worth it. I recommend this one. Taste rating: 3.5, Cost-performance rating: 3.5.

In late March 2016, around 2:30 pm, there were about 25 customers at the café, which is located on the second floor of Keihan Department Store Suminodo Branch. It offers a comfortable space to relax. It's my 6th or 7th visit, and it's been about two years since my last visit. Today, most of the non-smoking seats are taken, showing how popular it has become. It used to be a hidden gem. I ordered a regular size iced café latte for 340 yen. Since there were no seats available, I reluctantly sat in the smoking section. The smoking area is surprisingly spacious and comfortable. When some non-smoking seats opened up, I moved there and enjoyed my café latte. The coffee seemed a bit less bitter than before, but I still enjoyed the taste. The café has a good seating arrangement, making it a relaxing place to visit. I had a good time and will definitely come back again.

I went with a friend. The interior of the restaurant had smoking seats in the back and non-smoking seats in the front. There were plenty of seats available, and even though it was mid-afternoon on January 3rd, it was quite empty. I ordered a Grande iced coffee, which was priced at 320 yen and was quite large. However, the cup was also large but had a lot of ice, so in terms of quantity, it didn't feel like such a great deal. Also, the fact that the cup was scratched up bothered me a little. Straws and milk were self-service, which I think is practical and good. It's better than being given straws or milk that you don't need. The taste was quite ordinary, with a normal level of acidity and bitterness. In terms of strength, it was slightly on the weaker side. The seating arrangement was relatively spacious, so I was able to relax and unwind.
