Hankyu Umeda Main Store B2F CRAFT MILK SHOP is currently offering a limited-time spring soft serve ice cream. It looks so cute! It must be delicious because it's made with milk. But wait, I noticed that CRAFT MILK SHOP will stop serving it after March 25th! I came here to try it for the first time, and now this. The soft serve ice cream is topped with cherry blossom sugar-coated and colorful round sweets. Is this the "oiri"? It might be crispy rice puffs. It could be something other than rice, but it had a rice cracker-like texture. It has a hint of saltiness, maybe? It pairs well with the milky soft serve ice cream and tastes delicious! The rich soft serve ice cream also has a buttery taste! Hurry up before it's no longer available to try! Follow @petersburg3 for more. Don't forget to click the link below to support me!

When you visit Umeda, be sure to stop by the underground 2nd floor of Umeda Hankyu. There are several shops selling soft serve ice cream where you can sit down and enjoy. One shop in particular serves delicious soft serve ice cream with cookies made from carefully selected milk. #Ueno Farm Plain 491 yen Roll ⭐︎⭐︎ Heap ⭐︎⭐︎ Taste ⭐︎⭐︎⭐︎ #Hankyu Umeda Main Store #Craft Milk Shop #soft serve ice cream #soft serve ice cream club #soft serve ice cream lover #love soft serve ice cream

Umeda Hankyu Department Store B2F's "Craft Milk SHOP". When I came here to eat their soft serve, I got the strawberry, milk, and chocolate flavor! I love chocolate, so I chose this one! The strawberry milk chocolate costs 689 yen including tax. Yes, it's a bit pricey! The regular milk flavor is around 500 yen. But it's okay, I've been working hard with overtime this month, so I deserve a treat! The soft serve came out a bit slanted in the cup, but it looks smaller because of the cup. There are common tables and chairs here, so it's fun to sit and enjoy. It's modern, isn't it? The spoon is wooden. I take a spoonful of milk and chocolate to taste. Yum! It's smooth, rich, and has a great melt-in-your-mouth texture. The chocolate is delicious too. The sweetness is soothing for my tired body. Just as it's about to fall apart, I try the strawberry. It's huge. It has a strong acidity, but it seems to go well with the soft serve. The flavor is rich. The price difference between the regular milk and this one is for the strawberry, haha. Before I knew it, everyone around me was women, each enjoying their soft serve from different shops. Sweet treats really lift your spirits, don't they?

Craft Milk Shop located in Hankyu Department Store Umeda Main Store B2. "Soft Serve Milk" for ¥600. Every time I visit B2 at Hankyu, I was curious about it. They use Japanese grass-fed milk. It is rich, yet not too heavy, and the texture is incredibly smooth. This time, it came with fresh strawberries from various regions across Japan. Please note that this was from April 19th, so they might have different fruits now. My mother treated me to it, and we were both impressed by how smooth the soft serve was. ✨✨

I made a detour on my way home after buying meat and vegetables at Hankyu Department Store~♪ I bought a chocolate soft serve ice cream for ¥600. It was a chocolate soft serve, but the chocolate flavor was weak. It tasted more like milk or butter, with a strange flavor that didn't quite suit my taste. It had a strong and unique aroma that I didn't like when swallowing... My son also didn't like it, he took one bite and that was it. It cost ¥600 too~! But considering there are ice creams nearby that cost over ¥800, maybe it's not too bad (^^) It would have been nice if the ice cream had a stronger chocolate flavor. It's probably a matter of personal preference, but it's disappointing. I think GODIVA's soft serve ice cream is better in terms of price and taste~! GODIVA is expensive too, but still. Thank you for the meal (^^)

Due to the coronavirus, I haven't been able to go to Hankyu Department Store for a while, so I decided to explore the basement floor for the first time in a long time. I discovered a new corner called Comunal Food Market. Each shop sells soft serve ice cream, and this time I chose the black tea flavor. It was a Sunday evening, so it wasn't crowded, and I was able to order quickly and take a break at a nearby seating area. Unlike the usual sweet black tea flavor, this soft serve had a crisp and refreshing taste, almost like spices. I could taste the original goodness of the milk, so I'm sure even regular milk would be delicious.

In December 2021, I revisited the "Craft Milk Shop" at the Hankyu Umeda Main Store B2F "Communal Food Market". Last time, I got the craft milk to go, but this time, I was aiming for the soft serve ice cream that caught my eye! There were three flavors available that day:
- Plain (Uno Farm) for 501 yen
- Plain (Tokachi Shinmura Farm) for 501 yen
- Earl Grey Tea Soft Serve (made with milk from Yumige Farm in Kobe) for 594 yen
I chose the Earl Grey Tea Soft Serve and dug in right away. I had imagined that the rich milk flavor might overpower the tea, but I was pleasantly surprised to find that the tea flavor came through nicely and paired well with the milk. It was delicious! I don't think I've ever had Earl Grey Tea Soft Serve before, but it's definitely a winner. Thank you for the meal!

In December 2021, at Hankyu Umeda Main Store B2F "Communal Food Market", I visited the "Craft Milk Shop" where I found a variety of craft milks and dairy products from different regions in Japan. I purchased three types of craft milk to compare their flavors: "Gentle Milk" from Kurozawa Farm in Kainan, Wakayama, "Organic Milk" from Okoppe in Ohtotsk, Hokkaido, and "Nakahora Farm Milk" from Iwate, Iwate. It was interesting to taste the differences in flavors, and my personal favorite was the refreshing "Gentle Milk" from Kainan. Overall, it was a delightful experience exploring sustainable food options at the Communal Food Market.

It had been a while since I last visited the underground second floor of Hankyu, and there was a new milk shop. They gather Non-Homogenized milk from all over the country and sell it. They also have soft-serve ice cream, which looks delicious. This time, I bought several small bottles of different types of milk to taste and compare. The best milk is definitely the thick milk. The other gentle milk is light and refreshing. It's interesting to discover that milk can vary so much. Each milk comes with detailed notes, so it's also a learning experience.

A shop that offers dairy products and sweets made with milk from grazing cows, mainly in Hokkaido. They accept cash, cards, codes, electronic money, and S cards for points. The sought-after cream puffs are available from 12:00, and the Maritozzo from 15:00, so I visited after 3:00 p.m. on a weekday, but there was only one left of each. I also got soft serve ice cream to take home. I purchased the following items:
- Craft Milk Soft Serve: 500 yen
- Grass-Fed Cream Puff (Caramel): 572 yen
- Grass-Fed Cream Maritozzo: 486 yen
- Craft Milk Caramel 10-piece set: 1,890 yen
The fresh milk served in soft serve, cream puffs, and caramel in various forms is light and delicious! I was also interested in the milk from cows that change daily. By the way, grass-fed means milk from cows raised on grass alone. The rare cream made from this milk has a good aroma and melt-in-your-mouth texture, which explains why it sells out by night. The start time for selling sweets is still a drawback! Finally, the milk caramel is made by adding cream to sugar caramelized at different temperatures, at 110°C (sweet) and 180°C (bitter), which is interesting. It's a high-end caramel, but once you start eating it, you can't stop. The Maritozzo and cream puffs now also come with red tea cream, and new products keep coming, so you won't get bored. I look forward to dropping by again. Thank you for the meal!

On a regular day around 11:00, it was not crowded.
Location: Hankyu Department Store Umeda Main Store, B2 floor. Food floor with an eat-in space. Limited seating available.
Around the eat-in space, there are shops selling sweets and drinks. One of them is this shop.
Soft serve ice cream seems to be the main item. Desserts are also available for takeout. This time, I chose caramel flavor.
Craft Milk Caramel 110°
Price: 131 yen tax included
Delicious in a normal way. Smooth texture like raw caramel. Gentle sweetness that goes well with coffee. Size is like a regular caramel stretched vertically.
Craft Milk Caramel 180°
Price: 131 yen tax included
Delicious in a normal way. Fragrant and slightly bitter. Also perfect with coffee. Harder than 110°.
Thank you for the meal.

Craft milk shop on the 2nd floor of Hankyu underground. They have a variety of milk that may be a bit pricey but worth trying at least once. They even had my favorite Okoppe milk. What a surprise!! I remember seeing them at the Hokkaido product fair at Hankyu before. Maybe it was fate? They produce organic cheese and milk in Koppu, Hokkaido, and I was grateful to find them at the fair and later online. On my first visit, I saw a photo of Sfogliatelle, a famous pastry from Naples, Italy, turned into soft-serve ice cream in a cone cup. I didn't hesitate to try it. You could choose the milk from two different companies for the soft-serve. There was seating available, so I enjoyed it on the spot. The soft-serve was smooth and delicious. It was a bit pricey due to the Sfogliatelle, but it was satisfyingly tasty. At the end of October, I bought milk caramels made in collaboration with a caramel specialty store in Hakata. I tried the Craft Milk Caramel Premium 110 and Premium 180. The 110 has cream added when the sugar reaches 110℃, while the 180 has a bitter and nutty flavor when heated to 180℃. Both were a bit hard to eat, but the taste was delicious, showcasing the creamy richness of the cream. Although a bit pricey, the availability of safe and valuable milk at Hankyu makes it worth it.

I had been checking out the new soft serve ice cream tenants that opened in the Hankyu underground when I found out about it. One of the shops there specializes in pure soft serve ice cream. This time, they were using milk from three different farms in Hokkaido: Unomokujo, Yamamoto Bokujou, and Shinmura Bokujou. I had tried all of them at a local fair before, but none of them left a lasting impression. The staff had a hard time explaining the differences, so I ended up choosing the one from Unomokujo. It was quite different from what I remembered from the fair! The texture was completely different - back then, it was too airy and light, almost like whipped cream, lacking the essential coldness of soft serve ice cream. This time, it was properly cold, with a rich milky flavor that I enjoyed. The aftertaste wasn't too heavy, and the texture was silky and smooth. It was a good lesson for me to see how the overrun can drastically change the taste and texture of the ice cream, even with good quality milk. I'm glad I asked the staff for their recommendation. However, the common trait I noticed with Hokkaido soft serve ice cream is that the aroma is faint and tends to fade as you eat it. Despite that, I still wanted to try it out - I guess I'm just a soft serve enthusiast! Thank you for the delicious treat!

2021 Summer New Store Festival Part 25
Maritozzo is a specialty from Rome, Italy, made with brioche dough filled with plenty of whipped cream. It's kind of like a variation of cream bread. If you were to ask, "What does it taste like?" Well, it's essentially bread with whipped cream inside, so you can pretty much imagine the taste just by looking at it. Since it's currently popular, let's take a look at a few places that offer it. Maritozzo-filled Days Part 22
Opened on March 31st at Communalfoodmarket on the B2F of Hankyu Umeda Main Store, "CRAFTMILKSHOP" (Osaka Umeda). Let's try the freshly made one. Maritozzo with grass-fed whipped cream for 450 yen (excluding tax).

There were products using Craft Milk at the Hankyu Umeda underground 2nd floor, including soft serve ice cream that you can eat on the spot. However, I bought the Craft Milk Pudding (801 yen) for takeout. It is quite expensive, but it is rich and moist, and delicious. The Craft Milk Chocolate Drops (1201 yen) come in a pack of 6, and when you eat them, they melt softly on your tongue and the delicious flavor spreads. I will definitely go buy them again!

Located on the B2 floor of Hankyu Umeda Main Store, this shop offers a selection of milk and dairy products carefully selected from about 15 farms nationwide. They have a variety of sweets and bread made with milk that caught my interest, but I had been eyeing their limited-edition Maritozzo, which is only sold three times a day in limited quantities.
On the day I visited, they had it in stock! I was thrilled!
- Grass-fed cream Maritozzo: 486 yen
The brioche is from Parisino & Atelier du Maman in Juso and is incredibly soft, maintaining its high quality even when chilled. The grass-fed cream is amazingly light and smooth. You might be surprised by the generous amount of cream. The cream made from grass-fed milk, which is rare and accounts for only 8%, has a strong milk flavor. When paired with the carefully selected brioche, it becomes a powerhouse!
They sell about 15-20 pieces each day at 12:00, 15:00, and 17:00. If you're interested, try to be there before the selling time.
Overall, it was a delightful experience.

Today I had a luxurious Maritozzo at the Craft Milk Shop in Hankyu Umeda underground 2nd floor ❤️ They sell specialty dairy products and collaborative sweets, including the precious grass-fed cream from Shiawase Bokujou in Iwate Prefecture and the brioche from Parisienne & Atelier de Maman! Parisienne's Imanishi-san, who has also won the Galette des Rois contest, is someone I've always wanted to visit. It's a fascinating collaboration. First, look up what grass-fed means—it's very valuable and seems good for your health. In Japan, it's only raised in the mountainous areas of Iwate Prefecture. It's made from the valuable raw milk of cows raised with care. The rich aroma of the milk and surprisingly light texture! I was amazed by the flavor of this first experience. Parisienne's bread is elastic and smooth, perfectly designed to highlight the grass-fed cream. It's sold in limited quantities three times a day, so if you can catch it, definitely try it out!!

At the Hankyu Umeda Main Store B2F, a new food market called Communal Food Market MILK opened on March 31st. It includes specialty shops for milk, red bean paste, peanuts, jam, and baked goods. One of the shops is CRAFTMILKSHOP, which offers a variety of milk and dairy products selected from about 15 farms nationwide. They sell different types of milk for tasting comparisons, as well as bread and sweets made with their high-quality milk. One of their popular items is the milk soft serve ice cream, which is known for its delicious taste. The ice cream cones are from Sakatadai in Akou, and come in plain and seasonal flavors like strawberry. I tried the Bouquet flavor, which is a mix of rich milk and strawberry. The milk has a smooth texture and a refreshing aftertaste, while the strawberry flavor is light and natural. The cone is crispy and filled with custard cream, adding a unique twist to the treat. Although it is a bit more expensive than the cup version, it is definitely worth trying. Other shops in the market also offer soft serve ice cream, so I can't wait to go back and try more! Thank you for the delicious treat.

I heard that the basement 2nd floor of Hankyu Department Store has been renovated, so I went to check it out. CRAFTMILKSHOP seems to be a milk select shop. I saw soft serve ice cream in the flyer beforehand, so I planned to have that, but all the new stores were selling soft serve ice cream, so I decided to go for milk tea instead. They had various types of milk available. I chose milk tea as I didn't feel like drinking milk itself, and it had a spicy taste, maybe like ginger or chai. It was quite rich and delicious. Lastly, I bought some water-strained yogurt to take home since I couldn't finish it. It was richer than the homemade strained yogurt I usually make. It tasted more like yogurt than strained.
