The operator also operates a Satoyama Marche that sells Italian vegetables in Hisayama Town. The lettuce is recommended. When I asked where the food truck was today, I was told it was at Trias Hisayama, so I headed there afterwards. Trias Hisayama is a commercial facility with Costco and outlet shops. I ordered the Salsiccia e Cimadira for 1,000 yen. I later found out that Cimadira is a turnip native to the Mediterranean, and you can eat the leaves, stems, and buds. It is also called Western Nanohana. It did have a similar taste to rapeseed blossoms. Come to think of it, they were selling it at the Satoyama Marche too. The Cimadira, the main ingredient of the pizza, seemed a bit overcooked in terms of color and texture. But since it was my first time trying this vegetable, I'm not sure what the correct way is. Also, I felt that the pizza was a bit sloppy in terms of some parts having hardly any cheese. The dough was delicious though. I would like to try the tomato base next time. In terms of atmosphere, it would be better to enjoy it in the Satoyama rather than in a commercial facility.

Inside the kitchen car, there is a pizza oven where you can enjoy freshly baked pizzas. I ordered the limited-time Trevise and Walnut Salad Pizza and Margherita. The size is perfect for one person. The Trevise and Walnut Salad Pizza is packed with vegetables and light, so you don't feel guilty indulging in it. They also offer coffee and gelato. The staff is very friendly and welcoming.
