I visited the restaurant on October 30, 2020 at 9:00 PM. I wanted to enjoy a meal and drinks around Nakasu from Tokyo, so I decided to make a reservation online as it was a time when even during the pandemic, the customers were returning. I searched for "stylish private room" and chose this restaurant. However, from the moment I entered the restaurant and was led to the private room until I sat down, I wanted to cancel. It seemed that they were not aware of my reservation, as when I mentioned I had a reservation for 9:00 PM, the response was "Huh?" The private room I was led to had a shortage of chopsticks, the table was sticky, and the TV monitor was visibly dirty. It was far from being "stylish". I had ordered a course meal, but the service was slow, it took a long time to order drinks, and when they did come, they were slow to arrive (it seemed like the staff were not communicating well). Moreover, the course dishes were not coming out enough, so I had to order several speed menu items. Additionally, the motsunabe (offal hot pot) did not have leeks, and when I ordered other items like sesame mackerel, what came out was different from the menu or online photos, clearly indicating that they were out of stock of leeks, etc. It was unbelievable to have motsunabe without leeks in Fukuoka, and it was disappointing. I wish they had informed us of such facts. At the time of payment, I asked, "It must have been tough with fewer staff today, right?" and it turned out there was an unexpected influx of customers, so the staff were short-handed. They were doing their best, and I appreciate their hard work. I made the reservation through Tabelog, so the cancellation fee on the day was 100%. If not for that, I would have wanted to leave as soon as I was shown the room. It seems they are conducting strict evaluations, but I still gave them the highest rating.
