When I always go to Takashimaya, I was curious about a cafe where I can eat Dojima Roll. So, I decided to check it out on a day when I had some free time. The cafe is called Cafe Victoria, and it has two entrances, one in hiragana as "Victoria" and the other in English as "VICTORIA," separated by white and black. The interior is spacious with various tables. The menu has a classic cafe lineup, but the highlight is that you can eat and buy Dojima Roll here. I ordered the Dojima Roll with fruit set for 1,300 yen. It had been a long time since I had Dojima Roll, and it was delicious with its moist and fine-textured eggy cake, creamy filling with a milky taste, and generous amount of cream. The fruits were canned with strawberry compote, which I felt was unnecessary. This day made me realize once again the deliciousness of Dojima Roll. On a regular day, after 1:00 PM. I decided to have tea after lunch while strolling around Nannan Town, looking for a cafe that was not too crowded. Surprisingly, there were quite a few cafes in Nannan Town that allowed smoking. I tried to enter a few places but they were smoking-friendly, so I gave up and went to this cafe instead. There were two entrances and the interior was larger than I expected. The seating and spacing between tables were wide, so I didn't feel crowded by other customers. They offered Doshima Roll that you could eat in the cafe or take out. Coffee milk was priced at 700 yen, and they accepted PayPay as payment.

I was talking with a friend and happened to find this place nearby, so I decided to give it a try. I had heard of the shop before, but I didn't know they served Dojima cakes. It was my first time having a Dojima roll served in a dessert plate-like presentation at the shop. The taste was also consistently good.

After enjoying Korean cuisine, I decided to visit "Dohjima Roll" for dessert. However, when I looked at the menu, I realized they only offered set menus and not individual items. I asked the staff and they confirmed that they do not sell items separately. I ended up just ordering a drink. They were sold out of the Dohjima Roll for takeout, but they still had the seasonal chestnut roll cake available. It looked delicious as well. The location is convenient near the ticket gate, but the prices are a bit high.

I've been curious about this shop for a long time, and finally got a chance to visit. Without realizing, the interior has become stylish and the shop is very comfortable to spend time in! The warm, crispy yet fluffy texture of the scone was delicious even on its own! (Served with strawberry jam and butter) The large scone was not only tasty but also satisfying to eat. This café offers a wide range of menu options from meals to desserts. It is a café with a great selection for breakfast and lunch.

I took a break here tonight♪ I was recommended by my friend Mairebitarou-chan to check out this place, so I decided to stop by after my shopping errands at Takashimaya today. I arrived around 4:20 pm and didn't see any Happy Hour menus outside, so I asked the staff and they said they had it! I chose a value set and sat at a nice table. The atmosphere inside was a bit dim and had an Irish feel to it. I suggest sitting further inside as the tables near the entrance can be a bit noisy with people passing by from the station. The chicken stew was delicious with tender meat and the boiled egg was cute and tasty with the yolk soaked in flavor. As for the mozzarella cheese... I managed to eat it somehow (^o^;) I debated adding a highball but decided to stop before things got out of hand. It was a great deal at only 800 yen! Thank you for the meal♪

I do it every day, on weekdays, weekends, and holidays...✨ I'm very happy because I can rely on it every day. The "Happy Hour Set" is a common offering in many places, mainly in izakayas. It costs around 1,000 yen and usually includes a choice of beer, shochu highball, or whiskey highball, plus 2 or 3 small dishes as a great deal. However, for someone like me who rarely drinks beer, shochu, or highball, it's not something I would normally go for. But, at "Victoria Cafe," their version is quite different. It used to be that you could choose any drink from the menu and get 3 daily special appetizers with it. Now, the drink menu has changed to a special "Happy Hour Set" menu, but there are still plenty of cocktail-like drinks that I can enjoy. And the appetizers that come with it are all delicious and perfectly portioned. Each dish is just a bite, and they are all so tasty! It's the best!! For example, even if a plate of potato salad is served, I never feel too full or unable to finish it. The portion sizes are just right. One of the daily dishes might be potato salad, and it is always so delicious and elegant with just one bite. The roast beef is usually the main item in the center, and it's so tender and flavorful that I always want more than just the 2 slices that are served. The marinated octopus and celery is also a favorite flavor of mine. The smoked egg and the green olive-stuffed fried meatball are also so delicious that I could easily have seconds. If I want a second drink, I can get it at a discount of 100 yen off the regular menu price. The drinks in the photos are Fuzzy Navel, Cassis Orange, and Calimocho. Whether it's breakfast, lunch, or afternoon tea, everything is delicious at this cafe, and the sweets are also great. It's a delicious cafe located in the underground shopping area right by the station, and I highly recommend visiting during their Happy Hour from 4 pm to 9 pm.

When you're lost on where to have tea in Namba, I often go to this place where you can eat Doshima Roll in the shop! Doshima Roll ¥1,100 (including drink) is a famous Doshima Roll! Everyone should try it! I started to like roll cakes because of Doshima Roll! I used to have a dry image of roll cakes. But the texture of the cake here is very moist! And the cream is not too sweet, it goes really well with the cake. It's recommended even for cake beginners! It's definitely a great gift too! Caramel Macchiato ¥710, I love caramel! If it's available, I will definitely drink it. It's delicious even without syrup! Just the right sweetness! This was the Caramel Macchiato I had ☕️ I love this one! I'll definitely order this again next time. The interior of the shop is very stylish with lots of books and decorations, giving off a European vibe... maybe British style!? It's a relaxing atmosphere.

I found a cafe next to Nanba, where sweets were lined up. I bought a Raisin Butter Sandwich Cookie for ¥250 as a souvenir for myself. The Raisin Butter Sandwich Cookie had a light cream with lots of raisins and a crispy cookie, and it was delicious. I also bought scones for ¥220 and a half of Dotonbori Roll with strawberries for ¥972 as a gift. It seems like they were delicious, so I'm glad.

I couldn't forget the homemade roast beef that was served in the savory part of the afternoon tea last time, so I came to eat it today! The atmosphere here is chic and really calming. They say you can order lunch anytime now, which is very generous. I was torn between the doria, but I stuck to my original plan haha. The set with salad and a drink is a great deal! In Osaka! On the way back, I stopped by the adjacent streets takeout stand to get butter sandwiches and scones to go.

I was seated at a table in the middle. I ordered the Victoria Sandwich Set for 770 yen, which is a sandwich that has been part of the restaurant's history since its founding in 1957. I chose iced coffee as my drink. The sandwich was quite delicious and didn't feel like it was made haphazardly. The salad was okay, but I felt like it wasn't necessary. Finally made it to the Victoria Cafe, a long-established cafe in Namba, Osaka. I had been wanting to try their afternoon tea ever since I saw it on Instagram! I realized it was a holiday when I got there. I had made a reservation the day before just in case, but it seems you can also order on the day of. The Doshima Roll that came with it was quite filling. The savory roast beef was delicious! Next time, I want to try the beef bowl at this place. The tea was served in a pot, and you could refill it with hot water, but the taste was a bit weak. If the tea had been tastier, it would have been even better. That was the only disappointing part.

I went to the Namba's long-established cafe Victoria Cafe to try their new original roll cake. I also like the Dojima Roll and Chestnut Roll. The Chestnut Roll is a seasonal limited edition. The Victoria limited Dojima Victoria Roll costs 1500 yen. It is a greedy and absolutely delicious roll cake with Dojima Roll plus cheesecake and raspberry sauce rolled together in the middle. The sponge, whipped cream, and are light because it is a Dojima Roll cake.

After getting my hair done at the salon, I was feeling cold and the wind was strong. I had planned to go straight home, but I decided to stop by a cafe to warm up a bit. The door was open and they were following social distancing rules, so it felt cozy inside. It was close to closing time, but I ordered a cafe latte. The new staff member was practicing latte art, and it turned out beautifully. The menu looked delicious, so I'll definitely come back to try more next time.
