Nice to meet you, Yakiniku Lab! Opened on September 28, 2019, Yakiniku Lab is located about a 3-minute walk from Higashi-Umeda Station. I heard from friends that Lab is really delicious, so I went to try it out right away. The location is very convenient, making it easy to visit after work. The restaurant has a stylish atmosphere with counter seats, table seats, and private rooms. This time, we had a feast where we could eat and drink as much as we wanted. We enjoyed dishes such as premium sirloin (limited to 5 servings), assorted meats, Yakiniku rice, seared liver with sesame oil and salt, kimchi and namul platter, Chorogi salad, Sakura Yukke, luxurious Kimpa with seafood collaboration, palate-cleansing sherbet, gateau chocolate, and caramel pudding. The limited premium sirloin was incredibly tender and delicious. The meats melted in our mouths, and the Uni and Ikura were fresh and tasty. The liver was seared rare and delicious with sesame oil and salt. The kimchi, namul, and Chorogi salad were so delicious that we had to ask for seconds. The luxurious Kimpa with Uni and Ikura was a must-try. The desserts at Yakiniku Lab were also delicious, with a smooth pudding and rich gateau chocolate. The staff were friendly and made our dining experience enjoyable. Overall, it was a fantastic dining experience at Yakiniku Lab.

The meat tower was such a surprising surprise!!! I was so shocked!!! It was my first time having a meat tower and the meats were delicious. You marinate them in sauce before grilling, and as someone who likes strong flavors, it was the best (even though it burns easily). After eating lots of meat, the egg soup was delicious too. It was so healing and relaxing!!!笑

I checked out the restaurant on Instagram and was surprised because it was very different from what I had imagined based on the high-quality photos. It was similar to a chain restaurant's buffet, so I was disappointed. However, the tataki (seared fish) was beautiful and delicious. I thought it was unique and appealing that they included sashimi in their buffet.

I visited a restaurant called "Yakiniku Lab Umeda" in Umeda for the first time. I had previously visited their Shinsaibashi branch, but this time I was curious about the "meat cake" at the Umeda branch, so I visited on a weekday for lunch. The restaurant was bustling, but I managed to get a seat without waiting. I ordered the Meat Cake 2-tier for 6,000 yen, rice for 350 yen, and the all-you-can-eat salad appetizer for 450 yen. The Meat Cake was unlike anything I had seen before, with four types of meat (Golden Kalbi, lean meat, loin, and Kalbi) beautifully arranged like a cake. Each type of meat was tender and delicious, especially when I quickly grilled the Golden Kalbi and ate it Sukiyaki-style. The all-you-can-eat option offers 100 items for 5,000 yen, and the all-you-can-drink option is 1,500 yen, making it a great value for money.

Sunday afternoon visit. I had made a reservation so I was able to enter smoothly. It seemed to be about 80% full. The Yukke for all-you-can-eat seemed to be slightly seared. There was also a luxurious combo called Uni Kura, which includes sea urchin, salmon roe, and meat for all-you-can-eat! The cold noodles for the finale were also delicious ^_^

Reasonably priced all-you-can-eat menu ordered. The kalbi, harami, and hormone dishes were decently delicious. There is a wide variety of side dishes such as desserts and kimchi. Unfortunately, the ventilation is not great, and the inside of the restaurant can feel greasy and oily. When leaving, clothes and entire body feel sticky. It is rare for a yakiniku restaurant to have this issue. Also, you can only order up to two plates per person at a time, which can be inconvenient as it is difficult to find items on the smartphone menu for ordering.

It included top harami, select loin, premium kalbi, top red meat, thick-cut tongue, tongue brian, and various vegetables. The colors were beautiful, the meat was tender, and it was truly delicious. Yukke is also all-you-can-eat! They even have sea urchin meat! I went with 4 friends to this all-you-can-eat yakiniku restaurant that felt like a great deal. We opted for the 120-minute premium all-you-can-eat (with all-you-can-drink) for 6000 yen (5000 yen with a reservation on Tabelog). The ordering was done through a smartphone app with a QR code, limited to 2 items per person. You could only order the next item after finishing what you had ordered before. Let's eat! However, the app interface was not user-friendly and the portion size of each item was small, making the 2-item limit a bit of a hassle. It was difficult to order quickly. As for the meat, the Japanese beef was delicious with a good amount of fat. Eating it Sukiyaki-style with egg was also great! The sea urchin meat was just a small amount (but I guess that's expected for all-you-can-eat). Maybe because ordering was a bit time-consuming, we couldn't eat as much as we wanted, but even without eating any rice, we left feeling full. It was a fun and satisfying meal with friends. If you want to eat delicious high-quality wagyu yakiniku in Umeda for lunch, I recommend this restaurant! We had a 100-item, 120-minute all-you-can-eat with all-you-can-drink alcohol for only 5000 yen. The meat quality is great and the cost performance is amazing. You can enjoy fresh wagyu yakiniku, as well as tan yukke, wagyu yukke, heart sashimi, and more! I love raw food, so the uni (sea urchin) was amazing. Even though it's all-you-can-eat, the quality is so good that it's almost worrisome. There are many choices for the finale, and this time I chose cold noodles, which were also delicious. The alcohol includes Kirin Ichiban beer and various types of makgeolli, all included in the all-you-can-drink course. The selection is great and the yakiniku is delicious, which is rare. The à la carte menu also looks delicious, so I want to go back for the tongue brian and sirloin steak next time. We used it for a company drinking party. They offer a premium all-you-can-eat course with 100 different dishes. It was affordable at around 6,000 yen per person with all-you-can-drink included. The atmosphere inside the restaurant was lively, with many foreigners. Ordering was easy as it could be done contactless by scanning a QR code. The beef intestine (senmai) was particularly delicious.

All-you-can-eat yakiniku restaurants often have cheap quality meat, but you don't have to worry about that here. It's a self-cook style, so you can order what you want and eat as much as you like. The portion size is just right for one person, and they have a wide variety of options. They also offer a lot of drink options for all-you-can-drink. It seems like they have continuous business hours based on what I saw. Personally, I recommend trying the "Bakudan Katamari." If you're not a big eater, they also have individual menu items available. The counter seating makes it easy for solo diners to enjoy yakiniku. Overall, it's a great atmosphere at this restaurant.
