Yes, it's meat time! "Yakiniku Lab" This day, I wanted to eat delicious meat, so I revisited "Yakiniku Lab," which I had visited before and enjoyed. When it comes to a delicious and cost-effective yakiniku restaurant in Umeda, this is the place to go! Despite visiting during off-peak hours, the restaurant was bustling with customers, showing its popularity. This time, I ordered a la carte menu items. Here are the dishes we enjoyed:
- "Tamburian" 1,980 yen: A rare cut from the tongue, known as the specialty of Yakiniku Lab. It's tender, juicy, and has a unique flavor that is hard to describe.
- "Wagyu Otoro Aburi Sashi" 1,080 yen: Lightly seared Wagyu beef that melts in your mouth like Otoro (fatty tuna)!
- "Nikura" and "Uniku" each 520 yen: The combination of meat, sea urchin, and salmon roe is surprisingly delicious!
- "Thick-cut liver" 800 yen: Fresh thick-cut liver that is incredibly tasty!
- "Special Kalbi" 1,380 yen and "Special Sirloin" 1,280 yen: Both cuts are tender and have excellent meat quality! Dip them in sauce and enjoy them on the "Yakiniku Rice" for ultimate happiness!
- "Choregi Salad Tabehodai (appetizer)" 450 yen: For those who want to balance their meat intake with some vegetables, this salad is perfect!
- "Highball" 450 yen: I couldn't help but enjoy several highballs with the delicious meat... I wonder how many I had? (laughs)
