USJ was extremely crowded, with long waits at restaurants and even food carts having long lines, so I decided to make a reservation this time. I chose this restaurant out of the four options available for reservation, thinking it looked relatively delicious. The system was that if we arrived between 5:00 and 6:00, we would be the first to be seated. Since our main goal was the zombies at 6:00, and it was still mid-September but the sun was scorching like midsummer, we arrived a bit early at around 4:50. When I asked the entrance attendant if it was too early since we had a reservation at 5:00, she initially said it was, but then went inside to check and told us it was okay this time. There were no people waiting in line, but the sign outside said a 120-minute wait. However, there were empty seats inside, and by the time we finished eating around 6:30, about half the seats were empty. Perhaps it was because it was Halloween night, and people didn't want to waste time eating slowly? Also, I wondered if high school or college students would bother making a reservation at a steak restaurant. Anyway, we were seated and made a toast. This restaurant had someone certified for pouring beer with a perfect foam... I don't usually drink beer, but it caught my interest...! However, in the end, I couldn't finish the beer, and it seemed a waste, so I went with the usual highball for ¥700. Here's what we ordered: Appetizer ¥1200 Minestrone Soup ¥550 Since it takes almost 40 minutes for the meat to be cooked, we ordered an appetizer and soup as a filler. We shared each dish between us. The taste was average for the price. Cobb Salad ¥1300 Served in a deep dish with plenty of greens packed underneath, it was very satisfying. However, I would have been happier if they had added more bacon, avocado, and cheese. But I guess this is what you get for this price. I originally thought about getting a course, but I was curious about this Cobb salad, so I went a la carte. But I realized that was the right choice after the next dish. Grilled Sirloin 400g ¥5300 Definitely order this if you come here, get the 400g. And make sure it's rare. It's incredibly delicious. I think I wouldn't have been able to taste it if it was a course with 125g. This thick piece of meat, and rare! It felt like I was eating a huge piece of meat! I usually don't like rare meat, but this was the right choice, it's already a tough red meat, so it would become tough if overcooked. I wish I had taken a cross-section photo. I thought this aged meat wouldn't be anything special, but I want to punch myself. It's so delicious!! This is definitely a bargain for ¥5300!!!! For the meat, definitely get red wine for ¥650. It's okay, but I wish they would learn from the red wine at Wolfgang Puck outside of USJ, which was incredibly delicious. (Am I being too luxurious?) Lamb Chops ¥2750 These lamb chops were also delicious~ I haven't had lamb in a while~ It felt like I was eating lamb, and it was the best~. It was seasoned with breadcrumbs and herbs to make the lamb milder, but I didn't feel the lamb at all, and that's a good thing. The sirloin and lamb were delicious... Grilled Parfait ¥1800 They only serve parfait until 5:00, so I ordered it as soon as we got in. This was also delicious~! But I was so full, and probably ate about a third of it. My companion was also full, but the parfait was gone in no time. We also ordered coffee and finished our meal. Well, I think we ordered too much. My companion only ordered oolong tea for ¥420, and I ordered coffee. Thank you for the meal. Well, we definitely ordered too much.
