I arrived at Kyobashi ⭐️ where I found a place where you can enjoy Omi beef at a great price! This restaurant is certified as an Omi beef designated store and I was impressed by the high-quality and delicious dishes with attention to ingredients and cooking methods. The restaurant is located along Comz Garden with a large sign and a stylish exterior. Inside, there are counter seats and table seats. The live kimchi demonstration was a great show, making it fun to eat! The crunchy texture and the umami of kkaennip matched perfectly, making it incredibly delicious!
The Omi beef Yukhoe, with tender high-quality meat mixed with creamy egg, was incredibly delicious when the meat umami and sweetness mixed with the egg's smoothness!
The clay pot silver rice uses Omi rice "Milky Queen," offering a firm grainy texture with the aroma and umami of rice. Cooking in a clay pot emphasizes the rice's flavor even more, making it the best rice that complements the meat and kimchi umami!
The thick liver was truly outstanding, with a thick cut that shows its freshness. It had no odor, and the sweetness spread in the mouth, making it a superb liver!
The domestic black beef bone ramen uses slices of black beef generously in the ramen! The hot soup is poured on the table, and the authentic beef bone umami soup with the noodles was incredibly delicious!
The lemon cold noodles with a refreshing taste and lemon flavor was excellent! The noodles from Tohoku were smooth and chewy, with a great texture and throat feel!
The almond pudding dessert comes in a cute bottle, perfect for Instagram! Mixed with Omi beef fat, the pudding had a smooth and slippery texture with the scent of almonds and coconut-like sweetness, making it a delicious dessert that becomes addictive!
