Overall, this popular pizzeria from Tomitani has opened in Umeda, just a little over 10 minutes' walk from the Umeda stations in Osaka. They use Hokkaido-grown Haruyutaka wheat flour and have even set up their own factory to maintain the freshness of the herbs. The pizza they make is incredibly high quality, with a perfect combination of crispiness and chewiness. It's absolutely delicious!
The restaurant has a simple and clean exterior with a few signs and potted plants. It's already very popular, so there's usually a line. I thought the line of about 10 people wouldn't be too bad, but ended up waiting for 50 minutes. It may be tough for office workers looking for a quick lunch. Inside, the tables are comfortably spaced out, with high ceilings and an open atmosphere. There are also private rooms in the back.
You order and pay at the counter before being seated, and during lunchtime, the focus is on pizza sets with salad and a drink. This time, I went for the Margherita set with an additional dessert as a reward for waiting so long.
- Ham Salad: Salads in lunch sets are usually like a side dish, but this salad was surprisingly delicious. The generous portion of prosciutto and a variety of fresh vegetables with great seasoning and combination really showcase the restaurant's high quality.
- Margherita: The dough is thick with a puffy crust, and you can tell it's delicious just by looking at it. The chewy dough has a wonderful aroma and sweetness. This might be the most enjoyable texture of pizza I've had recently. The basil, mozzarella, and olive oil perfectly complement the delicious dough.
- Panna Cotta: The creamy texture of the panna cotta is sensually delightful, with a subtle sweetness that I personally enjoyed. I haven't had panna cotta this delicious in a while.
In conclusion, despite the long wait, the food exceeded my expectations and I left very satisfied. If you like chewy pizza, this place is the best. The aroma, flavor, and taste are all top-notch. It's no wonder it's already so popular. I'll make sure to visit earlier next time. The total bill for today was 1900 yen. Thank you for the meal!

I ordered the lunch set B (pizza + ¥600 for all-you-can-eat salad, drink, and dessert). I chose the Bismarck pizza. The carrot rapé from the appetizer was delicious. The salad was very fresh. You can see the hydroponic cultivation inside the restaurant. The long-awaited pizza had a thin but chewy crust and was so delicious! The restaurant has spacious seating with good distance between tables, so you can relax. The location may seem a bit off, but I saw a few foreign customers there. I think it's worth going out of your way to visit this place.

On Wednesday at 1:00 PM, I went to "Galleria" in Umeda. I ordered the "Prosciutto and Arugula Pizza" and the "Buffalo Margherita" as part of the "C Set (+1,200 yen)". The "C Set" includes a choice of pizza, homemade sausage, drink, and dessert. The food arrived 15 minutes later. I took a bite of the "Buffalo Margherita" and it was delicious. It had tomatoes, buffalo mozzarella, and basil. They used the highest quality buffalo mozzarella from Pontecorpo in Japan. I also tried the "Prosciutto and Arugula Pizza" and it was tasty. The prosciutto was from Parma and the arugula was of the Selvatica variety. The fresh arugula was piled high. They used "Haruyutaka" wheat from Hokkaido for the pizza dough, which was thin and chewy. The thin crust allowed the flavors of the toppings to stand out. The homemade sausage was especially delicious - meaty, juicy, and free of any unwanted flavors. A must-try. For dessert, I chose the "Panna Cotta" which was also delicious. It had a smooth texture and was a perfect way to end the meal. The restaurant has a plant factory inside where they grow vegetables used in the pizzas and supplied to other eateries through hydroponics. It's a unique place that stands out from other pizzerias. The main branch is in Tomitabayashi and is a top 100 pizza place on Tabelog. Thank you for the meal.

I discovered my favorite pizza place while searching for a dream TV shape store and tried pizza for the first time. I had tried pizza at various places before, but the pizza at this restaurant was the most delicious for me, and I stopped ordering pizza from other places. A friend requested to eat something with a Western feel after having a lot of Japanese food during the New Year. We arrived early and were the only ones waiting in line before the restaurant opened. We were seated after washing our hands and sanitizing. We couldn't do a half-and-half pizza, so we settled on the Margherita and Prosciutto with Arugula pizzas. The Margherita was light and delicious, with a slightly thin crust. The Prosciutto with Arugula had a generous amount of arugula. The cheese choice was great. We initially thought about ordering more, but two pizzas turned out to be just right. If we had arrived earlier, we could have tried more varieties. Overall, we concluded that this place in Umeda is a good choice for pizza.

The Margherita pizza here is delicious, but this time it had a lighter taste than before. I prefer a lighter flavor, but if you're looking for a more traditional, junky pizza taste, it might be a bit different. It's definitely pizza, but not quite what you might expect. The Margherita pizza here is delicious! Next time, I'll definitely stick with the Margherita. After that, I went back to Umeda and watched the Conan movie that was postponed from last year. Today, I had the recommended mushroom bianca and appetizer set for autumn! The mushroom bianca had slices of garlic on top, giving it a strong punch of flavor. It's been a while since I had such delicious pizza! I think the presentation of the appetizers could be a little more creative to enhance the overall experience. Besides the vanilla ice cream dessert, everything tasted great! I realized that pizza is best enjoyed when shared with a few people to try different flavors. The Quattro Formaggi pizza at the next table looked delicious (cries). The restaurant is spacious and comfortable! Although it seems like a place for dates, it's totally fine for dining alone. The movie "461 Bento" starring Inohara-san felt a bit long, but overall it was good! Please make sure to visit the movie theater!

This is my favorite restaurant for the third time! This time, I visited during lunchtime. I arrived about 20 minutes later than my reservation time, but I was warmly welcomed, which I appreciated. The pizza was delicious as always, and the homemade sausage was the best I've ever had. It was juicy with basil as a nice touch. I asked if they had Tabasco sauce, but unfortunately they didn't.
