Today, I came here. A ramen shop that opened recently near JR Gakken Toshi Line - Oshikage Station. I saw a sign that said "noodles" when they were still doing interior work a while back, so I decided to stop by based on word of mouth. The interior of the shop, with its white and wood accents, has the kitchen in the back left, a high counter with 7 seats in the front, and about 4 table seats on the right. It's run by a staff of 4 people. The menu includes "rich pork bone, rich pork bone and seafood, chicken soy sauce, and grilled" ramen, as well as "rich pork bone" tsukemen. I ordered the "rich pork bone ramen" from the ticket machine and then added water myself before sitting at the counter. After about 20 minutes, the ramen finally arrived. It was served in a small bowl with a rich, slightly cloudy pork bone soy sauce broth that had a smooth texture and was indeed rich, but without any gamey or off-putting flavors. The flat straight noodles paired well with the thick soup and had a good texture. The toppings included a large, chewy slice of pork, crunchy thick menma, seaweed, bean sprouts, green onions, and a sprinkle of black pepper. I finished it quickly, but at the bottom of the bowl, there was bone powder, making me wonder how many grams of noodles were in the bowl. Even though I have a small appetite, I could probably eat another bowl. So, honestly, the cost performance is not great. While everything came together nicely, there wasn't any standout feature. As a rival in this area, there is only "Satsuma-ko" that comes to mind, so I think they can do well enough. The service was good. Thank you for the meal. Accessibility: wheelchair accessible with a step in the middle, washlet on the left back, and a Times-affiliated parking lot nearby for easy access (see photo for reference).
