The popular ice cream chain, "Baskin-Robbins". The parent company, Duskin, is located in Suita City, Osaka Prefecture, which used to be near my old house, but I don't visit very often. I mentioned in a previous review about using thickening stabilizers or corn syrup, which I personally dislike because it feels too sticky. This time, I chose one of the doubles to be "Orange Sorbet", but it also had a sticky texture that didn't feel like a sorbet. Compared to Häagen-Dazs, they have a wide variety of menu options, but being American, they tend to have bold and vibrant colors, which can be interesting. It's nice that there are seats at the back where you can relax and enjoy your ice cream. Also, I was pleasantly surprised that they were open on New Year's Day (laughs).
