After looking for a lemonade to have after my set meal, I went to anocoro (UKIWA) to find that the entrance to UKIWA was chained off with a sign saying "sold out for today". Although there were signs for sweets, no one was inside the counter, so I decided to skip it for the day. I remembered seeing hot yuzu being sold at Bee Honey, so I went there to have it as a substitute for lemonade. While looking at the menu, I noticed a random honey soft serve option where you could choose two types of honey to be drizzled on top. It was exclusive for Instagram followers, and the honey types were chosen by drawing from chopsticks. I drew raspberry and buckwheat honey, which I had never tried before. The double honey soft serve was delicious, with a rich honey flavor. The raspberry honey was enjoyable, while the buckwheat honey had a unique taste and texture. Overall, the experience was fun and allowed me to try different honey flavors.
