Every time I go, I am amazed by the incredibly cost-effective shop. The staff are friendly and easy to talk to, and they work quickly and carefully! The soft and tender cartilage and shrimp dumplings, all-you-can-drink for one coin starting from 14:00! And you can even drink Heartland beer, which is overwhelming and doesn't seem to fit the current times...or is it okay? It's a perfect place to enjoy a drink on a hot day!

[Menu] The two main dishes seem to be the original tomato ramen with fragrant vegetables and tomato soup, and the spicy noodles with chicken bone and fragrant vegetable soup. You can choose the level of spiciness from none to very spicy. There was also a menu item called miso spicy noodles on the menu inside the restaurant, but I didn't see a button for "miso spicy noodles" on the food ticket machine... [Dish] This was my first time, so I went with the basic tomato ramen with a small amount of spiciness. The soup is based on fragrant vegetables and tomatoes. Even with a small amount of spiciness, I personally found it quite spicy (I don't plan on going for medium spiciness next time). Well, it's a delicious soup like the finish of a kimchi hot pot. Toppings included pork, spinach, and celery. Personally, I don't like celery, so I think it would be better without it.

Today I went to a tomato ramen shop in the neighborhood. I like spicy food, so I chose the spiciest level for the noodles. Hmm, I might not be a fan of this level of spiciness, it's like a "death sauce" kind of heat, it made me cry. For the finishing risotto, the soup was not to my liking, maybe because I'm not a fan of soups. Some people might like it though!

I visited this restaurant with my child in a stroller, and found the interior to be spacious enough to easily move around with the stroller. The seating was also roomy. Each table had a call button, so I didn't have to call out loudly for a server, which was convenient. I bought my meal from the ticket machine outside before entering, but as it was my first time, I had a hard time deciding what to order. I ordered the spicy tomato ramen because I thought just tomatoes wouldn't be filling enough. It was pretty spicy, so I think the extra spicy option might be too much for me. The ramen came with pork belly, spinach, and celery toppings. They offer student discounts and also have course menus available in the evenings. This place might be good for women who enjoy tomato dishes. I will definitely come back when I crave tomato ramen again!

Tomato Ramen, a new specialty in Hakata! As someone who loves trying new things, I was intrigued by this. I ordered the medium spicy level, as I also enjoy spicy food. Overall, opinions may be divided on this dish. The balance of tomato acidity and chili pepper spiciness was surprisingly good, making it quite easy to eat. However, I felt that the collaboration of acidity and spiciness could have had a more impactful flavor. Nevertheless, the restaurant offers unique and creative menu items and cute bowls and chopsticks, which makes me want to support them. Thank you for the meal!

It is a spicy noodle restaurant located about a 10-minute walk from Yoshizuka Station. The cost performance is amazing! You can have it for just one coin according to the postings on Tabelog. Even with extra meat or noodles, it's only 700 yen. Even though I'm not good with spicy food, I can eat it with zero spiciness. I've only had the spicy noodles, but a colleague who tried the tomato ramen said it was delicious, so now they always order the tomato ramen.

We used it for dinner on a winter holiday with two people. We ordered two servings of tomato motsunabe and it arrived quickly. It had plenty of shiitake mushrooms, as well as other vegetables and motsu. Just this alone was enough for two people without needing additional rice for the end. It was delicious.

I visited a second restaurant for lunch. I had been curious about the pumpkin ramen for a while and finally got to try it. I have visited the main store occasionally, but this was my first visit here. The original chopsticks were charming. The pumpkin ramen I was looking for was just as I imagined, with noodles in pumpkin soup, and it was delicious. Adding cream made it even milder and tastier. The pumpkin porridge with cheese was also delicious.

In the second half of summer vacation, I went on a mini trip around Kyushu, focusing on Hakata. On the first day, I attended HKT48 Team H's Reset performance at Papillon 24 Gas Hall. Unfortunately, I was on the waiting list and got the last number, so I ended up watching the live broadcast of the performance on the lobby screen. Feeling hungry halfway through, I looked for something related to HKT nearby and found Sanmi-san, where Yuka-chan (Yuka Akiyoshi) and Maria (Maria Imamura) had eaten tomato ramen. I think they went to the main store in Daimyo (open 24 hours). It was a 6-7 minute walk from the Gas Hall. I ordered the original tomato ramen, which had a striking red soup. The noodles were thin and straight, typical of Hakata style. The soup had a subtle acidity that made it very enjoyable. After eating, I returned to the theater, enjoyed the MC session, and watched the second half of the performance. The finale was a summer festival theme with members wearing yukatas. I stayed until the end to watch the fireworks display. The next day, I was lucky to win a ticket to the theater performance, so I'm looking forward to my first live theater experience.

I have never seen a ramen shop that is so thorough in its service. Everything is perfect. From tissues to wet towels, furniture, air conditioning, toilets, and cutlery, everything is well thought out. Even the chopsticks are different from other shops. The shop's thorough consideration is evident everywhere, and the customer service is equally wonderful. Despite having various types of customers, there are separate smoking and non-smoking areas, as well as spaces to relax on the sofa. The ramen and the lineup for all-you-can-eat and drink are also fantastic. I eat a lot, but the menu is not stingy. Normally, the quality would be lower for all-you-can-eat, but the content here is exceptional. I have brought several friends here, and they all expressed their joy. I want to continue supporting this excellent shop as a new revolutionary figure representing Fukuoka. Please open a branch at Hakata Station someday.

I ordered the medium-spicy tomato ramen! It was surprisingly spicy, so I had to drink a lot of water while finishing it. I used the remaining soup to make cheese risotto! It was also hot and deliciously spicy. Next time, I'll go for the mild spiciness!

It was delicious. The flavor was quite strong, with a hint of garlic, plenty of tomatoes but not too sour. It was easy to eat. It had spinach, thickly sliced celery, and pork, so I got a good amount of nutrients. It was so tasty that I felt the urge to drink all the soup. There were many other menu options, so I would like to try other dishes as well.

I tried tomato ramen for the first time and thought it was delicious. It was my second dinner of the night, but I had no problem finishing it.

I can't go to any other store besides Toka Ebisu because there is more cheese than other stores and I love cheese.

Tomato ramen and spicy ramen (mildly spicy). The flavors are really consistent and delicious, but if they improved the noodles a bit, it could be even better. The prices and service are surprisingly good! I hope they stay the same forever.

I didn't order the tomato noodles that I had before, but this time I ordered the spicy noodles! It came with a salad for lunch too! I enjoyed my meal all the way to the delicious risotto at the end! Personally, I think I prefer the spicy noodles...

I love spicy noodles, so I thought having spicy noodles with konjac noodles for the first time would be great. It's even better with added meat. The tomato ramen was light and tastier than I expected. I will definitely go back again.
