The interior and cuisine were both very flashy. When I visited the private room, the decor such as tables and desks were elaborate and didn't seem like a horse meat restaurant. There was only one course available, but it included plenty of caviar and truffles, making it a good value for the price. The most delicious dish was the horse liver.

On my second visit, the menu was changed from last time! The horse meat tartare bruschetta was easy to eat and absolutely delicious, with a perfect match from the Champagne served at the beginning. The red wine stew also had a delicious sauce and was very filling! This time, horse offal and horse meat were also served, providing a new and enjoyable experience.

I visited the horse meat butcher that opened in Nishinakasu last month. Upon entering the store, I was guided to a private room by the staff in a sophisticated and calm atmosphere. There were three course options available, and I chose the middle-ranking one. The dishes that came out were said to go well with champagne, so I ordered a glass. One of the course menu items was like a canned dish containing caviar and horse sashimi, and it was incredibly delicious! Indeed, each dish was luxurious and visually appealing, not just tasty. While the price was a bit high for everyday use, I would love to go back for a treat to myself and recommend it to others. The experience from start to finish lasted just over 2 hours, allowing me to enjoy the food and drinks in a relaxed atmosphere. It was a great restaurant, and I would love to visit again if given the chance.

"Koshinraku Nishinakasu" in Nishinakasu, which opened on June 16th, is a horse meat cuisine specialty store, the first of its kind in Kyushu, where you can enjoy the highest quality horse meat from Kumamoto Prefecture. The horse meat dishes such as horse steak, horse sashimi, horse meat crepe, and especially the horse cutlet sandwich were delicious. The champagne and wine selection complemented the dishes well. The truffle and egg over rice at the end was also excellent. There are 5 counter seats and one beautiful private room. The private room has a luxurious atmosphere and is lovely. It is a recommended restaurant for dates, entertaining, and special occasions.

I had my first experience of eating horse meat at this restaurant! I was invited to the pre-opening and visited the place. It is located on the second floor of a new building on the main street in Nishi-Nakasu. It felt like a hidden gem and I was excited. The interior of the restaurant has 5 counter seats and one private room for 6 people, and you can feel the attention to detail in the decor and tableware. The food consists of course meals with horse meat as the main ingredient, offering various ways to enjoy it. They recommend a collaboration of champagne and horse meat, and the champagne toast with the horse meat dishes really matched well. The horse meat yakiniku cooked at "Yakiyaki-san" was a new experience for me, eating it with leeks and onions, and I was very satisfied with the course. The taste is simply delicious! This is a restaurant I would definitely recommend for a special dining experience with someone important.

Fukuoka City has inherited famous shops in Nishi Nakasu and evolved them further. The former owner's proud horse meat dish is still available, and enjoying horse meat after a long time with leeks, onions, and secret sauce doubles the nostalgia! The newly developed course meals have great taste and visuals, and the champagne goes well with them! Above all, the atmosphere is wonderful.
