On the second day of the new year, I went shopping in Amagasaki in the afternoon and then had a solo drink at a certain bar. I will review the solo drink in Amagasaki later, but after returning to Umeda on the Hankyu train, I went to Temma in search of a second bar. While wandering around the Tenjinbashi-suji shopping street area, I came across a shop that caught my eye, which was "<Ogawa Shoten>" located in Tengoku. There is also a branch in my hometown Nishinakajima, and it is a yakiniku bar that is easy to enter even for one person. Around 4:30 pm, I entered the shop alone and sat at the counter. I ordered a "bottled beer/450 yen" for starters, and now, what should I order to grill? Oh, this "Ogawa Hormone 1 piece 9 types assortment/700 yen" allows you to enjoy various parts. I also ordered the "delicious salted tongue kalbi/500 yen" from the "today's recommendation" menu. While waiting tipsy, the first thing that came out was the tongue kalbi. Despite being 500 yen, it had 7 relatively large pieces of tongue. The tongue is also a type of hormone, but it is a part that is usually served at yakiniku restaurants, so it felt familiar. Let's start with this for now. And then came the 1 piece 9 types assortment. The menu lists the names of each part such as <heart/pipe/head/tripe/soft bone/ox stomach/liver/chuck flap/red tripe>. The ox stomach, liver, and chuck flap are marinated in a strong sauce. The pipe, tripe, and red tripe have a great texture. When you bite into them, the umami oozes out. Grilling at my own pace in small amounts is "my style," but grilling alone allows me to do it as I please, so it's fun. While savoring the added "JACK highball/450 yen," I was able to thoroughly enjoy the delicious hormone. I also received a Jack Daniel's sticker, so I'm satisfied. Solo yakiniku once in a while is really nice. Oh, of course, when you're feeling lonely, you can always have yakiniku with a lot of people. Now, should I go back to Nishinakajima across the Yodogawa River? ...But it's January 2nd today, so the shops in Nishinakajima should be open, right? I'm quite drunk, but can I resist the temptation...?
