While driving around Ootakimachi pondering "What should I eat~ What should I eat~", I stumbled upon a Korean cuisine specialty restaurant instead of a yakiniku place I had in mind! As I looked at the menu, my eyes were drawn to the hot pot rather than the grilled meat!! I debated between Pulnack, Bulgogi, and Gamjatang, and ended up choosing the less common Gamjatang (ᐛ)و Gamjatang is a Korean Peninsula hot pot dish made with pork spine and potatoes. While waiting for the dish, a lady dining alone at a nearby table who was devouring Samgyeopsal offered me a taste, saying, "If you like this Samgyeopsal, try it~♪". I thought she might be a regular customer, but as soon as she finished eating, she stood up and left the restaurant (°Д°) Turns out she was the owner! Was that her meal allowance!? (laughs) She appeared with the completed Gamjatang on the table♪ I ordered the "small" size, but even the small was huge (°Д°) I wonder how big the "large" is, haha. I had to bite into the meat firmly attached to the bones with my hands! It's too hot, so let it cool down a bit♡ It's incredibly delicious♡ The soup is also addictive♡ And it's not spicy at all (•̀ω•́)و Lastly, when it came time to pay, they kindly gave me some Korean seaweed and said, "Please take it~♪ There's also a Korean supermarket nearby~♪". Such a lovely restaurant with a great sense of service (˶ᐢωᐢ˶) Thank you for your follows, likes, and comments♡Instagram: @kanae.0402, Food account: @kanae.0402sub. I'm currently pregnant and taking a break from "eating to lose weight", enjoying my maternity gourmet life ( * ॑꒳ ॑*). Thank you for your support*⸜(* ॑꒳ ॑* )⸝*٭✿*❀٭✿*❀٭✿*❀٭✿*❀٭✿*❀٭✿*❀٭

I continue to meet people and part ways, only to meet again. Just like people, flowers also benefit from interacting at a certain speed rather than standing still. In Osaka, the scorching heat continues, making me sweat all over even when working in the shade. To sweat even more, I head to "Soul Korean BBQ" for lunch.
- Silgechige Set Meal = 900 yen
Although the lunch menu offers classic Korean dishes, I opt for the unfamiliar "Silgechige Set Meal." First, five side dishes including kimchi and rolled omelette arrive. This is delightful. Next, the bubbling Silgechige is served, filled with dried cabbage and radish leaves. The bright red soup is invigorating. It was delicious. Thank you for the meal.
As expected, I sweated a lot and it felt good. I will definitely visit again. Let's continue on the path with diligence, so that we have no regrets in the end.

It is a restaurant that serves yakiniku, hot pot, and Korean cuisine. There are many yakiniku restaurants in this area with the name "Seoul," so please be careful. This was my first visit, but I made a reservation because I wanted to eat yakiniku. I ordered napa cabbage kimchi, loin, belly, harami, tongue, jijim, and japchae. First, kimchi and various appetizers (complimentary?) were brought to us. The kimchi was quite sour, as it had been marinated for a long time. The harami was brought before the tongue, and it had a good amount of fat and was delicious. As for the other meats, well, it's a shame! It's really a waste. As you can see in the photos, they seem to be using good quality meat for all of them! However, because they cut it into small pieces and freeze it, the flavor has diminished, and a slight smell was detected, especially in the loin. You can tell because it was still half frozen when served. Oh well, it's a shame to use such good meat and then have it lose its flavor. I couldn't tell the difference between the loin and belly, haha. The jijim was served with sunny lettuce. The japchae was delicious!! This place might be better suited as a Korean restaurant after all! Thank you for the meal!

Visited with 5 people. It was a weekday but there were still a lot of people. We decided to compare the salted tongue and premium salted tongue, both were delicious but the premium salted tongue was exceptional. We also ordered harami, mino, and various other items. I usually get full quickly when eating yakiniku, but I was able to eat a lot here without feeling too full. I love sesame leaves, and I was happy to see big and fresh ones available here. I always have abalone porridge in Korea, so when I saw it on the menu, I had to order it. It was delicious with plenty of abalone. I also tried the cold noodles, which were also very tasty. The staff were friendly and we had a great dining experience. I would love to visit again. Thank you for the meal.

A must-visit yakiniku restaurant that is so delicious that your feet move on their own. The taste of sagari is overwhelming. The richness of the lean meat is also exceptional. The popularity of the meat quality that doesn't need to look good is the secret. You should definitely experience this yakiniku at least once. Thank you for the meal.

The pure tofu stew was incredibly delicious! Probably the best I've had in Japan! The price is not cheap, but not too expensive either. I ordered a feast for lunch with yakiniku and a lunch set, but they only gave me one side dish, so it felt very Japanese haha. The yakiniku was just average, so if you come here, I recommend trying the pure tofu stew and other side dishes.

Sometimes, let's enjoy the authentic taste in Okuni Town♫ "Yakiniku Soul" for some reason, there are many Korean restaurants in Okuni Town. This place focuses on Korean home cooking, but there seems to be a slight difference in the barbecue culture between Korea and Japan. About 25 years ago, there were a lot of Dakgalbi (chicken with bones) in Korea. Actually, when I went to a Dakgalbi restaurant in Seoul, it was chicken and it was delicious♫ Also, in Busan, the barbecue sauce was made with sesame oil, which was surprising. Of course, it may vary depending on the restaurant. When it comes to barbecue in Japan, beef is the image that comes to mind. Also, the sauce reminds me of the taste in Japan. The sauce at this restaurant is also delicious♫ Let's have some drinks today too♫
- Asahi Super Dry draft beer 500 yen
- Asahi Super Dry bottle beer 500 yen (this is a good deal in terms of quantity!)
- Various Chu-Hi 500 yen
- Black Nikka Highball 600 yen
- Various Shochu 500 yen
- Makgeolli 1500 yen per bottle
- Bottle wine 3000 yen
Makgeolli and wine are only available by the bottle. The ordered dishes are:
- Kalbi 1600 yen
- Top sirloin 1700 yen
- Pork belly 1200 yen
- Salted tongue 1600 yen
- Top harami 1300 yen
- Tetchan (beef intestines) 900 yen
- Cold noodles 1000 yen
The size of the cuts and the quality of the meat are worth the price♫ The restaurant was almost full, bustling with local Korean people. Both the meat and the cold noodles were delicious♫ The staff also gave off a friendly vibe, making it easy to feel at home. It's clear that this is a good restaurant♫ I'll definitely come back for more delicious meat♫

Looking at my eating log, it's been 8 years since I last posted, but I must have been to the restaurant a few times since then, right? About 20 years ago, there were around 20 Korean restaurants in Okunimachi, more than in Shimanouchi. I had many drinking contests with Korean people and they would say, "I can't believe there's such a crazy Japanese samurai." I recently met Seoul Mama again after a long time, but she said that Korean club mamas and hostesses no longer come around. The only one who remembers the era when I was called the Korean Club Prince might be the mama from K Story, right? If you want to eat Korean food, go to Okunimachi Seoul, and if you want to eat yakiniku, go to Motomachi Seoul. Both are well-known restaurants in Naniwa Ward, completely unrelated but known to those in the know! #Naniwa Ale Rice #Naniwa Ale Town #Okunimachi #Yakiniku Seoul #Korean cuisine Seoul #Korean Club Prince #Has the chef changed?

In Osaka, I think it is quite a well-known famous restaurant. Yakiniku Soul. It was a weekday, but it was fully packed. Impressive. We ordered and ate a lot, such as salted tongue, tsurami, sagari, harami, hiuchi, yukke, etc., but with all this, it's definitely worth the price at 8,000 yen per person! The seasoning is truly impressive. I want to go again! ✨

Yakiniku restaurant in Daikoku Town. When I suddenly feel like eating meat, I just go there. The customer service is not particularly special, but the taste of the meat is unquestionable. I love beef tongue. Even though alcohol is not served during the state of emergency, you can still enjoy yakiniku without it. Also, the sausages are delicious. I always end up ordering them without fail. Delicious meat. It's great to have a restaurant like this near Mogumogu. Thank you for the meal! It's worth a visit. Mogumogu.

Especially dishes like Kamjatang, Kejjan, and pig feet are said to be delicious in Korean cuisine. Four men, from young to middle-aged, visited the restaurant together. Unfortunately, we made a mistake in choosing our dining companions. We went to a Korean restaurant wanting to eat Korean food, but when we saw other customers enjoying yakiniku, we all agreed to switch to yakiniku. The premium harami and special loin were quite tasty. We also ate plenty of rice and ended up having a typical yakiniku experience. We left feeling full. Next time, we will definitely come back for Korean cuisine for lunch.

Visited on August 11, 2020. Ordered various items such as tongue salt, harami, and hormone, but hmm... the quality of the meat was so-so. In particular, the tongue salt tasted like it had been frozen, lacking the true flavor of the meat. Wanted to eat more, but ended up cutting the order short and paying the bill. And, it was quite expensive... I will go to a different place for yakiniku next time.

This is a prestigious soul food restaurant with a vibrant young staff. They use charcoal instead of gas, which was a bit disappointing for me as I prefer gas. The menu has a wide variety of options, which I was happy about. The impression I got was that there were a lot of young customers. I thought the taste of the meat was average. I only ordered bone-in galbi. The food comes out quickly after ordering.

I have been to this prestigious yakiniku restaurant about 10 times. I apologize for the lack of photos. My usual order includes:
- Harami sashimi (always order if it's on the menu)
- Abalone porridge (order at the beginning as it takes time)
- Premium salted tongue
- Premium harami
- Hane shita (a type of meat)
- Thinly sliced hane shita salt on top of white rice, rolled up and eaten together is the best!
Thank you for the delicious meal! Thank you to the esteemed yakiniku restaurant, Yakiniku Soul!

It is a little past 2 PM on a Sunday. Since it is located along a main street, there is a coin parking lot right next door (200 yen for 60 minutes). "Is it okay for lunch?" "Lunch is until 2 PM." Unfortunately, it is a little past that time. But it's actually nice to enjoy a quiet and leisurely meal after lunchtime. "I'll have the Sundubu set." It's starting to cool down, so I should be fine without a towel. It arrives in less than 5 minutes. "Be careful, it's hot!" Omoni says (in a slightly odd Kansai dialect). Bubbling away... How should I eat this? Should I scoop it with a spoon and bring it to my mouth? I don't feel like asking Omoni. I'll just eat it however I want. Scooping with a spoon like soup. Ouch, my mouth hurts. But it's really delicious. "Mix it up well!" Stirring with a spoon, pouring it over the white rice. It's delicious no matter how you eat it. I want more rice. I'm sweating like a Daruma doll. I received a lot of small side dishes like a kimchi set beforehand. They also go well with white rice. "Definitely need a large serving of rice." "Oh, I was supposed to come by car." I'll come back again. Next time, by train, during lunchtime.

This shop is mostly frequented by Korean customers, with Korean staff as well. They serve complimentary side dishes (Mi Pan Chan) here. The portions are quite generous, so even without getting seconds, you'll leave feeling full. While it wasn't available that day, I really like the pumpkin salad at this shop.

My eldest son treated me to lunch, and he chose a Korean restaurant, which is one of my favorites. I realized I may have only been here at night before. I love Korean Seolleongtang soup, so I ordered the ox bone soup set. The slightly spicy vegetable soup and rice go so well together. My son had the cold noodles, which came with a variety of side dishes, making it a satisfying lunch. We finished off with sweet instant coffee, which always makes me feel like I'm in Korea. The staff even commented that we don't look like mother and son, and we left the restaurant in a cheerful mood.

I used this restaurant for a launch event. I had a set meal. The main dish was average, and I didn't enjoy the side dishes very much. However, the portion was generous so I felt full. I would like to use it for a barbecue next time.

The capacity and customers are all Korean, it's the real deal with Korean language being spoken. The taste is authentic and cheap, perfect for drinking Chamisul from noon onwards.

If you want to eat Kamjatang in Osaka, this is the place to go. I learned about it from my Korean friend who works at a Japanese company. Every time I go to Korea, I always feel like eating Kamjatang. When I order it at Korean restaurants in Osaka, I don't think there is a more authentic Kamjatang than this. The broth is rich and flavorful, but not too strong, and the meat is prepared well so it falls off the bone and into the soup. Even if you don't like sesame leaves, cooking them in the soup makes them easier to eat than raw leaves. I go there regularly.
