I enjoyed fresh horse meat at a reasonable price. It was not frozen, so it felt like I was really eating meat. Personally, I would have preferred it to be sliced a bit thinner. My gourmet friend who loves raw meat had raw liver and said it was delicious.笑

After attending a drinking party near Hirao Station, there was a restaurant I really wanted to visit, so it was my first time there. The restaurant is about a 10-minute walk from Hirao Station. When I entered, it was full, but luckily a customer was leaving so I was able to secure a seat at the counter. I first ordered a large beer and some appetizers, including horse sashimi and liver sashimi. There was almost no liver sashimi left, so I only got a small portion. The horse sashimi was delicious, tender, and a good portion for the price. The liver had no unpleasant smell and was very tasty. I look forward to trying different cuts with a group next time. I have found a new favorite restaurant. Thank you for the meal.
