A junior colleague made a reservation for us and it was my first time visiting the restaurant. It was busy, probably because it was the weekend. The menu had a variety of options, ranging from dishes that women would enjoy to ones that men would be satisfied with. The staff were friendly and made our experience enjoyable. I would like to visit again!

The appetizer was cucumber and cabbage with miso, and you could even have beer with it! I forgot to take pictures of the food, but everything I ordered was delicious, especially the charcoal-grilled dishes. I ended up drinking a lot. At the end, they made a business card for me, and they said that if I bring it next time, my position will be upgraded. It's like a fun game. I wonder if there are any special benefits for returning customers?

On this day, I dined with two friends from Korea, and later five of us, including company employees, had a party at this restaurant. The menu featured dishes using Miyazaki's specialty jito-ko and various izakaya dishes to enjoy Miyazaki. We ordered a variety of dishes and shared them among the five of us. We started with chilled cucumbers, spicy cod roe, deep-fried eggplant in broth, grilled firefly squid in foil, teriyaki chicken wings, broiled young sardines, and burdock chips. I had been curious about this restaurant that is known for its excellent food and management as a food and beverage business, but it wasn't in Fukuoka until now! Finally, it has come to Fukuoka! I stopped by on my way home from work with my colleagues as we decided to have a drink before heading home. I had heard that a little surprise service called "jab" can capture the hearts of customers, and I was excited to find out what it was. The menu was a bit on the pricey side compared to the usual prices in Fukuoka. We ordered tataki, steamed dumplings, and charcoal-grilled dishes. The cucumber appetizer was very fresh and delicious. The miso dip on the table was perfect for pairing with drinks. There was a smiley face drawn on the foam of my second beer (laughs). Yes, the "jab" has arrived! All the dishes were delicious. I couldn't help but have two more beers and two bottles of sake after that. The steamed dumplings were finished on a tabletop stove, and the soup was served frozen, which got me excited. It was rich in collagen and had a thick, creamy finish. It had a lot of umami from chicken and fish. The dumpling skin was thick and chewy, making it delicious. I'm looking forward to trying the ramen or risotto as a finishing touch because the broth was so tasty. This time, I had the ramen. I received a business card on my first visit. I plan to go again (laughs).

The service is excellent and I recommend giving this place a try. I had a New Year's party here with my school colleagues and the food was delicious, especially the chicken dishes. Yesterday, I had a dinner meeting with business owners in Fukuoka at Tsukada Farm for the first time. I had heard rumors about it, but it was packed with customers, even on a late weekday night. It was a dinner with some important people, but there were no private rooms and no smoking section. We had dinner surrounded by cigarette smoke. The course was 4000 yen, but the portions were small and the dishes seemed cheap to make. Chicken sashimi, cucumber, pickled vegetables, grilled chicken, and for dessert, a stick ice cream shaped like a polar bear. The service was good, with friendly young waitresses, which the older gentlemen might have enjoyed. The system where your title goes up based on how many times you visit is interesting, but shouldn't the core of a restaurant be the food? Needless to say, I gave a lecture to my subordinate who chose this restaurant the next day.

The grilled local chicken is amazing!! Highly recommended! The tsukune is large and satisfying! The negima can be eaten with pork belly instead of skewers! The potato salad with seasoned egg is delicious and filling! The boiled dumplings have a rich and tasty soup!

This is a restaurant that serves a lot of specialty products from Miyazaki. There are many stores in Kanto and Kansai, but this is the first store to open in Fukuoka. Everything you eat here is really delicious. They also have many drinks that are unique to Miyazaki. The prices are reasonable. They even serve drinks with a cute smiley face on the beer foam. There are many thoughtful touches. The staff are very friendly and easy to talk to, my daughter was very happy. The smiles of everyone there give you energy. I feel like I will become a regular customer.

It arrived nicely wrapped and the delivery person was polite and courteous, but unfortunately there was a slight leak and I couldn't read the flyer inside. The signature dish, jittoko-yaki, is made from fresh whole chickens brought in from Miyazaki and Fukuoka and prepared on-site. The egg omelette was delicious. The jittoko tataki with lots of green onions was also very tasty. The chicken nanban, which won the gold award at the 6th Karaage Grand Prix, was a must-try. The nira kamatama made by a nira expert from Nishito City, Miyazaki, was full of flavor and sweetness. The mentaiko chicken spring roll was homemade and tasty. The chicken liver pate was surprisingly delicious. The Hyuganada shirasu cheese senbei was a perfect snack with a shot of shochu. The jittoko charcoal-grilled udon noodles were smooth and delicious, perfect for finishing off the meal. Despite the challenges that food and beverage chains face when expanding into Fukuoka, this restaurant seems to be a promising addition.
