A shop located southwest of Shinsaibashi Station in Chuo Ward, Osaka. This chiffon cake specialty store opened on January 15, 2015. Their concept is "gentle on the body, luxurious for the soul," and they prioritize the natural flavors of ingredients by not using baking powder, preservatives, or artificial coloring. Their chiffon cakes are gentle enough for children to enjoy safely. Next to the store is Shinsaibashi Roastery, where you can order products from both Shifon-do and Taiyaki Fukuhachi for in-store consumption. Although limited to the summer season, they also offer take-out shaved ice. #Today'ssnack ★Shifon Plain 324 yen ★Espresso 378 yen Shifon Plain was for a friend. Espresso was for myself. The aromatic chiffon cake made with Shinsaibashi Roastery's espresso pairs perfectly with cream! The fluffy and moist texture of the chiffon cake is delicious above all else. It's a deliciousness that makes you want to try all the varieties. Thank you for the meal ❤︎ ( ⁎ᵕᴗᵕ⁎ )

Today was my son's birthday. After having lunch in Tomio, we drove to Shinsaibashi together. Let's have dessert here.

I received a souvenir, and even though I don't like sweet things, the fluffy chiffon cake with light cream was delicious \( ˆ ˆ )/♡ I also tried the Earl Grey, but forgot to take a photo. I recommend the Earl Grey!

After enjoying delicious ramen, I decided to stop by a specialty chiffon cake shop on my way home. It seemed to be a take-out only store. According to their website, they do not use any baking powder or preservatives in their cakes. Therefore, the staff advised me to eat them on the same day when I made the purchase. I bought four different flavors: Strawberry, Espresso, Earl Grey, and Plain, each priced at 378 yen (tax included). All the cakes were light and fluffy, and if you pressed them slightly, they would leave a mark. They had a delicate texture. Perhaps due to the shaking during transportation, there were some slight dents in the cakes when I brought them home. They were all delicious, but the Espresso flavor stood out the most. When you eat it, you can really taste the hint of espresso. Overall, the cakes were not too sweet, and the whipped cream was not heavy, making them easy to eat. Thank you for the meal!

On Monday at 12:00, I went to "Chiffon-Do" in Shinsaibashi. I ordered the "Earl Grey" chiffon cake. One bite. Delicious. This moist and fluffy chiffon cake might be the best I've ever had. I'm not usually a fan of chiffon cakes, but this one is amazing. The subtle Earl Grey aroma and flavor are exquisite, and the cream is not too heavy. Perfect balance. The shop looks like a take-out only place from the outside, but on this day, I enjoyed it at the eat-in area of the adjacent "Shinsaibashi Roastery." There are various flavors available, so I want to try them all. Thank you for the delicious meal.

A chiffon cake specialty store in Osaka City that offers healthy chiffon cakes. They provide chiffon cakes that are cut into slices and filled with cream. The store has only a counter, with no seating area. The Chiffon Sandwich (Espresso) is a type of Western confectionery. It is made by kneading coffee into the batter and baking it, then cutting it open and piping plenty of whipped cream, topped with crispy coffee beans. You can fully enjoy the crispy texture of the baked coffee beans and the sweetness of the coffee.

I went to Osaka for training and planned to leave quickly, but I wanted to try some delicious food from Osaka, even if it's just takeout. I did some research and found that chiffon cake and whipped cream are eternal partners! It's amazing how they come in various flavors and hold hands together. The shop is located in a complex alley, but with the help of my phone's map, I found it easily! The small roadside shop had cute chiffon cakes in different flavors like Earl Grey, strawberry, coffee, and more. I decided to get the cakes to go and they were delicious. The chiffon cakes were more fluffy than moist, but they paired perfectly with the whipped cream. Personally, I prefer moist chiffon cakes, but these were great for a quick treat. I wish they would open a shop in Nara too! If I have the chance, I would love to visit again. Thank you for the delicious cakes!

I love chiffon cakes, they are my second favorite type of cake. However, I have had trouble finding one that meets my preferences. Sometimes the cream is too sweet, the sponge is not fluffy enough, or the egg flavor is too strong. I have high standards when it comes to chiffon cakes, but I really like the one from here. The sponge is fluffy, not too eggy, and the cream is not too sweet. It's not overly rich either, which I appreciate. I bought the plain flavor and it was delicious! I would love to try the tea and chocolate flavors too.

■ Fluffy and delicious! Was chiffon cake this tasty? As a break from the Osaka Minami takoyaki tour, I walked from Shinsaibashi towards Yotsubashi and found "Chiffon-dou" where I bought chiffon cake. It's a specialty store for chiffon cakes located in the same building as a taiyaki shop and a coffee shop, which might be a first. There were various flavors to choose from, making it hard to decide.
■ Earl Grey (350 yen)
Although it's a bit pricey for its size, the deliciousness is exceptional! The chiffon cake is incredibly soft and fluffy, perhaps the softest chiffon cake I've ever had. The subtle aroma of Earl Grey and the moist, elegant taste made it a delightful treat. Other flavors available included plain, matcha, espresso, chocolate, and strawberry. They also sold something called "chiffon ears," which are not rusk but a similar concept.

I happened to come across a new shop on the street. It seems to be owned by the same person who owns the taiyaki shop "Fukuhachi" and the coffee roastery "Shinsaibashi Roasting House" next to it. You can buy taiyaki or chiffon cake and enjoy it on the second floor of the coffee shop. I was craving coffee, so I peeked in to buy one for a snack. They had flavors like Earl Grey, Strawberry, and Espresso in chiffon sandwich form, about 10 cm long, with cream in the middle. Each piece was around 350 yen. However, I didn't really want cream, so I bought the "Chiffon Ears" for 350 yen, which was an assortment of chiffon cake slices (5-6 pieces). It had plain and coffee flavors, but the contents may vary. I quickly finished the 5 slices of chiffon cake. I felt like it wasn't enough (wry smile). Thinking of it as 70 yen per piece, I felt like I made a mistake. It was fluffy, but nothing particularly special. Chiffon cake is popular these days, so a fluffy texture is a must. The appearance of the chiffon sandwich reminded me of the waffle cake from "R.L." (100-140 yen each), making it feel a bit overpriced. If you buy four, it's 1400 yen... However, when you consider enjoying it with freshly roasted coffee, that's where the added value comes in.

This is a shop near Shinsaibashi OPA that specializes in chiffon cakes for takeout only. Each cake costs around 350 yen. They offer a variety of flavors from classic to seasonal ones, all filled with fresh cream. I bought the black tea and chocolate flavors. The cakes have a fluffy texture with the aroma of black tea spreading in your mouth, and the cream is not too sweet. These cakes would make a great gift. Thank you for the delicious treat!

Cremia Soft Cream. My father, who doesn't usually like sweet things, says this soft cream is delicious. He doesn't usually eat the cone part, but he likes it in this one because it's tasty all the way through. The price of 500 yen is reasonable.

I passed by and became interested in something called Chiffon Sandwich, so I decided to buy it. It was plain and cost 300 yen. I planned to eat it while walking, but the chiffon was very soft and fragile. It was difficult to walk while eating it. The vanilla cream was too strong for my liking. I prefer more whipped cream.

I bought a Crema soft serve because they were selling it. I don't like cones, but this one is made of Langue de chat so it's the best! Thank you for the meal.

I had Earl Grey and chocolate pastries. They were fluffy and the feeling when biting into them was amazing! They were so soft, almost like eating air. I definitely want to eat them again when I go to Osaka.
