Around 5:00 pm, three of us visited the restaurant. Located just a 3-minute walk from JR Osaka Loop Line Fukushima Station and Hankyu Railway Shin-Fukushima Station, it is easily accessible. The restaurant only has counter seats for standing-style dining. One of the highlights of this place is that you can order select cuts of A4 and A5 grade domestic wagyu beef by the slice. You can enjoy various types of high-quality meat in small portions. Additionally, they offer rare cuts on the menu, allowing you to explore new flavors. When it comes to condiments, both paid and complimentary options are available. The "luxury condiments" include caviar, truffle salt, and sea urchin miso (each priced at 180 yen), and you can get a set of all three for 480 yen, which is a bit of a deal. The menu also suggests meat combinations that pair well with these luxury condiments. As for complimentary condiments, they offer premium wasabi, soy sauce, Western-style wasabi, gochujang, grated ginger, garlic chips, grated garlic, yuzu pepper, yangnyeomjang, spicy powder, chopped green onions, umeboshi, and ponzu. You can choose up to three complimentary condiments per set. The menu includes a variety of items such as heart, bamboo shoot, grilled liver, omasum, pork jowl, toro hormone 1, yang, shibire, red omasum, tecchan, hachinosu, comekami, and upper mino in the offal category. Among these, "yang" is a part that connects the second stomach hachinosu and the third stomach omasum. "Shibire" is thymus and pancreas. Other than offal, they offer items like tongue kalbi, salted tongue, medium rib kalbi, top loin, top harami, select tongue base, premium rump, premium ichibo, select uwamisugi, extra thick-cut negi salted tongue, top sasami, premium loin, premium misuji, premium hiuchi, etc. They also have side dishes like Ichibo-style sukiyaki (with egg), raw beef with egg yolk, kimchi, seared liver, etc. [Dishes we tried] ★Thick-cut negi salted tongue: Thick slices of tongue with cuts filled with green onions. The tongue has a good balance of chewiness and tenderness, and the salt and green onion flavors make it refreshing. ★Ichibo-style sukiyaki (with egg): Large pieces of meat like those used in sukiyaki, coated with sauce and quickly grilled, then dipped in egg. Coating it generously with egg and taking a big bite releases the savory flavor of the meat. We also tried Toro Hormone, Tecchan, premium loin, top harami, and others. ★Fruit can chu-hi: A chu-hi with a mix of fruits from morning until night. It contains oranges, pineapples, and yellow peaches, making it a visually appealing drink. [Overall impression] The restaurant offers a wide variety of meat and offal cuts, allowing you to enjoy different parts in small portions, which is the concept and charm of this place.
