The Negi Shio Tan has plenty of green onions inside the tan, and you eat it by squeezing lemon on top. It's so delicious that it doesn't need any explanation. Tan Moto is the best part of the tan. It's crispy yet tender, a part known as Torotan. At 280 yen and 250 yen per piece, I honestly think it's incredibly cheap. ⚫ Shiratan Sashi Tan Moto sashimi. This shop offers three types of tan sashimi (Tan Moto, Tan Naka, Tan Saki). You can order according to your preference and mood as each has a different texture. This time, I ordered the Tan Moto sashimi, which is hard to come by. Eating it with wasabi soy sauce gives you a luxurious feeling. ⚫ Fresh Seared Liver Probably in the past, it was served as raw liver, but now it has to be seared. With sesame oil available, dipping it after searing gives you the taste of raw liver. ⚫ Fresh 3 Variety Assortment Urute, Senmai, Teppou, three varieties. Except for Senmai, they are rare items. They are all light and easy to eat. If you like sashimi, this is a dish you'll get hooked on. ⚫ Takenoko I ordered various items, but this Takenoko is the MVP❗️ Unlike other shops, they serve the fatty part of the Takenoko together, and it's really delicious. The crunchy part and the richness of the fatty part combine, allowing you to taste the essence of horumon in one piece. I can't believe this is only 50 yen per piece. It was so delicious that I ordered too much, but I was very satisfied. They have a Happy Hour (Lemon Chuhai, Highball for 180 yen until 7 pm) every day, so it's a good deal in the early hours. I visited this bar and really liked it! I decided to try it again! I ordered a set menu to start because I couldn't decide on one dish. The set menu included various parts to try. I enjoyed it with beer and was very satisfied. I definitely want to visit this restaurant again!

I was interested in a restaurant in Fukushima Bar and wanted to visit it once. They sell by the slice so even though I can't eat a lot, I felt at ease. I first ordered a set called "tipsy set" when I entered the restaurant. I don't remember what was in it, but everything was delicious. I then ordered my personal favorites like tripe and skirt steak, and finished off with a draft beer. After that, I also tried honeycomb tripe and beef soft tendon, and overall, I was satisfied with the taste of the meat. The bottled beer was also under 500 yen, making it a cost-effective restaurant. I would like to go there again.

The meat selection varies daily, ranging from standard cuts to A5 wagyu and 15 types of offal. The unique flavors of the dishes, like the spicy and fluffy textures, are unbeatable and deliciously healthy. The tongue sashimi is top-notch, and the recommended thick-cut grilled tongue with green onions is amazing! This is a standing yakiniku restaurant in a back alley in Fukushima. It was my first time trying standing yakiniku. I visited on a weekday night. It was bustling, but we were able to get in without a reservation. You can order just one piece of meat at a time. We had salted tongue x4 for 198 yen each, premium harami x3 for 385 yen each, tetchan x3 for 132 yen each, red loin x2 for 132 yen each, ichibo x1 for 440 yen, large white rice for 418 yen, white cabbage kimchi for 308 yen, addictive cabbage for 330 yen, large oxtail soup for 638 yen, draft beer for 418 yen, and oolong tea for 220 yen. The total for two people was 5678 yen. It was very delicious and reasonably priced. I would love to visit again.

Around 5:00 pm, three of us visited the restaurant. Located just a 3-minute walk from JR Osaka Loop Line Fukushima Station and Hankyu Railway Shin-Fukushima Station, it is easily accessible. The restaurant only has counter seats for standing-style dining. One of the highlights of this place is that you can order select cuts of A4 and A5 grade domestic wagyu beef by the slice. You can enjoy various types of high-quality meat in small portions. Additionally, they offer rare cuts on the menu, allowing you to explore new flavors. When it comes to condiments, both paid and complimentary options are available. The "luxury condiments" include caviar, truffle salt, and sea urchin miso (each priced at 180 yen), and you can get a set of all three for 480 yen, which is a bit of a deal. The menu also suggests meat combinations that pair well with these luxury condiments. As for complimentary condiments, they offer premium wasabi, soy sauce, Western-style wasabi, gochujang, grated ginger, garlic chips, grated garlic, yuzu pepper, yangnyeomjang, spicy powder, chopped green onions, umeboshi, and ponzu. Two pieces of beef skirt, bamboo shoots, a heart, and oolong tea for ¥500 at the first bar in Fukushima. With the usual group, we decided to start off strong! At Osaka Fukushima, there is a standing yakiniku restaurant called "Ichiho Ichimomo" with a long counter and no chairs. I visited the place once four years ago while bar hopping at night. This time, I went with two meat-loving female friends on a Sunday afternoon around 3 pm, which turned out to be a good time as it was not crowded. Here's what we ate: - Fruit Can Chu-hi (¥480): A cute and delicious drink made by mixing mixed fruit can with chu-hi. It was better than fresh fruit, and you can enjoy it with a fork between bites of yakiniku. - Rare Steak Yukke Style (¥780): Thinly sliced meat seasoned like yukke with grated yam and egg yolk. It was delicious and melted in the mouth when mixed well. - Negi Shio Tan (¥280 for 6 slices): Thick slices of tongue filled with green onions and sauce, grilled to perfection. - Ichibo (¥300 for 2 slices), Akami (A5 Ichibo) (¥320 for 2 slices), Gokujou Harami (¥350 for 2 slices): All the meat we tried was exquisite. - Rice cooked in a clay pot (¥180 for small, ¥280 for medium, ¥380 for large): Shiny and delicious rice, although slightly firm. - Ichiho Sukiyaki (¥880): Thinly sliced meat, possibly kalbi, cooked with a special sauce. Served with a branded egg for dipping. - Various organ meats such as Shibi (thymus, ¥120), Yan (between honeycomb tripe and rumen, ¥120), Komekami (¥150), and Tecchan (¥120), all reasonably priced and tasty. - Jow Roast (¥200) and Nakaochi Kalbi (¥180) were our last dishes, and they were all delicious. In Tokyo, places like Jiro Maru are a lifesaver for solo BBQ diners as you can order just one serving. However, it can be misleadingly cheap and you end up ordering quite a bit, resulting in a hefty bill. The quality of the meat is good, the drinks are well thought out, and the service is stress-free. Around 18:40, on the way back from a sushi restaurant, my partner wanted to eat meat, so we decided to try this place nearby. There was one other group already there, and another group came in after us. I tried the lemon chuhai, which had frozen lemon pieces in it, giving it a strong lemon flavor. We ordered tongue and tripe. The food was okay for a quick bite before heading home, but if the cost performance was better, it would have been more satisfying.

The world feels tough, so I went for a meat charge. I went west from Fukushima Station on the loop line to just before Jojosei Bridge intersection to "Standing Yakiniku Ichiho." You can order by the piece, but they also have a Happy Hour set, so I ordered a draft beer. It wasn't quite enough, so I added some red meat and liver. It was just the right amount of grilled meat. They accept PayPay payments.

Recently, I've been hanging out in Fukushima a lot... so I decided to visit "Tachigui Yakiniku Ichibo Fukushima Store"! This is a standing yakiniku restaurant where you can casually order slices of high-quality A5 grade Wagyu beef. I've known about this place for a while, but this was my first visit. I tried to order the usual tongue, Harami, and ribeye, but they were out of ribeye so I substituted with Ichibo. I also tried their specialty "Ichibo-style sukiyaki"! The tongue was average. You can't really go wrong with tongue. The Harami was a bit tough for something labeled as "premium Harami" (see image 3). It was dry and I thought it should have been juicier. But the specialty Ichibo-style sukiyaki was delicious! The meat was good quality and the experience of quickly searing the beautiful ribeye and dipping it in egg was really tasty. I heard you can also have it with rice, so I'll try that next time.

After eating and drinking at a party, my friend and I were still a bit hungry and decided to wander around the Fukushima area. We came across a sign that caught our eye: "One piece of grilled meat for 50 yen." What an impact! We walked up to the front of the restaurant and peeked inside. It looked nice and empty, so we decided to go in. I didn't have the guts to just eat one piece of 50 yen grilled meat, so we decided to order some other items as well. We started with a highball toast. Then, we saw a poster for the "Good Job Set." Even though we had already ordered highballs, we asked if we could still get the set, and they kindly agreed. We toasted again. They lit the grill for us, and five types of grilled meat and kimchi appeared. The meat looked so beautiful. Let's grill them carefully. We had misji, tongue, teppanyaki, kalbi, and heart. The "one piece for 50 yen" deal was for the heart, but we didn't need to order it separately as it came in the set. Each piece was delicious. Can you believe that meat, kimchi, and a drink only cost 1280 yen? It was so good. Normally, this would have been the end, but we were curious about the "sukiyaki" on the menu. Let's try it. One piece each for 880 yen. Since we had already eaten some meat, we were excited. The meat looked great. We grabbed a piece with tongs and grilled it to perfection. It wasn't just grilling, it was like "grilled shabu." When we dipped it in the egg, it was delicious. Really delicious. I wanted rice. I should have gotten the set. We were full and very satisfied. All of this cost just a little over 2000 yen per person. Thank you for the meal. Note: I later found out from a colleague that the restaurant is usually very busy, so we were really lucky with the timing.
