It's a revolving sushi restaurant, and looking at the prices alone, it's not cheap. However, to Tokyoites, it was worth the price. The variety of dishes was decent, and there were no disappointing options. If I had to mention a complaint, it would be that since it's a revolving sushi restaurant, everything comes in sets of two. For those with small appetites, they may not be able to finish all the dishes they want to try. I couldn't resist and ended up eating until I was stuffed.

Rotating sushi offers high-quality sushi! The squid was delicious, I ended up ordering two plates. The flavors are rich!! There were two types of flounder and albacore tuna, the tuna was melt-in-your-mouth and the crab miso was delicious. However, it was slightly cold. There was a lot of cucumber in the mountain wasabi roll. I wanted to try more dishes but couldn't eat anymore. The staff were friendly and lovely!

Recently, I have been coming to Hokkaido more often and when I want to eat delicious sushi at a reasonable price, I come to Triton where they have good quality sushi on a conveyor belt. Even on a weekday during lunchtime, there was a wait of about 4 people, but we only waited for about 10 minutes. The salmon and scallops are definitely delicious. The miso soup made from the heads of the button shrimp is excellent with a good dashi. The only downside is that the fresh surf clam was a bit fishy.

Due to the flight schedule, I arrived at the restaurant around 15 minutes before it opened at 11:00. When I got there, there was no one waiting, but soon after, people started lining up one after another. Even though it was a Monday, Triton was busy. Before the restaurant opened, there were already 5 groups waiting, and once it opened, there was a line inside and outside. I tried to order the limited quantity Engawa Konbu Zuke around 11:15, but there was only one portion left, so I realized that if you want to try the limited quantity items, you have to line up before the restaurant opens. Personally, I think the best sushi in Hokkaido is herring. I also tried the seared sushi, but I prefer the texture of raw sushi. The salted lemon shellfish was also delicious. As for beer, I recommend trying Sapporo Classic, or if not available, Ichiban Shibori.

I love Triton's strawberry almond tofu! The sushi is delicious no matter what you choose. Around 6 pm on weekdays, there was a wait of about 4 groups. Afterwards, there were more than 10 groups waiting. The scallops are sweet and delicious. The shrimp avocado is a perfect combination of plump shrimp and avocado. The umekappa has finely chopped cucumbers with a great texture. The combination of cucumber and plum is excellent. The seared tuna is great, with a large piece of tuna and delicious sauce. The corn mayo uses real corn, not canned, and has a crunchy texture. The strawberry almond tofu is the highlight for me (I adjust my sushi order just for this). It's not smooth, but more creamy, like a soft almond tofu. The sauce with lots of strawberries is sweet and sour, just right. I went with my husband and brother-in-law's couple, and we had a great time eating and drinking freely, spending around 9200 yen. Everyone was very satisfied. We will definitely come back!

Triton, considered the best revolving sushi restaurant in Hokkaido, has some delicious sushi but also some that are not as impressive. Overall, the scallops from Sorachi, snow crabs, and salmon roe were quite tasty. However, I prefer the salmon, tuna, and shiny fish at Nagoyaka-tei. The service was good, with a lively atmosphere. The only downside was that they only serve draft beer, so it would be nice if they offered highballs or sake as well.

My daughter, who came back home after a long time, said she wanted to eat Triton. She mentioned that there is a Triton restaurant in Tokyo, but she finds it a bit expensive and the quality of the ingredients is not that great. So, we decided to go to "Triton Yuuhigaoka Store". It is a local revolving sushi restaurant that originated in Kitami and has branches in Sapporo, Asahikawa, and even Tokyo. This is the second store. We visited the restaurant at the opening time to avoid the weekend crowd and managed to secure a booth seat. We ordered using a touch panel, and the dishes kept coming one after another, filling up the table. Triton never disappoints, the food was delicious. My daughter was also satisfied. It was a busy meal with lots of conversation with my daughter after a long time. There is only one picture of the food.

I visited after about 2 years. I noticed that things have changed, and it was my first time visiting during the COVID-19 pandemic. I ordered my favorite dishes without holding back. I always make sure to order chawanmushi, miso soup, and engawa. The yellowtail this time was delicious. The tuna and the 3-piece tuna assortment each had their own unique flavors, which made me happy. The staff kindly explained that I could use a card or app for charging. They would check in on me while I was busy with the device, asking, "Did you manage?" - their attention to detail is wonderful. This revolving sushi restaurant doesn't serve anything strange and is a place you can trust in Ohtsuk.

I arrived right at 11:00 when the restaurant opened, but there were already over 10 groups ahead of me! Luckily, I was able to get a seat just in time. The ordering system was all touch screen, and there were no sushi plates going around on the conveyor belt. The sushi chefs were wearing vinyl gloves with rubber bands around their wrists, which seemed a bit difficult for them to make sushi. Since it was right after opening, the tables and dishes were cleaner than usual. The rice was soft, but delicious! Especially the fatty tuna was amazing! They now accept payment other than cash. Fantastic!

I visited after a long time. It was crowded. It was around 3:00 PM on Saturday, but it was full of people! I waited for about 10 minutes before I could sit down, so maybe it was better than peak hours? As always, the sushi had big, sweet rice and toppings, and I was full. I wonder when they will start accepting electronic money or card payments?

I also went to Triton Tokyo, a famous restaurant in Hokkaido, but since I was already here, I decided to visit the original location. It was crowded with customers even before lunchtime, and they say that's a common sight. There were many delicious dishes on the menu that I had never seen before, and I wanted to try more, but I wasn't very hungry so I only had a little bit. I want to come back next time when I'm more hungry.

(;^ω^) "Kaiten Sushi Triton Yuuhigaoka Store" around 11:30. There were already a few customers waiting, but I was able to sit at a counter seat where two seats were available. Are the people waiting waiting for an available box seat? Now, first I ordered some soup. And then, I asked for the recommended items. Today's sushi chef is Mr. Sasaki. The seasonal sushi, a trio of sushi, is recommended. - Fresh red snapper battleship sushi. This is what I came for.^^ The fresh red snapper looks so plump and juicy. Let's have a bite. It's creamy and melts in your mouth. Mmm, delicious. I couldn't help but moan. - Yellowtail. This is a taste that can only be enjoyed in the cold season. It's firm with a good amount of fat, and it's super delicious. I'll have another plate, please, Mr. Sasaki. - Fatty mackerel. It's said to be mackerel from Nagasaki Prefecture. It has a good amount of fat and plenty of flavor. Yummy! Oh, I should try this too. - Tempura of fresh red snapper. I'll have it with tempura dipping sauce. It's crispy on the outside and creamy on the inside. This is exquisite. I want some shochu, but I'll hold back. I tried a few other dishes as well. Visit date: August 11, 2019 On this day, I came to Enbetsu Town to visit the graves. Triton in Enbetsu was very crowded. After that, I tried visiting a soba restaurant and a diner in Ikeda Hara, but it was a different experience this day as I was accompanied by elderly people, so I couldn't relax in that environment. I satisfied my hunger with delicious soft-serve ice cream on the way and then came to Kitami City. It was already past 2 PM, so I thought there might not be a wait anymore, and I visited Triton Yuuhigaoka store. However, I was told there was still a wait of about 30-40 minutes. Since the elderly were willing to wait, I waited in the car. I was called in 25 minutes later. I believe I had the shrimp miso gunkan sushi, but I can't find the photo. I also like the two major local conveyor belt sushi places, but we prefer Triton. The rice seems to be delicious. There was only one time I had a slight doubt, but on this day, it was definitely delicious. Maybe next time will be during next year's Obon festival? It was delicious, thank you for the meal.

I will have sushi at Triton in Kitami ^ ^ This time, I had a promise to meet someone who came from Tokyo for work in Kitami, so I went for the requested sushi. They said the Triton they had in Tokyo was delicious, so they wanted to try it in its birthplace Kitami! When I arrived at lunchtime, there were 12 groups waiting! I didn't expect to wait in line even in Kitami. Sorry for underestimating it (^_^;) After waiting for about 40 minutes by car, we were finally seated and ready to eat! I forgot to take pictures of about half of the sushi I ate, but oh well. Compared to Sapporo, the toppings and rice were smaller. I think the price is probably the same, but I don't remember the exact amount (・・;) Still, I was satisfied to be able to eat a meal that made me feel like I was in Hokkaido. They seem to like the sushi toppings that are not boiled, as it gives them a true Hokkaido sushi experience. Thank you for the meal.

Hokkaido is rumored to have amazing quality even in conveyor belt sushi restaurants. One of the famous ones is Triton, where they seem to take pride in their salmon more than their tuna, and it was incredibly delicious! The clam soup was also excellent! Truly the best sushi in the north!

This is a shop in Kitami City. Although the main store is located in Kitami, this seems to be a second branch. Triton has outlets in Ikebukuro Tobu and Skytree, and is always popular with long queues. I sometimes go to see how Triton in Tobu is doing, but I always give up because there is always a line. This time, since I came all the way to Kitami, I decided to wait in line and eat. The shop is about a 10-minute drive from my parents' house. The store opens at 11:00, so I planned to leave with plenty of time, but I arrived a little after 11:05. The parking lot in front of the shop was already full. I let my wife go ahead and squeezed in and parked at the very end. It took a little time because the road was icy. Inside the shop, there is a counter in the center, and table seats are available in the back and left side. The first customers have already filled the seats. There are waiting seats by the window, and my wife was sitting there. Since there are two of us, I thought we wouldn't have to wait too long if we could sit at the counter. Even so, it took 35 minutes before we could sit at the counter. (laughs) Now, let's eat! There was the usual greeting from the staff at Triton, and we started. Since we came all the way to Hokkaido, let's have some local ingredients. We had saury, scallop, squid (with mountain wasabi), fatty salmon, medium fatty tuna, cucumber roll (with mountain wasabi), sea urchin, and more. I forgot to take pictures because it became too much of a hassle. People in Kitami also use regular wasabi, but they really like mountain wasabi. I love it too. This shop serves fresh and large-sized ingredients. This might be a matter of personal preference. My brother goes to other conveyor belt sushi restaurants because he thinks the balance between the rice and fish is off. I think this size is just right, but... If the ingredients are not good, you need to add some skill and effort to make it taste good, but if the ingredients are good, it's better to just serve it without any unnecessary adjustments. The charm of this place is that you can enjoy high-quality ingredients at a reasonable price. Thank you for the meal!

I used to go to this place often, but it started getting crowded towards the end. I think the last Triton I visited was in Kitami. The Sapporo store is always busy, even on weekdays, so it's hard to get in.

During the long weekend, I was able to enter the restaurant after waiting for about 30 minutes. I enjoyed the special premium four kinds of sushi (botan shrimp, snow crab, abalone, striped jack), Hokkaido three kinds of sushi (live scallop, Hokkaido sweet shrimp, saltwater sea urchin), premium tuna belly nigiri, salmon miso soup, botan shrimp miso soup, squid, fatty salmon, and saltwater sea urchin. The quality was exceptional this time. I definitely want to come back again.
