In the area between Kokutai-doro and Yakuin, a stylish new restaurant has opened in the Imaizumi area. "Sosaku Japanese Cuisine Baku" opened in March 2023 on the second floor of the Prospelita Imaizumi building, accessible by elevator or stairs. The interior features a counter, tables, and even private rooms, with a total of 26 seats. Reservations can be made through the restaurant's official website and various gourmet websites. The drink menu includes a variety of options such as sake, shochu, beer, and highballs, as well as Nikka whiskies like Yoichi and Miyagikyo. The concept of the restaurant is creative Japanese cuisine combining Japanese and French elements, reflected in the menu.
