It's too hot for coffee, so I opted for shaved ice instead! It's been a while since I had strawberry flavor, and this one is made with the old-fashioned strawberry syrup that turns your tongue pink. I topped it off with soft serve ice cream. I wish I had ordered the mini size because it was quite large and I ended up feeling really full.

I had to go to Shin-Osaka for some business and decided to have lunch at a place that offers a special lunch plate from 11:30 to 14:00 on weekdays. It was a convenient location, just a 5-minute walk from the station, and quite crowded. I quickly chose the "Tamatomare lettuce sandwich" from the menu. When ordering, the staff asked if I wanted the "Comechiki", which I didn't know what it was but decided to try. It turned out to be spicy chicken nuggets, which were deliciously junky. The sandwich was exactly as described, with fluffy soft bread filled with plenty of egg, tomato, and lettuce. It was a combination that is universally loved, and the generous portion left me completely satisfied.

I used it at a cafe after drinking because it's open late. I had to wait a little because there are few cafes open late. The glass shaped like a boot is cute, and the soft serve ice cream was rich and delicious. There were also many other varieties available!

Komeda's Coffee chain in Nagoya has a new store in Osaka, which always seems to have a long line regardless of the day or time. It is considered one of the most prosperous stores in Osaka. Even though I was the 16th in line after getting a ticket, I was eventually seated as many customers give up and leave. The location makes it hard to find another place nearby, so I was grateful to be seated as the heat was unbearable. The layout of mainly table seats at Komeda's is a downside during busy times, as it slows down the turnover rate. It would be nice if they could improve this for a more pleasant experience for both the customers and the staff. The Napoli-style pasta has changed to a chewy flat noodle, which is delicious, although I personally preferred the thick school lunch-like noodles from before.

Located a 5-6 minute walk from JR Shin-Osaka Station (about 5 minutes from Osaka Metro Nishinakajima-Minamigata Station), this restaurant is where I visited for a solo lunch on a weekday afternoon. I ordered the limited-time offer of Comeniku: Nikudakudaku (330g of meat) for 980 yen (including tax) with a free size upgrade (from July 15th to August 1st) + Iced Soy Milk Latte (Regular) for 470 yen (including tax). The dish arrived in about 10 minutes. By ordering a drink, you could get a free size upgrade for the Comeniku, and the 330g portion was indeed huge! The large buns were filled with generously seasoned sweet and savory beef, shredded cabbage, and more. The seasoning on the beef was quite strong due to the large portion, making it a bit too salty for my taste (the balance between the buns and beef was off). Nevertheless, I was satisfied and enjoyed the meal. Thank you for the meal.

When you come to Komeda, you must try the Shironoir! The limited-time Shironoir looks tempting, but I decided to go with the regular Shironoir because it seems a bit heavy. Putting a bite of Shironoir into my mouth and then sipping the blended coffee, the sweetness of the syrup, the soft serve ice cream, and the texture of the bread all come together perfectly. I decided to put my name on the waiting list there and enjoy a leisurely time at Komeda Coffee until my reservation time. I ordered one Red Delicious apple jam morning and a seasonal Aomori-grown Red Delicious apple jam hot caffeine-less coffee. When I entered the restaurant, I made a reservation and had to wait a bit. Despite there being plenty of available seats, the staff seemed a bit overwhelmed and disorganized. It would be better if they could promptly seat customers, even if the restaurant is full.

The interior of the restaurant consists of counter seats and table seats, and it was quite crowded on this Saturday morning. I ordered the Morning set A with a hot coffee. Now, let's dig in! The toast was fluffy and moist with thick slices, which I personally prefer over thin slices. The boiled egg was slightly overcooked. It's not a big deal when eating out, but I prefer it to be a little runny if I were making it myself. The coffee was the usual reliable quality from Komeda's Coffee. So, thank you for the meal! The name of the restaurant is Shin-Osaka branch, but it requires a short walk from Shin-Osaka Station. However, it is conveniently located for transferring between Shin-Osaka Station and Nishinakajima-Minamigata Station.

The pig bastard had a revelation about bread at Komeda Coffee in Shin-Osaka. He realized that bread is a delicious food. The accompanying lady seemed tired, so he suggested getting something sweet. She immediately agreed and invited him to join her. Normally, garlic and ramen are good for building stamina, but the lady ordered something called "Shironoir," which was a pancake-like pastry topped with soft serve ice cream. The pig bastard, feeling hungry, ordered a pizza toast, which was not the typical kind but a double-layered toast sandwich with egg in between. It looked delicious and his excitement rose. The pig bastard usually doesn't go to cafes for lunch, as he doesn't understand their ways. He looked for rice, but apparently, Komeda Coffee doesn't serve rice. They were just in time for the morning set, where ordering a drink (a large iced coffee) would get you a free toast. They could choose between boiled egg, egg, or sweet red bean paste, and the pig bastard chose egg. The toast arrived hot and buttery, and it was very delicious. The lady's "Shironoir" arrived, and her excitement was through the roof. The pig bastard didn't care if her tiredness was relieved; he was just glad she enjoyed it. His pizza toast arrived, with a great amount of cheese and egg, looking very appetizing. It was as delicious as he expected. He wished he could have this every morning. He thought it would be a winner with Tabasco sauce or washed down with beer. He looked for beer but couldn't find it on the menu. The lady, unfazed, continued to eat her messy pizza toast with gusto. They couldn't find chopsticks either. Overall, be aware that Komeda Coffee does not serve rice, beer, or chopsticks.

It's soft serve ice cream! At Komeda Coffee, the soft serve ice cream is served upside down on a plate, which makes for a stylish presentation. Some people order it just for the visual appeal. This is definitely unique to this place. \(//∇//)\

My body is cold from the air conditioning! My eyes are tired and I have a headache! Eating something sweet at this time... does that sound like a good excuse? Last year at the end of the year, I was drawn to this pamphlet and ordered the Shironoir pudding. The pudding is inside the Shironoir, and usually caramel sauce is poured on top of the pudding, but in this case, it was poured on top of the Shironoir soft serve. The Danish pastry pudding had a great flavor, and the combination of soft serve and caramel sauce was delicious. I now understand why when you search for "Shironoir pudding tricked," it comes up. I thought the photo was showing the pudding on top, but it wasn't. Oh well.
