I felt the urge to eat yakiniku! This was my first visit to this restaurant, which offers yakiniku sets at a reasonable price, making it a safe choice for families. I tried the Kintaro set, and personally, I found it more delicious when eaten with salt and pepper rather than sauce. The stone bibimbap was also delicious!

I saw a magazine featuring curry during the hot summer. I thought it would be nice to stop by and try it around here. According to the magazine, the curry made by a yakiniku restaurant includes good cuts of meat, such as long-boiled beef tongue soup and black wagyu beef cooked until tender. The restaurant is located on the first floor of a building (which looks quite stylish), and there is a free parking lot for building users in the back. You can eat it for 690 yen even at night, but it's a better deal for lunch as it comes with salad, soup, and hot coffee or oolong tea. The curry comes out quickly since it's curry, and men might want to go for the extra-large portion. The salad and soup felt like they were just there, but you can get some vegetables. The curry had a gentle taste with no strong punch, but it had a good aftertaste and the flavors of the ingredients came out nicely. You can also get a Genghis Khan set meal for 700 yen and they have a one-coin lunch, making it a convenient place for salarymen.

I visited the restaurant "Wagyu Yakiniku Saien Kintaro" in Muroran City at the end of last year. I tried the 100-minute all-you-can-eat and drink course for 4,080 yen with three colleagues. The course included a variety of meats such as beef ribs, beef skirt, chicken thigh, special hormone, pork ribs, and raw lamb. Vegetables and rice were also all-you-can-eat. The drink options were plentiful, including beer, whiskey, highball, shochu, oolong highball, sake, wine, and draft high sour. The cost performance was great, and the food was delicious. I will definitely visit again.

After finishing work, I went out for a yakiniku party with my colleagues. I couldn't find any highly rated yakiniku restaurants in Muroran or nearby towns like Noboribetsu when I searched online. I was at a loss until one of my colleagues mentioned a place. The restaurant is located in a building at a crossroads on the way from Higashi-Muroran Station to Nakajima-cho. It's on the second floor, and there's a karaoke box, so it's easy to spot. The restaurant has a spacious interior with table seating and a raised seating area. It wasn't too crowded on a weekend night. We were craving yakiniku, so we kept ordering from the menu. There was an all-you-can-eat option, but since we wanted to try various delicious dishes, we ordered a la carte. We also wanted to drink alcohol freely, so we opted for the all-you-can-drink option. We started with a toast with beer, had two beers within the time limit, and also enjoyed chu-hai, shochu, and more. The yakiniku dishes we ordered included: 1) Your Choice Set - ¥3,150 for 3 types of meat of your choice plus stone-grilled bibimbap. We chose beef tongue, pork hormone, and chicken thigh. The portions were generous, probably meant for two people each. The beef tongue was delicious when eaten with green onions and seasoned with salt, pepper, and lemon juice. We skipped the Kalbi as it was a premium cut. 2) Wagyu Kalbi - ¥950 per serving for two. We opted for a slightly higher grade Wagyu yakiniku. The regular Kalbi was surprisingly delicious. 3) Wiener - ¥320 4) White Cabbage Kimchi - ¥420 5) Egg Soup - ¥400 It had been a while since I had yakiniku, so the beer and meat were very satisfying. I had no particular expectations, but there were no issues, and I was able to eat to my heart's content. The place is easy to find, located on the ground floor of a corner building with a convenient parking lot at the back. I called ahead to check the opening hours because I wanted to eat delicious wagyu beef. Surprisingly, they open at 12:00 pm, which is later than the usual 11:30 am opening time. When we arrived at exactly 12:00 pm, we were the first customers of the day. We ordered the following items: - Kalbi (2 servings on 2 plates) - Sirloin (1 serving) - White wine (1 glass) - Non-alcoholic beer (1 bottle) - Bibimbap (1 serving) - Small rice (1 serving) We started with our drinks and toasted, then the Kalbi arrived on one plate with 2 servings instead of two separate plates. When we mentioned this to the manager, we had to wait for about 5 minutes before the correct order was served. The manager informed us that they were out of sirloin for the day, so we reluctantly ordered skirt steak instead. The Kalbi was a bit fatty and slightly tough for the price (around 1300 yen per plate). It didn't compare to the quality of meat you can get at places like "Uemura" or "Amano Family Farm" in Shiraoi. The skirt steak we had was of poor quality and was difficult to eat. We paid the bill with a card, and the female staff mentioned that the manager wanted to speak with us. The manager questioned our use of a card for payment, even though the types of cards accepted were clearly displayed. It would have been better if they indicated "cash only" if they didn't want to pay card fees. We ended up paying 6000 yen in cash for both of us, which could have been better spent on delicious beef in Shiraoi.

Just across the street from the Dormy Inn. I was with my kids, so it was great that they had tatami seating. I drank beer and grilled meat non-stop. The red copuchan (miso flavor) was so tender and delicious. I've been into horumon (offal) lately! The portions were generous and good! The staff were friendly, and it made me appreciate traveling even more. Thank you for the meal.
