The restaurant is located about 1-2 minutes north of JR Loop Line Temma Station. Upon entering, you will be guided to the standing counter. We started with a toast with Sapporo Red Star bottled beer. We had a course meal, starting with Sakura trout canapé topped with caviar, followed by swordtip squid marinated in Shaoxing wine and finished with oil and green onions. The menu also included a blackened squid burger with squid ink buns, tartar sauce, fried squid, and lettuce. We also enjoyed deep-fried loach with a spicy blackened powder, as well as grilled black-haired Wagyu beef tataki. The meal ended with a dish of spiny lobster and shark fin in a thick sauce, accompanied by garlic and pickled radish chili oil. The course meal was delicious and paired well with the drinks. We had a great time and would love to make a reservation to visit again. Thank you for the wonderful meal.

I visited the parent store of Sanma Han-Dachi Shokudo, where I tried standing eating for the first time. I ordered the course listed on the board along with some drinks. The quality of the dishes was quite impressive. Personally, I found the black wagyu beef burger and beef tendon stew to be out of this world. The combination of high-quality dishes and standing dining was truly innovative and enjoyable. The fact that the meal ended in just 1.5 hours, perhaps to accommodate standing eating, was also great.

On August 26, 2023, I visited "Sanma Kurokoge Shokudo" in Osaka, which used to be a popular Chinese restaurant in the former Tenma area. The menu has been renewed and now offers creative dishes such as crab somen, seared bonito with grated yam, black wagyu burger, fried turban shell, conger eel kabayaki, simmered red snapper, and black wagyu beef tendon soup. Is the burnt black burger a staple of the restaurant? This time, the buns were slightly sweet and delicious. Last time, the meat dish was beef cutlet, but this time it was grilled, so even when it came out later, it was not too fatty and I could eat it all at once! And above all, the spiny lobster!!!! Normally, it is offered at an additional charge, but this time it was included in the regular course, so my satisfaction level was quite high. Last time, I left the last dish uneaten, but this time I was able to eat everything until the end, so I am very satisfied. Thank you for the meal.

We visited a popular Japanese and Chinese restaurant in Osaka in May with a budget of 10,000 yen. The chef, who runs the restaurant from behind the counter, was very friendly and had a gentle demeanor. The seasoning of the dishes was also excellent. Our group enjoyed the experience and immediately made a reservation for our next visit. The option of adding lobster for 7,000 yen was not available, but instead included in the 7,000 yen course. We look forward to seeing how this restaurant develops and we definitely want to visit again.

Visited with a friend. It was a 2-3 minute walk from Temma Station. The cooking process was visible at the standing counter. There were visually appealing dishes and the taste was good. In particular, the live preparation of spiny lobsters was impressive and I think it offers good value for money.

The owner has changed and the restaurant has been reborn as Sanma Kogare Shokudo! We made a reservation by phone and arrived around 20:30 to find that we had the place to ourselves! It seems like they are still in the experimental stage, so they only offer set courses. Unfortunately, we didn't know this and ended up visiting as our second stop, which we regretted. The cuisine is not Chinese, but creative dishes! We had a drink with each course, and the total bill came to a little over 10,000 yen per person! Honestly, it was a bit more expensive than we expected, but considering they use high-end ingredients like caviar, wagyu beef, spiny lobster, and shark fin, it seems reasonable.

The owner of the restaurant has changed, and now it focuses on Japanese cuisine at the Sanma Kurokoge Shokudo. The location remains the same. Everything is delicious! This time, there was no squid, so I had the lobster instead. It was so tasty. And the impact! A big, eye-catching presentation makes me happy. The hamburger was delicious too.

I made a reservation based on the information that bookings are fine for April onwards as of last November. There was some trial and error as they are exploring a direction towards a fusion of Japanese and Western styles from their original Chinese style. I wish there had been an announcement before I went as I had made the reservation thinking it was a Chinese restaurant, so I deducted a star for that. However, the food was delicious and I could see that they put a lot of effort into various creative ideas! It was very tasty. The burnt black burger at Sanma Shokudo had slightly sweet buns and the filling was squid, not sanma, but it was delicious. The spring rolls with firefly squid and shirako, topped with sea urchin, were also delicious. It was a parade of things I personally like! The Miyazaki Saikyo beef cutlet was very, very delicious, but by that point, I was starting to feel full, so the fat was a bit heavy... The last rice and soup dish had a wonderful aroma and a very gentle taste, leaving me very satisfied. Thank you for the meal.

The super popular Chinese restaurant in Temma reopened in April after a period of closure due to the previous manager leaving. Now they accept walk-ins from 8:30 pm onwards! I ordered the mackerel canapé, shirako and firefly squid spring rolls, black wagyu beef cutlet, and charred squid burger. The total cost including drinks was 4400 yen. The spring rolls were incredibly rich with uni on top, so delicious! The squid burger had a great aroma of ink and freshly fried squid. However, compared to its previous peak popularity, the quality of the dishes varies greatly in terms of cost-effectiveness. The restaurant is still exploring its direction, so I look forward to what they have in store for the future.

Located a 3-minute walk from Temma Station in Osaka, the incredibly popular and beloved Chinese restaurant "Sanma Kurojige Shokudo" is a must-visit. The interior has standing-only seats for about 8-9 people, where you can enjoy Chef Tanaka's cooking performance and watch as the dishes are beautifully plated right in front of you. The atmosphere is lively and fun, making it a truly enjoyable dining experience. Each dish is incredibly delicious, and the cost performance is outstanding. I was shocked that the course meal was in the 8,000 yen range. This was my second visit, and this time we had the place to ourselves as it was the last day of business in Temma. They are planning to upgrade and relocate, and reservations for August onwards can be made by phone. I can't wait for their next location! This time, we had the course meal with one glass of Hakushu Highball for 9,600 yen, which included dishes like squid marinated in squid ink Shaoxing wine, tuna and egg yolk marinated in Shaoxing wine, clams and nori seaweed soup, mapo tofu, crab and lettuce fried rice, and more. I visited this restaurant in February. The head chef will be away until the end of February, so I managed to slip in for a meal. I am grateful for the opportunity. Thank you very much. The Sichuan Chinese cuisine was served promptly and at a good pace. The Shaoxing wine selection was also good, making it even more enjoyable for those who like to drink. Be careful not to drink too much. Budget around 10,000 yen.

Tonight was the long-awaited private party at "Sanma Kurokoge Shokudo," the top-notch standing Chinese restaurant that suddenly appeared in the chaotic Tenma area in April 2021. As Chef Tanaka will be starting his own venture at the end of February, this meal served as a farewell gathering to celebrate his future. The menu was not the usual, but a special one for fans of Sanma and Chef Tanaka. We toasted with champagne to Guy Charlemagne 2022. The dishes included: 1. Mongolian squid marinated in Shaoxing wine 2. Century egg with green onion sauce and Sichuan pepper 3. Flounder, yellow egg, and sea urchin mini bowl 4. Tuna with red oil sauce and scallions 5. Fugu stir-fried with chili peppers 6. Belt fish Beijing style 7. Mapo tofu 8. Scallion fried rice 9. Setoka orange. The "Century egg with green onion sauce and Sichuan pepper" was particularly delicious. We enjoyed the food and drinks in a relaxed atmosphere as Chef Tanaka shared his excitement about the upcoming opening of the new restaurant and his innovative culinary ideas. It was a delightful evening.

Today we went to Temma for a private party at the Sanma Kurokoge Shokudo that we had planned a year ago (*≧∀≦*). We arrived at the restaurant at 4:00 PM. The restaurant is about a 5-minute walk from Temma Station, located in a narrow arcade alleyway. Tonight, we had the luxury of a private party with seven people. I am truly grateful to the organizer who made the reservation. We started with a toast with champagne and began the omakase course. On February 14, 2023, a group of 7 people, consisting of 3 men and 4 women, gathered at the "Sanma Kurokoge Shokudo" located in a narrow alley near Temma Station on the Osaka Loop Line. The group enjoyed a standing Chinese cuisine course with champagne, starting with Mongolian squid marinated in Shaoxing wine, century egg with green onion sauce and Sichuan pepper, a small bowl of sea bream with egg yolk and sea urchin, blowfish stir-fried with chili peppers, swordfish with Sichuan-style mapo tofu, scallion fried rice, and citrus fruit for dessert. The atmosphere was cozy despite the cold weather, and everyone savored the delicious dishes and drinks. The restaurant is set to close at the end of the month, but the owner plans to open a new establishment in Osaka Kyobashi focusing on course meals in the spring. It was a delightful experience, and the group looks forward to visiting again in the future. Cheers to a wonderful dining experience!

【February 2023 Standing Chinese Drinking Party♪】I couldn't resist the temptation of a standing Chinese restaurant with authentic dishes and hard-to-get reservations, especially since the chef will be opening his own place soon. So, I managed to persuade my friend to let me join a standing Chinese dining event organized by a friend of a friend. The first and last visit to this dangerously cool burnt diner in the area: laughing. They open the bar from before 4 pm, so I secretly wanted to have a daytime drink! After exploring the neighborhood and getting hyped, we finally arrived at the restaurant. I greeted everyone and we toasted with champagne. We enjoyed the chef's dishes for the first and last time at this place. 【February 2023 Standing Chinese Set Menu♪】 ■ Squid marinated in Shaoxing wine ■ Green onion sauce with Sichuan pepper - The sauce was delicious from the first two dishes! I felt like I could eat the sauce with vegetable sticks all day: laughing. ■ Flounder, sea urchin, and egg yolk mini bowl - A burst of umami that goes well with alcohol! ■ Tuna, red oil sauce, and sprouts - This sauce would go well with white fish or squid sashimi too! ■ Fugu stir-fried with chili - The seasoning made both the tuna and fugu go well with Shaoxing wine! ■ Belt fish Beijing style ■ Mapo tofu - You might want white rice with this, but what's the surprise? ■ Sprout fried rice - The ultimate combination for the finale rice dish when paired with mapo tofu! ■ Setoka 【Drinks】 ・ Champagne ・ Beer (Akaboshi) ・ Shaoxing wine on the rocks □ Total bill: 13,000 yen per person This restaurant will be closing in February, so this first and last visit turned out to be a memorable one, but I definitely want to visit their new location with such high-quality dishes (^^)/ Location: When you exit JR Kyobashi Station, turn right and head down the narrow alley along the factory wall where only people and bicycles can pass. The restaurant is located a 5-minute walk from JR Temma Station. It's so popular that my friend made a reservation for a private party a year ago and invited me to join before they move at the end of this month. When I arrived at the closed shuttered shop, my friend showed up and we started with a champagne toast. We also added highball cocktails along the way. The marinated squid in Shaoxing wine was delicious, as well as the century egg with green onion sauce and Sichuan pepper. The sea bream, egg yolk, and sea urchin rice bowl was amazing, and the seared tuna with red oil sauce and scallions was tasty. The spicy stir-fried blowfish and Beijing-style swordfish were also delightful. The mapo tofu with minced meat was flavorful and the golden fried rice paired perfectly with it. The juicy and sweet baby bamboo shoot was a refreshing way to end the meal. Thank you for the feast!
