I had always known about this restaurant but was curious if I could really eat here. When I finally tried it, I was surprised by the unique setting attached to a car dealership (laughs). I decided to try it because I had a previous experience at another restaurant where I wasn't sure if the dish was really Genghis Khan. I consulted the owner and ordered the premium lamb and raw lamb. First, I placed vegetables on the grill and moved them around while cooking. Then I poured the same sauce used to marinate the premium lamb around the vegetables, which were simmered instead of grilled. This was a new experience for me. In the center, I carefully flipped the raw lamb, making sure not to overcook it. The raw lamb was very tender with a nice texture and a great lamb flavor. This was exactly the Genghis Khan I wanted to eat! It was wonderful. They provided lemon salt and sauce for dipping, and when I tried it with lemon salt, the lemon aroma complemented the lamb flavor, which may be helpful for those who find the smell of lamb a bit strong. As I continued eating, the vegetables around the grill absorbed the sauce and meat juices, becoming deliciously crispy and flavorful. A serving of 100g of meat (with vegetables) costs around 1,100 to 1,500 yen, which may seem expensive compared to regular beef, pork, or chicken barbecue, but I think it's a fair price. Personally, I preferred the cuts with more fat than lean meat. Both were tender and delicious though!

On this day, I was riding my mama-chari bike on the way to Don Quijote when I noticed a sign for mutton curry at this place and decided to go in and try it (*^_^*) After ordering, a pitch-black mutton curry was brought out right away. When I tried it, it was quite tough and tasty, but I wondered what kind of toughness it was. It was more like a gelatinous texture. Maybe that's the power of lamb!? I'm not sure, but I managed to finish it all. It kind of tasted like beef tendon curry, to be honest w. I was expecting something a bit different for mutton curry. Thank you for the meal! Well, it was delicious, so I'll definitely come back for more (*^_^*)

It was my first time eating Genghis Khan outside of Hokkaido, but it was delicious and did not lose to the original. In particular, the raw lamb without any seasoning was exquisite! When you order a course, you can also order the oven-baked visa, which was also delicious! The glass was also ice-cold and good!

I went to Jingisukan Takikawa in Fukuoka City. This restaurant offers the delicious meat from Matsuo Jingisukan, a renowned Jingisukan restaurant in Takikawa City. The marinated lamb meat, dipped in sauce, was flavorful and did not have any unpleasant smell. It was best enjoyed hot off the grill. The lamb and mutton were tasty, but the heart pieces were a bit small and the udon noodles were thin, which was a bit disappointing. The 2000 yen course menu allows you to choose 2 types of meat from 6 options, so it's great for sharing with friends to try a variety of meats. I will definitely come back again.
