I wish this cafe was in my neighborhood. They have a lot of milk options and delicious snacks. They also cater to vegans and gluten-free diets. I want to go back as soon as I visit Niseko again. The shop also has many interesting products, like CBD.

Had breakfast in Niseko at a stylish cafe where you order at the counter. The counter was lined with delicious-looking scones and donuts, but since it was morning, I opted for a light meal of a hot dog and toast. The bread was chewy and crusty. The hot dog had a meat sauce and cheese that didn't use any animal products, with plenty of sweet vegetable flavor and cheese, making it easy to eat. The coffee was a refreshing and slightly acidic brew. It was a very stylish cafe!

Niseko View Plaza is a cafe that opens at 8 am. I was buying vegetables at a roadside station and decided to take a break somewhere, so I searched and found this cafe. Even though I visit View Plaza many times a year, I never noticed this cafe before. As I entered the store, I could smell some spices and saw a variety of delicious scones and donuts displayed on the counter. I ordered a flat white, a cafe latte, and a donut. The donut was huge and had a simple sweetness that was delicious. The flat white was described as having less foam and a stronger taste compared to a cafe latte, and it did have a slightly bitter taste. There were muffins on the counter that looked delicious, and the smell of curry coming from the kitchen was intriguing. I will definitely stop by again when I visit Niseko. Thank you, "Pau Ba" cafe!

I visited POWBAR. Whenever I come to Niseko, I always feel like stopping by this shop. I originally planned to have just a cup of coffee, but ended up having lunch unintentionally. It's nice that they have a proper food menu in addition to coffee and baked goods. The curry I had that day was a flavorful dish with a tomato-based soup, vegetables, and herbs sprinkled on top. I also had American coffee, making it a satisfying lunch. Thank you for the meal.

It is located across from the Michi-no-Eki, towards Satudora. It is next to Yohtei Niseko. There is a parking space right in front. I heard about Cave de Bambou's recommended light lunch and decided to try it. They open from 8 am, so it's nice to be able to eat early. I had the vegan curry with tempeh and turnip achaar. It had a gentle flavor. They also sell donuts and bread. They offer soups, salads, and similar items. They had homemade ginger ale on that day. They post their menu on Instagram. With local vegetables coming in, it seems like you can enjoy a lot of vegetable dishes soon.

The staff's smiles were great and welcoming. There were many regular customers, and the atmosphere inside the restaurant, with different languages being spoken, made it feel like being in a foreign country.
