It is often crowded, but on this day I arrived before the rush, finished my errands with less than 10 people waiting, and entered without having to wait after 2:30 pm. I had my usual "dashi soba" as always, and just like before, I used a hand mixer to whip and foam it right before eating, creating a creamy texture. However, this time I noticed a slightly grainy texture at the bottom of the soup compared to before. There was soy sauce at the bottom which you mix in to change the flavor. The large chunks of onions added a nice touch. The noodles could have been drained a bit better. The char siu tasted a bit more like ham than before. Watercress also goes well with this ramen. The price has gone up from 550 yen to 690 yen due to inflation, but it is still quite cheap. Thank you for the meal once again.

During weekdays around noon, there are about 20 people dining. The turnover is good, with a wait time of about 45 minutes. I ordered the shrimp dashi soba with extra chashu topping, which was delicious. However, the other dashi soba was even more delicious, with a French twist using basil and balsamic vinegar. Personally, I didn't enjoy the rare chashu in this dish, so I won't be revisiting.

I've been going to this restaurant for about 7 years now! It's a 3-minute walk from exit 23 of Honmachi Station. I decided to have soba for the first time in a while. I've only been eating thick soba recently, but I felt like having some regular soba again!!! As always, it was delicious. The Ajitama Roast Pork Don is just the right size in half portions! I've seen many people unable to finish the Roast Pork Don, so if you're having it with ramen, go for the half size! There are only 7 seats, so you can tell how long the wait will be based on how many people are lined up in front of you. Haha. From entering to leaving, it takes about 20 minutes per person. It's my favorite ramen shop.

The soup is particularly outstanding. It has a French technique vibe, but with a strong dashi and soy sauce flavor. It's creamy and you'll want to savor every last drop. The roast beef bowl is delicious, but compared to the high level of the ramen, it falls a bit short. Next time, I want to try the ramen with extra toppings and an extra serving. We arrived on a weekday just after 2:00 PM and there were 7 people ahead of us, so we waited for just under 30 minutes to be seated. However, those who arrived after 2:40 PM were able to get in without waiting. It seems like between 2:30 and 4:00 PM is a good time to visit. I also have a YouTube channel where I share Moroccan cuisine recipes. You can search for "世界の料理をご自宅で モロッコ" to find it.

Popular ramen shop along Chuo Street with long lines. Visited after a few years. Arrived at 11:40 on a weekday with a wait of about 2 people outside, and 3 customers inside. Known for their chicken white broth foam ramen, this shop only operates from 11 am to 4 pm. The ticket machine at the entrance showed prices unchanged from before the pandemic, with the signature Dashi Soba still at 690 yen. Dashi Soba is their most popular ramen, made with aged bonito flakes and two types of soy sauce. Ordered Dashi Soba for 690 yen and Kuzu Roast Pork Bowl for 630 yen. The soup is a creamy foam on a chicken white broth base, with soy sauce added at the bottom for a fragrant mix. The noodles are medium-thick straight noodles with a good chew, and the rare chashu is tender and flavorful. Finely chopped onions at the bottom add a nice texture. The Roast Pork Bowl features the same roast pork as the ramen, generously placed on rice with a sweet sauce over chashu, seasoned egg, and bamboo shoots. A must-order rice dish. It was incredibly delicious as always.

Before the store opened, there were already 5 people waiting outside, indicating that it's a popular place. Since it's a shop that takes time to prepare each dish, the wait can be long. There are many female customers, which may contribute to the longer wait. I waited for about 30 minutes before entering the shop. By the time I got in, there were more than 10 people waiting outside. There aren't many businessmen, so maybe they have more time to spare? Today, I ordered the special soba with extra noodles for 940 yen plus 200 yen, using the ticket machine. I also added some slightly thickly sliced rare pork shoulder chashu and a smoked flavored egg. The broth had a foamy texture and paired well with the medium-thick straight noodles. The soup was delicious, and at the bottom, there were diced onions that added a nice touch for flavor variation towards the end of the meal. It was a satisfying meal. I've been waiting for this Chinese soba for a long time, but I'm starting to feel a bit tired of it now.

I arrived at the restaurant in the early afternoon, around 2 pm, and was able to enter without waiting in line. I ordered the classic ramen and half-sized rice bowl. The cost performance was really great, and the taste was amazing! The soup had a creamy foam with oil drizzled on top, so it's best to enjoy the first bite without mixing it, and then mix it for the rest. The rice bowl had an interesting twist with a Western-style touch added to the chashu bowl.

I arrived at the restaurant a little after 2 o'clock, there was no line so I was able to enter right away. I ordered the dashi soba for 690 yen and added extra toppings for 150 yen. The soup was smooth and had a rich flavor, almost like a drink with a refreshing aftertaste. The noodles were thin and straight, making it easy to slurp up. Everything tasted delicious, although it didn't have a wow factor. I still want to go back again!

I visited this restaurant for lunch on a regular day. I arrived at 12:09 and had to wait in line under the scorching sun until 12:30 when I could finally enter. The interior of the restaurant only had counter seats. Being a first-time visitor, I was unsure of what to order and stood in front of the food ticket vending machine for a while, contemplating. As a beginner, I decided to order the most basic dish, the dashi soba. It took less than 10 minutes for the dish to be served. The roast pork and espuma looked beautiful and I was captivated. The soup was rich and creamy with a gentle flavor. The noodles were smooth and chewy. The texture of the finely chopped green onions and the coarsely diced raw onions added a nice touch, making it very delicious. It had been a while since I finished a dish completely. Thank you for the meal. I would love to wait in line again to come back and eat here.

I had the "Dashi Soba (large)" at the popular restaurant "Chuka Soba Kuzu" in Awoza, Nishi-ku, Osaka. The creamy soup, made by blending each ingredient separately with a mixer, was truly delicious. The rich white broth was undeniably tasty. I definitely want to visit this restaurant again.

Chuka Soba Katsukosoku Electric Railway Line No. 3 "Honmachi Station" 11:00-16:00 Opened on August 25, 2015. Selected as one of the top 100 restaurants on Tabelog for 5 consecutive years. Recommended by Hayato-san, who used to run a popular ramen shop. The owner, who has a French background, trained at "Menya Ayame" and "Wakai". The noren curtain was a gift from the owner of "Mitsuba", who introduced me to this place. They use noodles from "Menya Teiaku" and a soup made with two types of soy sauce and bonito flakes without any artificial seasoning. The default soba is only 690 yen, which is a great deal! The fluffy soup with chili oil on top is incredibly delicious!

I visited "Chinese Soba Kazura" located near exit 23 of Honmachi Station in Osaka. It was quite a walk from the Midosuji Line platform to the Yotsubashi Line platform to reach exit 23. There were already 4 people in line at 13:40, and 4 more people lined up shortly after. By the time I left, there were 8 people in line. It's a popular spot. It was scorching hot in the middle of summer, but thankfully there was shade. I entered the restaurant in about 10 minutes, lucky me. I looked at the ticket machine options and decided to try the Dashi Soba for 690 yen, which uses two types of soy sauce and bonito flakes. The kitchen was a bit dark and cramped, with two staff members working. The person wearing a hat seemed to be in charge of cooking. The restaurant had only 7 seats and was quite small. The sliced chashu was cut using a slicer. The soup had a foamy texture, and the flavor of bonito broth hit me right away. It was incredibly delicious. The noodles were slightly thin and had a smooth texture. I would like to try them with a bit less water next time. The chashu was thinly sliced, which I liked. The only downside was a unique flavor or aging taste that was a bit overpowering. Two slices were enough for me. The finely chopped green onions were good, but the standout was the sweet onions. They were surprisingly sweet and paired perfectly with the broth. I finished the bowl in no time. Overall, the soup was exceptionally delicious. I would rate it 4.2 out of 5. This place is really good. I hope they expand to Tokyo. Thank you for the meal.

I wonder if this could be considered delicious... The noodles were soft, which is a no-go for me. The soup and chashu were good, but the flavored egg... I understand the attention to detail, but I just couldn't like the taste. Overall, I can see they put a lot of effort into it, but personally, I just couldn't enjoy the taste. Well, I happened to go right when they opened and didn't have to wait in line, so I'll consider it a satisfying meal, but since I'm from out of town, I won't be visiting again if I happen to be in Osaka.

Popular ramen shop located along the main street where long lines form. This shop specializes in chicken white broth with foam-like soup, and is only open from 11am to 4pm. I ordered the Dashi Soba, which is the most popular ramen priced at 690 yen, and added the premium toppings (flavored egg and extra chashu) for 250 yen, and extra noodles for 200 yen. The soup is creamy with fine foam on top, based on chicken white broth. The noodles are medium-thick straight noodles with a good chewiness, and the rare chashu has a fragrant aroma. The soup is packed with chicken umami, and the flavored egg adds a smoky aroma, making it an exquisite bowl of ramen. I definitely want to visit this shop again.

I had the cold soba with a seasoned egg topping. The moment I took a sip of the soup, I couldn't help but exclaim "Delicious!" The soup was creamy and delicious. The seasoned egg had a strong smoky flavor. The thinly sliced roast pork was tender and tasty. It was topped with burnt oil. As I ate, I discovered finely chopped onions at the bottom. They seemed lightly cooked rather than raw. Towards the end, there was a refreshing feeling in my stomach. Personally, I prefer regular seasoned eggs without the burnt oil, but I think they add a nice touch to the dish. I went on a holiday at 10:50 am, and there was already a line inside the restaurant. About 10 people were waiting outside. There are only 7 seats, so there was a bit of a wait, but the turnover was quick. Compared to Kiryu, it was much more relaxed. Thank you for the meal!

I read the reviews carefully and arrived 30 minutes before the opening on a weekday, I was the first in line! There were chairs available. Soon, 3 or 4 people lined up behind me. It is indeed a popular place, with many female customers. I was seated by 10:45. The interior of the restaurant only has a counter. The creamy soup was delicious. This taste will definitely become addictive. I will come back again when I visit Osaka!

I lined up for 30 minutes from 1:00 PM on Saturday to enter the restaurant. The interior had only a counter, so it's better to go with some extra time. I ordered ramen and a rice bowl. Among ramen dishes, this one had a refined taste without any fishy smell. Surprisingly, the presence of green onions was strong, and both green onions and onions added a nice accent to the dish. The price of the ramen was only 690 yen, which I thought was surprisingly cheap.

I came to Osaka after a long time. After checking into the hotel, I immediately looked for a ramen shop. There were plenty of popular shops within a 500-meter radius. I decided on this ramen shop. When I arrived, there were only 2 people waiting, but within a minute, 11 more people lined up behind me. It was lucky timing for me, as the wait would have been much longer if I had arrived a bit later. The shop only had a counter with seating for 7 people. The air conditioning was working well, making it feel like heaven after being out in the scorching sun. Finally, the ramen arrived. Both the appearance and taste were a bit different from other ramen shops. Even though ramen typically consists of noodles, broth, chashu, and a soft-boiled egg, why do they vary so much from one shop to another? The ramen at this shop was more like a French dish than traditional ramen. I savored every last drop. As I left the shop, the number of people waiting had exceeded 20.

I always gave up because there was always a long line, but when I passed by this time, there were only 4-5 people waiting, so I saw it as a chance and decided to line up. After waiting for about 20 minutes, I was able to enter the shop and purchased a large serving of soba from the ticket machine. In just a few minutes, the soba was served, and as soon as I took a bite, I understood why there is always a long line - it was delicious. I want to try their buckwheat soba next time.

Every time I passed by, I would think, "Wow, there's always a line, it must be amazing." I wasn't really interested in ramen recently, but I was recommended to try it and I decided to restart my ramen adventures. I arrived 20 minutes before opening, prepared to wait in line on a weekday. I was the first in line! I ordered two types to share: Dashi Soba with seasoned egg topping and Awai Soba. Both had a smooth and fluffy soup. The Dashi Soba had a soup made with bonito flakes and two types of soy sauce, and it was delicious. The Awai Soba had a soup with clam and sweet shrimp, not too strong on the seafood flavor but still tasty. Both soups were delicious! However, the noodles were slightly thicker than usual, which bothered me a bit. It might just be a matter of personal preference. But overall, I was surprised by the quality of the soup at such an affordable price. The value for money is really good. I felt a bit rushed to finish my meal because of the line, but it was a satisfying experience. Thank you for the meal!

At lunchtime, there are usually a few people lining up, so I went when I had some time. The shop is small with just a counter. If word gets out about the shop's reputation, there might be a wait. The soup has a nice foamy aroma, and when you taste it, it's like a potage soup with a complex flavor from the vegetables. There's also a sophisticated buttery fragrance. The noodles are smooth straight noodles that go well with the rich soup. The chashu rice bowl we ordered was also delicious. I would definitely want to come back if I have the chance.
