I couldn't be sure what I was eating even though I tried to read the menu in Japanese. It was probably noodles made of rice flour and dried tofu noodles (which I occasionally saw during my trip to China). It had a scent of Chinese cuisine from the mainland, different from Japanese Chinese dishes. I want to come back here again. The Chinese people who seemed familiar with the place were choosing vegetables from the chilled section to add to their noodles. Since I didn't quite understand the system, I might just point to the menu next time. Note: Visited at 3.00 ==========

I really like Maratang and have eaten it at various restaurants, but this place is my favorite where my partner recently said it's the most delicious Maratang. The difference in Maratang ultimately comes down to the soup, and the soup here is quite rich. Whether that's good or not ultimately depends on personal preference. I prefer soups that are a bit lighter, but the soup here is on the richer side, which I find tasty, or rather, to my liking.
