You can also customize the sauce with your favorite seasonings to create your own flavor. The course was very satisfying with plenty of meat and vegetables ❤️ I especially loved the fried mochi with black sugar sauce. The chopstick holder was cute too ❤️ The staff at the restaurant were very attentive and helpful, making my first hot pot experience enjoyable. I'm hooked and can't wait to eat it again!! Ordered menu ▶︎ 5,000 yen worth of Climax Hot Pot Course with Soft Drink Domestic Beef, Special Tripe, Angel Shrimp, Shrimp Dumplings, Premium Lamb, Pork Belly, Assorted Eight Vegetables, Handmade Thick Noodles, Deep-fried Rice Cakes with Black Sugar Sauce. You can choose from two types of soup, so I chose spicy and herbal. Even if you're not good with spicy, it's okay! The system allows you to make your own sauce, and they also provide rice and fruits at the sauce station, which is a nice service! At one point, my mouth started to hurt from eating too much spicy food, but mixing the meat, lamb, pork, and vegetables with the sauce made it so delicious that I couldn't stop! The handmade thick noodles at the end had a chewy texture. It was delicious and I'm full.

Then, on my way out, the staff said, "For hotpot, you need to let it simmer and avoid the oil around it, or it will feel heavy and hard to eat. I thought you knew how to eat it just by looking at it, so I didn't mention it, but I guess you didn't know. Haha." Well, I didn't know. It's rude to judge based on appearances. Even if you think someone knows, it would have been better to mention it when bringing the pot. Furthermore, they said, "You looked like you were going to drink a lot, but you didn't at all. Haha. If it's just this level, it would have been better to order individual dishes." Again, judging by appearance? It's just rude. It was delicious, but I might not go back again...

I visited after a long time. I couldn't make a reservation at Kaiteirou due to a change in plans, so I decided to revisit this authentic hot pot restaurant, Fuyoen, where I had a good impression before. Hmmm, something feels different this time, there's no lively atmosphere like last time! Is this place more focused on everyday Chinese customers and dates? The vibe seems different, with only a few customers during the Saturday prime time. Also, it felt a bit more expensive compared to last time. This time, we ordered the premium course, which includes all-you-can-eat good quality meat. It turned out to be a big mistake. There were four of us, two men and two women, and we didn't even ask for a refill of meat at all. I've never experienced anything like this before. I wonder why we couldn't eat much. We also ordered a la carte items like fried rice, sweet and sour pork, Kung Pao chicken, century egg, pork belly wraps, smashed cucumbers, and drooling chicken. Even though it was all-you-can-eat, ordering individual items made it clear that "you won't be able to eat that much." The taste, as expected from Fuyoen, was reliable and delicious. The hot pot was also tasty. But unfortunately, it seems like Kaiteirou surpasses Fuyoen in terms of cost-performance, taste, and atmosphere. I'll go to Kaiteirou next time!

I went to eat shabu-shabu. I had a two-color hot pot, one spicy and one pork bone. It was my first time, but I preferred the spicy one. There were plenty of dipping sauces and authentic toppings, so I enjoyed changing the flavors multiple times. It was a all-you-can-drink course, and the spiciness paired perfectly with beer! There was a choice of pork, lamb, or chicken, all of which felt like a good deal.

Why isn't this place more popular? It's such a great value!! Delicious!! The variety of condiments is endless!! The prices are reasonable!! The hot pot is also cool!! It's authentic!! And yet, it's not that crowded (lol) Why is that!! I really recommend this place!! The appearance and location may seem geared towards inbound tourists, but it has a vibe where you can eat delicious food, right? I highly recommend this restaurant!! Thank you for the meal ^_^

I ate a lot, but I realized I was eating too fast and forgot to take photos towards the end... I had beef noodles, shrimp with mayonnaise, braised pork, stir-fried pork with green peppers, fried rice, and a home-cooked dish of eggs and tomatoes. The beef noodles weren't as spicy as expected, but even now, 15 hours later, my stomach still feels a bit warm... But everything was delicious! I'll try buying a bento next time.

I love Chinese hot pot and I enjoyed being able to have it in a similar delicious way here. There are many types of dipping sauces available, so you can customize it to your liking. This is a favorite restaurant of mine that makes me want to go back regularly.

It was a great location at the station, and the restaurant was authentic! The first floor seemed to be a Sichuan cuisine Chinese restaurant from the same group, which also serves lunch. I will definitely visit again! Hot pot can vary depending on the restaurant, but this one had a taste that suited me well without any strong flavors. I had a very enjoyable meal here! I will definitely visit again!
