I visited Patisserie cafe L'Oor, a patisserie cafe located near Maruyama Park Station in Sapporo, while watching a game at the new Hokkaido Escon Field HOKKAIDO stadium of the Nippon-Ham Fighters. This cafe offers a selection of sweets and afternoon tea to enjoy with tea. The interior has an antique style and a calm atmosphere. The cafe has a small space with four table seats, and currently, the counter seats are not in use. The cakes are all served in verrine-style containers, carefully layered for a parfait-like taste and texture. I tried the Cake Set for 1,027 yen, which includes one cake of choice from the showcase, three petit sweets, and a drink. I chose the Chantilly fraise cake, which was layered with vanilla-scented blancmange, custard cream, strawberry pulp, sponge cake, topped with plenty of whipped cream and strawberries. The petit sweets included macarons, financiers, and raspberry ice cream. I enjoyed delicious sweets in the stylish atmosphere and felt relaxed. Other customers were enjoying afternoon tea, which looked delicious, so I would like to make a reservation and try it next time.

I ordered a birthday cake for my daughter. It was a two-tiered, flashy cake with lots of fruits, and it was visually stunning. My child was overjoyed. As for the taste, it exceeded my expectations!! The sponge was moist and fluffy!! It also had strawberries sandwiched in between, which added to the satisfaction!! It might even surpass our family favorite cake from Kinotoya. In terms of cost performance, it might be exceeding that too. Even though I'm not a fan of overly sweet things, this cake made me want to eat it again. It was a wonderful cake. Thank you for the meal.

I think "Patisserie Cafe Roel" is a pioneer in afternoon tea in Sapporo. I happened to find it while walking and decided to visit. There was a little wait, but we were able to get in fairly quickly. The set of petit sweets and cakes looked good and was reasonably priced. It was a stylish and relaxing patisserie cafe.

This restaurant I always try to go to is usually closed. However, on my way to see the cherry blossoms in full bloom at Maruyama Park, I was lucky to find it open. There was a single seat available, so I was able to enter. It seems that if you make a reservation the day before, you can enjoy the afternoon tea set. There were already two girls who had reserved and a couple who had done so as well. I opted for the croque-monsieur set. The portion was generous. If you have room, I recommend getting the afternoon tea set. As you can see in the photos, the macarons are cute. Everything was delicious, and the staff were friendly. Highly recommended. Thank you for the meal.

I visited this restaurant on a certain Sunday after coming across it on Google Maps while looking at another shop. The restaurant is located near Maruyama Class on the street. I arrived around 12:30 pm and there were no other customers at that time. Soon after, a group of three young women arrived who seemed to have made a reservation in advance. The restaurant offers a luxurious "Afternoon Tea Set" that includes lunch and dessert, which must be reserved at least three days in advance. The seating area consists of about 10 tables, as the counter seemed to be unused. There were two staff members, one male and one female, working in the compact space. The kitchen area was not visible, so it is possible that the cakes are made in a separate location. The water served had a hint of lime, which was a nice touch. The bottom of the glass even had lime pieces in it. However, it may be a bit difficult for new customers or those who happen to pass by to enter the restaurant as the interior is not easily visible from the outside. I tried the cake set for 980 yen, which included a cake of choice from the showcase, a small confection, and a drink. I also tried the Chocolat Vanille cake for 518 yen, which was a layered chocolate dessert with a rich flavor. The cakes were served in plastic containers to maintain their shape and texture. The Chocolat Vanille had a smooth and soft texture, with a rich chocolate taste. It was served with a mango sauce, yogurt sorbet, and flan. I also enjoyed a refreshing iced coffee to accompany the dessert. Initially, I thought the price of the cake set was a bit high, but considering the quality and the additional confection included, it was worth it. Overall, I had a pleasant dining experience. Thank you for reading.

I had always wanted to visit this shop, and when I opened the door, it was a small but cozy place. I ordered the cake set, and I could choose a cake from the showcase. I decided on the Marquis Chocolat cake. The cake had a nice balance of cocoa bitterness and sweetness, perfect for adults. It came with small sweets that were all delicious. I also ordered a café latte, which had a smooth and comforting taste. I visited in the afternoon, so there were only a few cake options available. Overall, it was a delightful experience.

On a certain holiday, I wandered around and found a cafe located near Maruyama Koen subway station that I had bookmarked before. It used to be a trendy cafe, but this time it was a cake shop cafe. The interior was mostly the same as before, with a few counter seats and table seats, and a showcase displaying cakes at the entrance. The background music was a tasteful and calm guitar music. From the menu, I chose the "Cake Set (880 yen)" with the cake "Peach Chiboust" and a drink of "Iced Coffee". The weather was quite hot outside, so the lemon slice in the iced water was refreshing. After a while, my order was ready. It was presented nicely. I took a bite and it was sweet and slightly bitter. It had caramel on top, something like pudding or mousse underneath, crushed cookies around it, peach jelly with a refreshing taste, whipped cream, and sponge cake. The balance of flavors was impressive. There were also buttery cookies, small macarons with strawberry flavor, and a fluffy cheesecake with whipped cream. I ended the meal with the delicious iced coffee. The cake had a meticulously calculated refreshing peach flavor as an accent, and the coffee was also delicious. Overall, it was a satisfying experience. Thank you for the meal.

I had been curious about the afternoon tea set for a long time! Finally, I had the opportunity to make a reservation and go. The shop was a bit hard to find, giving it a hidden gem vibe. There were two groups of customers already enjoying either the lunch set or the afternoon tea set. I decided to go for the Afternoon Tea Set (¥2200). The bruschetta took a bit of time to prepare, but everything else seemed to be ready.
Here is what the Afternoon Tea Set included:
- Chocolate Bunny Cake: Layers of chocolate crumble, sponge, creme brulee, and chocolate mousse. Smooth and rich, perfect for chocolate lovers.
- Assorted small sweets: Caramel macaron, Dacquoise, and Choux ice cream. Each bite-sized treat was delicious.
- Bruschetta: Crispy bread topped with finely chopped tomatoes and mozzarella cheese.
- Quiche-like pastry: Filled with white sauce, onions, mushrooms, eggs, and bacon.
- Scones with apricot filling: Crisp yet soft scones with a delightful apricot filling.
- Glass dessert: Almond jelly with grape sauce, smooth and slightly thick.
- Fruit sandwich: Cream and a variety of fruits sandwiched between layers of soft bread.
Overall, the set was a bit pricey but definitely worth it. It was a perfect sugar boost for the week. The cakes were kept in the showcase until ready to eat, so they remained cold. Thank you for the delicious meal!

I visited the cake shop on the first floor of a building near Maruyama Class on Saturday afternoon. The cafe space was the main focus, and you could also buy cakes from the showcase at the entrance. The menu included parfait sets and croque monsieur sets that caught my eye! The small cakes in the showcase looked vibrant and beautiful, raising my excitement. I purchased Marquise Chocolat, Chantilly Fraises, and Grape Fromage. Marquise Chocolat had a mix of textures, sweetness, and richness that blended well together. It was a simple and enjoyable chocolate cake without the overpowering taste of cassis, liqueur, or citrus. I really liked it. Chantilly Fraises was like a cup version of a strawberry shortcake with a balanced sweetness and a nice touch of strawberry acidity. It was not too sweet, easy to eat, and just the right size. Grape Fromage had a fragrant cheese mousse with muscat and kyoho grapes, adding a nice texture. The grape jelly at the bottom and top made it refreshing. However, the jelly's strong presence made me think a slightly sweeter jelly would be better. All the cakes were small and in cups, making them easy to carry and visually stunning! They would make a great treat for yourself or a delightful gift. Although the prices seemed a bit high for the size, the beautiful appearance and delicious taste made it worth it for me. I look forward to trying their parfaits next time. Thank you for the delicious treats!

If you don't look closely, you might pass by it - located between Maruyama Green Dental and Maruyama Class. The interior has only a few tables, maybe 4-5. It's nice for relaxing alone, but if you're in a group, the seats are close together so it might not be very calming. It took about 15 minutes for the order to come out. I was impressed by the delicate work that went into it.

It's disappointing that the girl at the shop doesn't smile while serving. The cakes and parfaits are delicious, but the almond is not tasty. Also, the drinks are all too bland and expensive, although I haven't tried them all.

It's so delicious yet cheap. The cake set is only 900 yen, but I would expect it to be around 1500 yen in Tokyo. Very satisfied.

The second afternoon tea was okay, but even this one was too much and felt overwhelming.

The appearance is beautiful, but more importantly, the balance of cream and chocolate, the texture are wonderful and very delicious. The cost performance is also excellent, and I would like to visit many times.
