This is a shop near the sea fishing park. The shop mainly serves seafood, and the quality of the seafood is quite high. The location with a view from the table was excellent. The staff's service was good, and we enjoyed our meal in a pleasant atmosphere. If you order a children's lunch, it comes with a ping-pong scoop.

I work in Nishi-ku, Fukuoka City. The place is mostly Itoshima, facing the Ohara beach called Imazu. (lol) The restaurant where I had a meal near the site was Uosho-san. It is located along the prefectural road 54, which runs along the sea. I parked my car in the spacious parking lot and visited the restaurant at 12:10. When I informed at the entrance that I was visiting alone, I was guided to a tatami room on the right-hand side. You can see the sea from the large window when you take off your shoes and enter. Although it was almost full, I was lucky to get a table for four. I ordered the "Limited time only live squid set meal (2,310 yen, tax included)". It includes squid sashimi, fried squid legs, side dishes, pickles, rice, and soup. When I asked the staff, "Can I have extra rice?" I was happy to hear a prompt "Sure" in response. Of course, I took advantage of that answer. (#^^#) The serving time was 20 minutes. It's a long wait for one person, but I enjoyed the view of the sea from the large window. It's a waste to play with my smartphone. I passed the time watching windsurfers. The dishes are served. The squid sashimi that was brought was not somen, but thick udon-like noodles. It had a nice crunchy texture. The fried squid legs were soft and fluffy. There are tempura dipping sauce and salt, but the salt enhances the flavor of the squid. The extra rice was a generous portion. I thought I didn't need the extra rice halfway through, but I went for it anyway. After finishing the side dishes and soup, I was happily full. Now, as I look at the flipped over bill board... To my surprise, the extra white rice was not free and cost an additional 110 yen. (－－〆) It's not a significant amount, but I wish they had mentioned it when I placed my order. Finding out at the time of payment left me feeling a bit disappointed. My satisfaction dwindled. I was planning to give more stars... Oh well, thank you for the meal.

I had lunch with my boss at the company. I ordered a seafood bowl and my boss had a sashimi set. The seafood bowl had a variety of fresh toppings and looked beautiful. The texture of the flying fish roe on top was great. The location with a view of the sea was also wonderful, and I would like to bring my children next time!

The three-color bowl with squid, hamachi, and ikura in Itoshima was delicious and fresh. I was looking forward to trying the live squid, but unfortunately, it was not available. However, the fresh saba (mackerel) was a good alternative and unique to Fukuoka.

I ordered the Ryugu course. Oh, it was quite ordinary. The drink was also ordinary. Everything was just ordinary. But I think the selling point of this restaurant is probably that you can eat reasonably priced seafood bowls even at night. The only downside is that the closing time is too early... In Itoshima, I wanted to try the seafood bowl recommended by Rino-chan (HKT5th generation member Sakamoto Rino), but the restaurant was closed for the year-end holiday. Even two university students who took the same bus from Kyushu University Research City were surprised to see the holiday notice. I walked a bit further and found another place for a matching activity, showing Rino-chan's Instagram photo for reference, but it turned out that this place was also closed. Continuing on, I spotted a large signboard advertising seafood bowls, so I decided to have lunch there. The restaurant was spacious and could easily accommodate groups. The warmth inside was a relief from the cold sea breeze outside. It felt like heaven! Although I was initially drawn to the seafood bowl, the tempura bowl for 1,200 yen looked delicious, so I ordered that. The portion was quite generous, despite looking small in the photo. Starting from what I ate... the eggplant was small but plump, the octopus was small but chewy, the bell pepper was tasty, the shrimp was thin but delicious, the vegetable tempura included onion and carrot, there was plenty of squid tentacles, the sweet potato was large, and the pumpkin was delicious. It was a feast! Enjoying the meal while looking at the rough sea in the warm room was a great experience. As I was leaving, I saw the two students I had met in front of Itoshima Shokudo also having their meal at the same place.

Especially dining by the window with a panoramic view of Ohara Beach is very pleasant. To sit here, you need to go right after opening or get lucky with an available seat assignment... Well, no matter where you sit, everyone will be happy with the stylish seafood dishes from the live fish tank. From special seafood bowls to tempura, simmered fish, and grilled fish, there is everything. Satisfying for all ages, from young to old, even children. I had the option to choose 2 dishes for lunch (assorted sashimi + assorted tempura) for ¥1,100 (tax included). The volume is amazing. The sashimi is fresh and firm, and the tempura is freshly fried and hot. This price is a great deal. Even if you eat one more dish of your choice, it will be within ¥1,500. It's usually crowded with customers, so I hesitated to share this, but I highly recommend it. Wednesdays... Women get half off. Fridays... Men get half off. ↑ This is definitely a good deal. Originally aiming for Itoshima Shokudo, we ended up at Uosho for the first time due to the long line. While not as crowded as Itoshima Shokudo, there was still a line forming by the time we left around 12:30. The sushi was fresh and delicious, and the tempura was also tasty with a satisfying fullness. It may not be as Instagrammable as Itoshima Shokudo, but I recommend it.

I had a seafood bowl - I ordered a special assorted seafood bowl that had a wide variety of seafood (about 13 types). It was a very satisfying meal with an incredible amount of seafood. The window seat added to the experience, as the view outside was perfect and created a very comfortable atmosphere. I would love to go back and eat there again!

Today's lunch was decided on the spur of the moment, and I found a place with a wide variety of rice bowl and set meal options. There were also many single item choices, which was perfect for someone like me who likes to try a bit of everything. They had live squid sashimi, seafood bowls, and more. It's a tourist-friendly place, not too expensive, with great staff service. I definitely want to go back. The fact that they have a live fish tank where you can choose your seafood is a nice touch. It's nice to be able to pick exactly what you want to eat, right? The only downside is that they don't accept cards.

It's Friday, the day of the week. Friday is the day when men's set meals are half price. I ordered the Fisherman's Set Meal and the sashimi set meal (half price) with a seafood bowl. I arrived at 11 o'clock to avoid crowds. After ordering, the food came out in about 5 minutes as if it had been prepared in advance. I dug into the sashimi without saying a word. Even when the waitress brought the grilled dish, I ignored her, haha. Local people were talking about how fishing is difficult and expensive due to the cost of gasoline. My friend searched for a delicious seafood bowl along the coast and found many options, but I found this restaurant while looking for somewhere else. I chose the seafood bowl (with soup) for 1,580 yen plus tax, which was listed as the most popular item and had daily changing ingredients. I was driving along the coast and suddenly felt like having some seafood. The parking lot was quite spacious but still full when I left. The menu offered a variety of options from set meals to rice bowls and sashimi. This time, I ordered a plate of assorted sushi and grilled oysters. It may be hard to tell from the photo, but the sushi rolls were large in size, with 8 pieces. They were all fresh, especially the abalone which was delicious. I visited for lunch. It was a cold day, but each table had an electric heated mat, so we could enjoy our lunch while feeling warm and looking at the sea. My friend and I shared the Genkai boat platter, which costs 2800 yen and is only available on weekends. The oysters looked delicious, so we ordered some extra. The sashimi portion was huge, so even when we split it between the two of us, we were completely full. The fish being prepared in the tank was incredibly fresh, with the fish still twitching their fins, making it look very lively. For this price, we got a great amount of sashimi, which was fresh and made us feel really happy.

I ate a lot of sushi during New Year's, but I started craving seafood bowl. So, I came to Fish Sho, which is known as the best in Japan. Today is Wednesday, which is Ladies' Day, so there were many women. We didn't know about Ladies' Day, but the staff kindly explained it to us. However, our main focus was the seafood bowl. We didn't choose the set menu that was discounted for Ladies' Day. About 10 minutes after ordering, the seafood bowl was served. At first glance, I thought, "This looks luxurious." And when I tasted it, I realized that it was incredibly delicious. It was a blissful moment to eat while looking at the sea. The only thing that bothered me was the lack of COVID-19 measures. There were no plastic curtains, so I felt a bit uneasy about the people around me. It's a bit concerning during this time, so I would be happy if they could improve their measures. But the taste was outstanding, so I'll let it slide.

Seats by the sea are allocated on a first-come-first-serve basis, and seat changes are not allowed, so if you prefer those seats, it's best to arrive early. The ingredients may vary depending on the day, but the toppings are big and thick, with plenty of rice and seaweed, making it quite hearty. The menu has a wide variety, making it hard to choose between set meals and bowls, but there are also individual items available. I added two grilled oysters, while my friend had abalone. Next time, I'll try to arrive a bit earlier. We initially wanted to go to a nearby crowded eatery, but this place was also a great choice!

I visited this restaurant for lunch on a regular day. The location was fantastic, right in front of the sea. I was seated on a semi-terrace with a breathtaking view. It was a sunny day, so the atmosphere was perfect. The lunch prices were mostly over 1000 yen, but look at the portion size. And today, being Friday, was the half-price day for men (women's day is on Wednesday). I couldn't resist and ended up ordering the mini set meal for 2200 yen (today was 1100 yen). It included sashimi, tempura, simmered dish, salad, chawanmushi, small dishes, and more. I am so full now. The sashimi wasn't as fresh, the tempura wasn't crispy, and the simmered dish tasted like a casual eatery, but the cost performance was shocking. Thank you for the meal.

There is a sunken kotatsu with a view of the sea. I ordered a seafood bowl for 1580 yen. It took over 15 minutes to arrive. It looks colorful. It doesn't seem like a cheap seafood bowl. The freshness of the fish is not bad. Maybe it took time because they were taking the fish out of the fish tank. It seems like it would be better to eat it with soy sauce instead of sesame. The restaurant was not too crowded, but all the tables by the sea were full, so I sat at a table on the left side. The floor was wet and the tablecloth was torn and tattered. The surface of the table was uneven with noticeable gaps. I ordered a seafood bowl and a sashimi set, but it took a while for the food to arrive... I ended up waiting for 40 minutes. I didn't expect to wait this long on a weekday around 12:30 pm. Next time, I'll try to go at a less busy time. However, despite the wait, I was very hungry and the food was incredibly delicious, so I'll consider it a good experience. The seafood bowl was packed with various ingredients and the slices were thick, providing a satisfying meal. After eating, I took a stroll around the restaurant.
