I tried a plate at a different store in Yokohama and it was delicious, so I decided to stop by while in Shinjuku for errands. This time, I tried the Loco Moco plate. I was being greedy, but it would have been even better if the rice was garlic rice. Next time, I will order a plate with meat on top of the garlic rice I had before. Thank you for the meal.

I visited this place after eating tsukemen in Shinjuku. My wife wanted to go, so we stopped by. There were couples in their teens and twenties, and also foreign men eating hamburgers. My wife and I ordered pancakes. The pancakes were more like hotcakes. The coffee that came with the set was not very tasty for the price. The pancakes were a little over 1000 yen, so I thought it was good value for money.

There are plenty of restaurants where you can get in without waiting after 1 pm. The seating at Lumine Est may be a bit tight in some areas, but if it's not crowded, you can enjoy a spacious lunch. Hawaiian food is something you crave once in a while, right? It's nice to have a meal with various items on one plate at a reasonable price. It's a good place to relax and chat with friends. The volume was good and delicious! There are so many tempting menu items, but because the portions are generous, it seems like the only way to try them all is to visit multiple times. The mashed potatoes were especially delicious! Each dish seems to be great for one person. For dessert, I had a pancake parfait (chocolate) and a hot coffee. The coffee beans seemed to be Hawaiian, and I enjoyed the refreshing taste.

The mustard chicken (¥1350) comes with the option to add soup and salad (¥200), which is neither recommended nor not recommended, just average. It has a trendy vibe, maybe because it's Hawaiian, but it feels a bit bland. The soup had a lot of chunks of meat, which I liked. The salad was also satisfying in terms of portion size.

I went around 11 am on a regular day. There was only one group of customers before me, and a couple more came in later, so it was not crowded. I ordered the Loco Moco with avocado and the Butter & Whipped Pancakes. The Loco Moco was quite ordinary, nothing particularly delicious or bad about it, just a regular hamburger. The pancakes were served with a generous amount of cream, but the cream was quite light and melted easily when I poured the syrup on it. We shared the pancakes between two people and finished them quickly. The atmosphere of the restaurant seemed more geared towards young people.
