When I sat down, I noticed the menu behind me and it caught my attention. Even though it was not yet 12:30, I decided to order the Long Long Steak. When it was served, I was puzzled at first because it didn't look particularly long. But when I lifted it up, it was indeed long! I had fun cutting it with scissors. It's hot on July 19, 2021, and work is a bit busy. I'm feeling tired even though nothing has changed. I felt like eating meat, so I came here for lunch. It was quite busy when I arrived. I randomly ordered "Harami Donburi with extra rice." The air conditioning was nice and cool. It arrived in about 10 minutes. Hmm? I can't tell how much meat there is, maybe 7 slices? Well, it's okay. You can also add more. The soup was hot and refreshing. I stabbed the meat with my chopsticks and ate it in one go. The meat had a good texture and flavor. The sunny lettuce was a nice touch. The sauce on the rice was also good. By the way, there was about 1.5 cups of rice. It was satisfying. Many people were ordering the Sukiyaki set. Is it delicious? This steak can be ordered starting from 12:30 and it cost around 900 yen. It was quite crowded and some items were already sold out. The steak that came out was very long and thin. The shape was interesting, but surprisingly, the thin shape made it easy to cut into bite-sized pieces and easy to eat. The quality of the meat was probably not bad. It wasn't greasy, so this amount was enough for lunch. It was a happy day to be able to eat yakiniku for lunch! 😄

In this area, there is a yakiniku restaurant next to a coffee shop. I had been curious about it as it seemed to have good reviews, so I decided to give it a try. They offer lunch sets such as sukiyaki for 750 yen, yakiniku for 800 yen, and harami rice bowl set for 800 yen, with an option to add extra meat for 300 yen. It's intriguing to be able to enjoy a meaty meal for around 1,000 yen. I arrived around 12:20 pm and found that there were many customers leaving, so I was seated at a table for four. Today, I opted for the double sukiyaki. It came with plenty of beef, along with Chinese cabbage, shirataki noodles, tofu, and udon. It also included two eggs. For 1,050 yen, I was very satisfied with the generous portion of meat. The meat was tender and delicious. I noticed they also offer a "Long Long Steak Set" for 900 yen starting from 12:30 pm, which caught my interest for my next visit. After 12:30 pm, no new customers arrived, so it seems like I can try the steak set anytime.

The Harami don was so packed with meat that you couldn't even see the rice underneath, which made me happy. The seasoning was quite sweet, maybe a bit too sweet for some people's taste. In the end, I was left intrigued by the "Long Long Steak."

Oh, I was taken to this place by someone from the company, and it was a really delicious meat festival♡ It's located around halfway between Kitahama and Temmabashi, so it's a bit easy to get lost if it's your first time there haha. There were quite a few lunch spots to choose from, and I was having a hard time deciding. That's when I found "Yakiniku Taishi." I saw a sign outside with lunch menu options, and at the corner, it said "Long Long Steak 900 yen after 12:30." I checked my watch and it was 1:30, so I excitedly exclaimed, "I can still have this!" I went inside and pointed at the sign, asking if I could order it. The staff said, "Of course, it's available!" After a short wait, the sizzling steak arrived on a hot plate. It looked delicious - a thin, long piece of meat arranged in a circle on the plate, not the typical steak shape but more like a straight oval. I think it was thinly sliced harami (skirt steak). They also provided scissors to cut it into bite-sized pieces. I took a bite and thought, "Wow, this is really good!" The seasoning was light and soy sauce-based, the texture was just right - not too tough, and I quickly finished it all. For 900 yen, this steak was a great deal! I understand why they can't offer it during lunch hours due to the extra effort involved. Looking at their evening menu, the variety of meats offered at such reasonable prices caught my eye.
