Today's lunch was in Osaka Minami. It's been a while since I had work in Osaka City. Even though I had work from early in the morning, for some reason I'm feeling excited (^∇^) because by early afternoon... I'll be freeee! \(^-^)/ I finished work around 1 pm, and I was starving ( ω-、) I don't come to Osaka very often, so I wanted to eat at a delicious restaurant. Even though it was a bit far, I decided to go to Uemachi-san. It was already past 2 pm, but there was a line outside the restaurant (。>д<) I had to wait. After about 20 minutes, I finally got inside the restaurant (^^) I had already placed my order while waiting in line. After a few minutes, my ramen arrived. Wow, it looked amazing (○_○)!! Shiny noodles with rich chicken oil. Just that alone was already a win, right? (≧▽≦) I took a sip of the soup, starting with the broth. It was wonderful, with a chicken base blended with seafood and probably pork bone. It was incredibly delicious (○_○)!! I took a few bites of the noodles, which were great! The medium-thick straight noodles were cooked just right. They had a smooth texture that made it easy to slurp them up. I gave a thumbs up to the chef. He smiled back at me. I continued enjoying the ramen, savoring the light saltiness that was not overpowering. Even though it was a simple salt ramen, it was fantastic! This place is definitely the best around here. I want to come back here again (^∇^) Thank you for the meal.

This is Chuka soba Uemachi. It's my favorite place, and it's a little past 7:30 in the evening, but there's still a line at the storefront. It's like this on weekend nights, right? After waiting for about 10 minutes at the storefront, I entered the restaurant and greeted the staff as usual. This time, I ordered the salt Chuka soba with egg over rice. The soup is a delicious blend of Yamato chicken and seafood, with a refreshing yet rich salt flavor. The homemade thin noodles made from domestic wheat are well-coated in the salt clear soup, which also has a nice citrus aroma. The crunchy texture of the thinly sliced green onions and the chewy bamboo shoots are also delicious. The lean black pork chashu has a good firm texture and is tasty. The fatty black pork chashu is juicy, tender, and equally delicious. The egg over rice, mixed well with soy sauce, is also delicious. The pickled cabbage on the side is a nice palate cleanser. It was a delicious and light meal with a tasty TKG (tamago kake gohan).

Visited at exactly 12 o'clock on Saturday. There were only 4 customers before me, so I was able to sit down without any issues. However, more and more customers arrived, and the restaurant became full. I may have been lucky to get a seat. The restaurant is run by three male staff members. The service was average. The soy sauce ramen costs 1,050 yen, and a bottle of beer costs 650 yen. The beer came with a complimentary snack! There was no menu for snacks, so I was happy about that. The ramen was placed on the counter, and you had to pick it up yourself. It was unusual that the chopsticks were made of plastic. The noodles were smooth and delicious. If I have the chance, I would like to try the salt ramen next time. Thank you for the meal! *When I left the restaurant, there were more than 10 people waiting in line.

I tried the ramen here because I was nearby for work. I ordered the soy sauce ramen. I usually don't like the flavor of Japanese-style broth in ramen, but the ramen here was delicious. The chashu had a nice texture, and the noodles were smooth. Despite being Japanese-style broth, it didn't have any strong taste or bitterness. They said they didn't offer a large portion, but I found out they do have it for a limited quantity ramen. I wish they had informed me about it. Overall, it was really tasty. Thank you for the meal!

Chuka soba Shio Moue Machi is one of the popular menu items here. The soup is based on a chicken and seafood broth, with a well-balanced saltiness from the salt sauce. The soup has a deep richness and a subtle blend of chicken and seafood flavors. The addition of citrus-infused oil gives a refreshing aroma, especially when mixed with the noodles. The noodles are thin and flat, with a slightly chewy texture that complements the soup well. The chashu pork is tender and flavorful, with a hint of sweetness from the fat. The bamboo shoots are lightly seasoned, enhancing the overall harmony of the dish. The chopped green onions add a crunchy texture and pair perfectly with the soup. This salt ramen truly embodies the essence of Kaduya's style.

This is Chuka Soba Uemachi. There was already a line before opening. I lined up at the end, and the line continued. It opened at exactly 6 o'clock, and I was able to sit on the first round. What was on the menu this time? It was mixed rice. It's delicious every time I have it. Made with domestic wheat, homemade thin noodles, mixed with a ginger-flavored soy sauce dressing, and mixed well. The ginger-flavored soy sauce dressing goes well with the firm and smooth noodles, creating a delicious combination. The white leeks, chopped green onions, and bamboo shoots have a nice texture. The menma is crispy. The diced simmered pork has a good balance of fat and chewiness, making it juicy and delicious. The black pork simmered pork is also delicious with its fat content. It's meaty, juicy, and the simmered pork here is the best. I also added dashi halfway through and turned it into soup noodles. The soup with a hint of seafood and ginger-flavored soy sauce dressing mixed well, creating a delicious soup noodles. It's a bowl that's delicious twice in one at Chuka Soba Uemachi.

I went to Uemachi for Chinese noodles for the first time in a while. I tried the limited soy sauce ramen. The delicate and exquisite acidity and good aroma of soy sauce in the chicken and pork broth stimulate the appetite. The noodles are thin but smooth and have the best throat feel. I also ordered dipping noodles, and the aroma and smoothness of the noodles are excellent. As you eat, the deliciousness makes you feel lonely when the noodles are gone! Finally, I definitely recommend mixing the soup at the end.

During lunchtime on a regular day, I visited the Tanimachi Rokuchome Station. It is about a 4-minute walk from exits 6 and 7, along the Kamitamachi Street, with a coin parking nearby. The clean interior has only a single row counter that can seat 8 people. After placing your order with the staff, you wait for a bit before your bowl is served. The dipping sauce is a clear soup made from chicken broth, seafood, and soy sauce, with a hint of acidity and a light spiciness that complements the savory flavor of the chicken and soy sauce. The shiny, flat, medium-thick noodles have a soft texture and a plain wheat flavor that doesn't resemble whole grain at all. The simmered pork in the dipping sauce seems to be a mix of shoulder meat and belly meat, with a good balance of lean and fatty parts, providing a rich and delicious meaty taste. While reheating the dipping sauce is not allowed, you can enjoy soup refills while it's still warm. Despite being a clear soup, it had a strong umami flavor and was very delicious. Thank you for the meal.

I visited around 1 pm on a regular day and waited for about 30 minutes in line, with 4 groups ahead of me. They took our orders while we were waiting in line, so once inside, we were seated quickly. I was torn between soy sauce and salt, but ended up ordering the salt ramen. The soup had a nice touch of yuzu, but I found it slightly lacking. The chashu was a bit tough and had a good chewy texture. Personally, I prefer the sparkle of the salt ramen at JUNK STORY.

I visited this place about 3 years ago and was impressed by how delicious it was. There was a long line at that time, so I missed the chance to visit again. This time, I had some business nearby so I decided to go. Luckily, there were only 4 people waiting outside on a weekday before noon. After about 15 minutes, I was seated inside. I was tempted to try the salt or tsukemen, but I ended up choosing the soy sauce ramen again. The soup was flavorful and the noodles were smooth. I felt like getting the large portion, but the regular size was satisfying enough. I remember the soy sauce flavor being sharper before, but it was still delicious! Thank you for the meal!

At Chuka Soba Uemachi, they have a limited edition Chicken and Pork Shio Ramen. The line starts early but it's shaded so you can manage. One slurp and you'll feel like an animal. It's not smelly at all, but the umami from the meat is overwhelming. The thin noodles are firm and provide a satisfying chew. Delicious.

Chuka soba shoyu ramen at Uemachi is a signature menu item with a blend of different types of broth including kombu, dried sardines, and bonito flakes, as well as chicken and shiitake mushroom broth, creating a delicious soup. The shoyu base is gentle and easy to eat, with a balance of chicken and seafood umami flavors. The homemade straight noodles have a nice firm texture that pairs well with the soup. The chashu (simmered pork) has a rich and flavorful taste, while the seasoned bamboo shoots add a crunchy texture. The sliced green onions are fresh and crispy, enhancing the overall experience. This ramen is recommended for those who prefer a milder flavor profile, while the limited edition ramen is recommended for those who enjoy a stronger taste. Overall, it is a delicious and easy-to-eat option for first-time visitors.

I felt like having Uemachi-san's tsukemen after a long time and decided to revisit. I arrived around 8 pm on a weekday and there were two seats available. I ordered the tsukemen for 1230 yen, with a large serving for an additional 300 yen, and a regular serving of rice for 300 yen. The dipping sauce was the same as before, with a tangy soy sauce base that had a rich flavor from the combination of seafood and chicken, leaving a refreshing aftertaste. The noodles were homemade, a blend of domestic wheat, medium-thick and shiny with a smooth and chewy texture. The toppings in the dipping sauce included two types of chashu, green onions, and bamboo shoots. Even with the large serving, it felt like there wasn't enough, so I always wish they offered an extra-large size. I enjoy drinking the rich dipping sauce, so I ordered rice to make ochazuke and finished every last drop of the sauce.

I couldn't help but be intrigued by the Bib Gourmand ramen shop, Chuka Soba Uemachi in Osaka's Tanimachi Rokuchome. I was torn between soy sauce and salt, but being a fan of salt, I decided to order the salt ramen this time! The scent of yuzu stimulates the appetite ✨ Being a Bib Gourmand establishment, it goes without saying that the noodles were delicious. My friend ordered the soy sauce ramen and let me have a taste, but personally, I preferred the salt ramen. 🍜

I took the subway and when I came above ground, it was pouring rain. I waited for the rain to ease up a bit and then headed to a shop. I found an empty seat inside the shop and ordered the tsukemen for 1230 yen. The straight noodles looked neat and the dipping sauce was rich but refreshing and easy to drink. The green onions added a nice touch. By the time I left the shop, the rain had stopped, making it a pleasant dinner.

A famous restaurant selected as one of the top 100 for 5 consecutive years. I visited for the first time on a weekday lunch and luckily there was one seat available. The restaurant only has 8 counter seats. I ordered the dipping noodles for 1,230 yen, with an extra large portion for 300 yen, and black pork miso rice for 500 yen. The dipping noodles were smooth and elastic with a good chewy texture. They were served with straight medium-thick noodles and the dipping sauce was a soy sauce base with chicken and seafood. The toppings included chashu, bamboo shoots, and green onions. The dipping sauce was slightly oily with a sharp acidity and a hint of spiciness. It had a balanced umami flavor with a subtle sweetness in the aftertaste. It was very delicious.

Limited soy sauce ramen is made with a soup taken only from animal ingredients such as pork and chicken (they will explain this to you when you order for the first time). It has a rich and heavy finish compared to regular soy sauce ramen, with a sharp soy sauce flavor followed by an unexpected punch of oil umami. In other words, the richness is similar to the limited salt ramen! It's a pretty bold flavor, in my opinion. The soup has a strong soy sauce base, so it may be a bit intense for those who don't like a heavy taste (for those people, regular soy sauce is recommended). For those who enjoy a strong flavor, it will be an irresistible bowl! I love it! Additionally, the thin noodles in this ramen blend well with the soup and have a good wheat aroma. The chashu, despite its appearance, is tender and easy to bite into (although there are rare instances of it being tough). It's the perfect ramen for enjoying with rice. Please note that this ramen is also limited in quantity, so be aware of that! The price ==========

I was surprised to see a line of about 20 people even before the restaurant opened. It was my first time, so I tried the soy sauce ramen. The taste of the soup was refreshing and light when I first took a sip, with a hint of seafood aroma coming through my nose. As soon as I swallowed, the richness and elegant umami of the broth spread in the back of my tongue. The noodles were thin and chewy, similar to those at "Kadoya Shokudo," and they paired very well with the soup. The sharpness of the green onions was also very good. It was a very refined and delicious taste that was worth the wait!

Thank you very much for always reading m(_ _)m If you enjoyed it, I would be happy if you could bookmark the store by clicking the "Save Store" button m(_ _)m I finished work before the Bon holiday in the morning! I'm going back home at night, so for lunch I'm going to visit a ramen shop, Uemachi, for the first time. Uemachi is located at 22 A, Kamimachi, Chuo-ku, Osaka City, a 5-minute walk from Tanimachi Rokuchome Station on the Osaka Metro. The owner of the shop is from Kadoya Shokudo, and it has been selected as one of the top 100 ramen shops in the West for 6 consecutive years on Tabelog. I arrived at the shop at 11:30. Closed on Mondays (including holidays) Business hours: 11:00-14:30, 18:00-21:00 (closed when sold out, often closed for the night due to ingredient shortage) Personally, I have high expectations for shops that use the name of a place as their name. I think it's because they prioritize being loved by the local people. There were 8 people waiting outside! I lined up at the end. I was handed the menu halfway through and ordered "Tsukemen large serving, please." They mentioned that Tsukemen takes time. The Tsukemen large serving costs 1,230 yen. When it was my turn, I entered the shop! I got permission to take a photo of the staff and sat at the counter seat! Like Kadoya Shokudo Honten, the cooking utensils are neatly arranged. The autograph of Masahisa Yoshida, a player from the Boston Red Sox who played in the WBC, is displayed. The ramen is served reasonably quickly, but Tsukemen takes time to boil and cool with cold water. I waited for a while and the dish arrived. Close-up! The noodle line is beautiful! The thick soy sauce dipping sauce looks delicious! Let's eat~ First, just the noodles! The noodles are homemade, medium-thick, straight noodles! They have a smooth texture, good throat feel, and are delicious with umami and wheat aroma every time you chew. The dipping sauce is a clear, rich soy sauce! The soy sauce has a sharp taste and acidity. The toppings are pork shoulder loin chashu, hosaki menma, and green onions! The Kagoshima black pork chashu comes in 3 slices and the fatty part is exquisite. I finished the noodles deliciously! I asked for soup-wari (diluting the soup with hot water) and it was superb! I enjoyed it until the end and finished the soup deliciously. I paid the bill, thanked the staff, and left Uemachi ramen shop. Thank you for the meal! It was delicious! I'll come again! _/_/_/_/_/_/_/_/_/_/ Thank you very much for reading until the end m(_ _)m I hope this information on gourmet food can be helpful to you even a little bit. I had the ramen for lunch yesterday, which was a new menu item this month, so I had high expectations. But I feel like something is missing... The price is 1,050 yen for this taste... I have tried various ramen, but the soup, noodles, and chashu are all just average. Taste is subjective, though...

There was no wait for a visit at 8:00 pm on Tuesday. I had heard that this place usually has long lines, but it might be less crowded at night. Their Shoyu Ramen for 1,050 yen is known for its unique noodles - soft on the surface yet firm and chewy inside. The soup initially has a strong acidity, but as you eat, you'll taste a gentle umami balance of chicken and seafood with a lingering soy sauce aroma. The Miso Rice with Black Pork for 500 yen features tender, shredded black pork cooked in a subtly miso-flavored tasty rice. #Ramen #ShoyuRamen #HomemadeNoodles #Dinner #Tanimachi Rokuchome #Chuo-ku, Osaka #Osaka
