Now, let's go back to the Osaka review in June 2020 (^O^)/ On the second day, after leaving Kyobashi Hamarushin, I returned to Umeda. From there, I headed to Kitashinchi for lunch, because when it comes to lunch, it has to be Kitashinchi, right? (^O^)/ As I walked around, I found a place that caught my eye - Unison. It seems that they ended their lunch service on June 26th (so it is likely closed now), so I had to visit before that, right? I climbed the stairs to the 2nd floor. It was a bit intimidating to enter, but I gathered my courage and opened the door. Upon entering the restaurant, I was seated at the counter. The interior had a lovely atmosphere, typical of a steakhouse. I checked the lunch menu and ordered the hamburger steak set. I requested it with demi-glace sauce. First, a salad arrived *\(^o^)/* I was happy to see vegetables as I hadn't been eating them since starting the Osaka tour. Then, the hamburger steak arrived *\(^o^)/* The hamburger steak had a fried egg on top, accompanied by spaghetti and something white. I couldn't tell what the white item was as I had gone to the restroom and missed it, but later I observed the cooking process for customers who arrived after me. The spaghetti was prepared by placing it on a hot plate, sprinkling water on it, and breaking it apart while cooking. The white item turned out to be potato salad. It was placed on the grill and mashed. The hamburger was made by kneading the meat, adjusting the amount by weighing it, and grilling it. Once both sides were seared, it was further heated in the microwave. The finished dish had a fried egg on top. Afterwards, rice and miso soup with egg arrived *\(^o^)/* I had a second helping of the salad that was already gone (you could also have seconds of rice and miso soup). Let's dig in and try it out (*≧∀≦*) The hamburger had a nice meaty texture and was delicious with the fried egg and demi-glace sauce. This lunch for 1000 yen, and in Kitashinchi, was such a great deal! I think it was worth it (*^▽^*) In this Greatest Reviewer Gourmet world, I believe I have surpassed the man who was once called the Gourmet King of the entertainment industry, but our earnings are just different, you know σ^_^; I may want to visit again, but doing a food review in Kitashinchi at night is impossible for me (lol) Well, as a commoner, I want to continue delivering reviews that are within my means (^O^)/
