It is located about a 3-4 minute walk south from Kitashinchi Station on the JR Tozai Line. When you enter the shop, there are only 9 counter seats. Let's toast with a plain chu-hi. Let's have some appetizers. There are cheese crackers and smoked bacon cheese. The crispy texture of the crackers pairs well with the smoky bacon and cheesy flavors. There is also plain bacon which allows you to enjoy the meaty and salty taste of the bacon. Two red sausages are served with mayonnaise and ketchup on the side. They are bite-sized and have a nostalgic taste. The Shirasu omelette combines fluffy egg with the flavor of shirasu, making it a great dish. The corn butter has a crunchy texture with the added flavor of butter, making it another great choice. So, we added a highball and a rum on the rocks. This time, we enjoyed some drinks and snacks, but next time, I would like to try their authentic teppanyaki dishes such as meat. Thank you for the meal.

I didn't know about it tonight, but it was Unison's 5th anniversary. Congratulations. The abalone and the Omi beef platter were all delicious! The herring roe with wasabi is a must. It was full early in the evening. I recommend making a reservation before visiting, just in case.

To Unison-san ^_^ I wasn't very hungry so I couldn't eat much, but it was delicious so it was a shame. Let's go again when I'm hungry! The Shirasu omelette will definitely be a must-order menu from now on ^_^ The girl I went with really liked the baked mashed potatoes ^_^

Head to the teppanyaki restaurant in Kitashinchi. They are open until morning on weekdays. The shirasu omelette has a vivid yellow color from top-quality eggs. The requested motsunabe uses Omi beef tripe. The okonomiyaki is fluffy and light, so it's okay to order another dish for the finale. The garlic salt yakisoba is also delicious! The shiokara with wasabi is a must-have side dish.

Now, let's go back to the Osaka review in June 2020 (^O^)/ On the second day, after leaving Kyobashi Hamarushin, I returned to Umeda. From there, I headed to Kitashinchi for lunch, because when it comes to lunch, it has to be Kitashinchi, right? (^O^)/ As I walked around, I found a place that caught my eye - Unison. It seems that they ended their lunch service on June 26th (so it is likely closed now), so I had to visit before that, right? I climbed the stairs to the 2nd floor. It was a bit intimidating to enter, but I gathered my courage and opened the door. Upon entering the restaurant, I was seated at the counter. The interior had a lovely atmosphere, typical of a steakhouse. I checked the lunch menu and ordered the hamburger steak set. I requested it with demi-glace sauce. First, a salad arrived *\(^o^)/* I was happy to see vegetables as I hadn't been eating them since starting the Osaka tour. Then, the hamburger steak arrived *\(^o^)/* The hamburger steak had a fried egg on top, accompanied by spaghetti and something white. I couldn't tell what the white item was as I had gone to the restroom and missed it, but later I observed the cooking process for customers who arrived after me. The spaghetti was prepared by placing it on a hot plate, sprinkling water on it, and breaking it apart while cooking. The white item turned out to be potato salad. It was placed on the grill and mashed. The hamburger was made by kneading the meat, adjusting the amount by weighing it, and grilling it. Once both sides were seared, it was further heated in the microwave. The finished dish had a fried egg on top. Afterwards, rice and miso soup with egg arrived *\(^o^)/* I had a second helping of the salad that was already gone (you could also have seconds of rice and miso soup). Let's dig in and try it out (*≧∀≦*) The hamburger had a nice meaty texture and was delicious with the fried egg and demi-glace sauce. This lunch for 1000 yen, and in Kitashinchi, was such a great deal! I think it was worth it (*^▽^*) In this Greatest Reviewer Gourmet world, I believe I have surpassed the man who was once called the Gourmet King of the entertainment industry, but our earnings are just different, you know σ^_^; I may want to visit again, but doing a food review in Kitashinchi at night is impossible for me (lol) Well, as a commoner, I want to continue delivering reviews that are within my means (^O^)/

Teppanyaki restaurant with a handsome chef. Started with delicious vichyssoise, followed by sizzling dishes. Enjoyed plenty of vegetables and the famous baguette was exquisite. For the finale, you can choose your favorite dish, so satisfying. They mainly offer set courses early, but a la carte is possible later. It's a versatile restaurant, great for casual dining or a date night.

Good evening, this is pta1001. Today's lunch was at Unison, a teppanyaki restaurant in Shinchi. I had harami steak and hamburger for lunch, with demiglace sauce on the hamburger. If you come early, you get a free upgrade from 150g to 200g for the hamburger. The salad was generously portioned and there was a live cooking station nearby where the hamburgers were being grilled, along with sunny-side-up eggs. The rice portion was standard, and the miso soup had clams in it. All that's left now is to dig into the hamburger.

Some of the great lunch spots include Wagyu-san for steak and hamburg, Tempura and Teppanyaki Gis-san for hamburg and omukatsu (omurice and beef cutlet), Grilled Roa-san for steak options, Teppanyaki Rio-san for diced steak, Teppan AKIRA-san for raclette cheese curry, and more. This time, we visited UNIZON in Kitashinchi. In the evening, they mainly serve steak and grilled dishes, including menchi katsu, grilled shabu-shabu, beef curry, and other a la carte options featuring black wagyu beef. The restaurant is located on the second floor of a building near Avanza. When you enter, you are greeted by a chef wearing a cooking hat with a smile. The restaurant has a sophisticated high-end feel with a shiny teppan grill surrounded by a counter with 10 seats and a cozy atmosphere. Lunch is limited to Mondays to Wednesdays from 11:45 to 13:30 (last order). The lunch menu includes the following items (all prices include tax and come with salad, miso soup, and unlimited rice refills): - 100% domestic beef hamburger: 900 yen - Mapo tofu with Japanese pepper: 800 yen - Grilled domestic black wagyu beef: 1,200 yen The hamburger is normally 150g, but you can enjoy a free upgrade to 200g, which is a nice service. The hamburger usually sells out around 1 pm on busy days. You can choose between a fried egg and demiglace sauce or grated ponzu sauce for the hamburger. This time, I chose the former and went for the 200g upgrade. First, we started with the salad. The hamburger was then served in about 5 minutes. The hamburger was beautifully presented with a crispy surface and a juicy interior packed with coarsely ground domestic beef mince. The demiglace sauce was smooth and rich with a fruity sweetness and an elegant red wine aroma. The fried egg was perfectly cooked with a runny yolk, adding to the overall enjoyment of the dish. The meal also included rice and miso soup, with the miso soup being a refined clam-based broth. The rice was delicious, and the portion was generous. A luxurious hamburger experience with a rich and meaty flavor for only 900 yen! Let's have lunch at "Unison" on the second floor of the building east of Avanza on Funakoshipassageway in Osaka Kita's Shinchi. The restaurant only serves lunch on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays. When you enter the restaurant, you sit at the counter where a shiny silver teppanyaki grill is set up. I ordered the hamburger. The staff immediately bombarded me with questions - would I like a 150g or 200g hamburger for the same price, and would I like it with demi-glace sauce or grated ponzu sauce. I chose the 200g hamburger with demi-glace sauce. A salad was served, and the hamburger was cooked right in front of me on the teppanyaki grill. It was topped with a fried egg and demi-glace sauce. Rice and miso soup were also served, with the miso soup placed on the left side of the rice Osaka-style. The 200g hamburger was quite large. I enjoyed the hamburger while mixing it with the demi-glace sauce. I struggled with when to break the egg - should I do it at the beginning, in the middle, or not at all? Eventually, I broke the egg and mixed the yolk with the hamburger and sauce when I was about two-thirds done with the meal. The miso soup was clam miso soup.

The lunch hamburger steak is 900 yen. The standard size is 150g, but you can also get 200g for the same price. You can choose between demi-glace sauce with a fried egg on top or grated ponzu sauce. You can enjoy a very reasonable lunch at a high-end steakhouse. The hamburger, made with high-quality meat also used for steaks, is juicy and has a rich meaty flavor. When topped with a fried egg and eaten with demi-glace sauce, it is very filling. The fact that it comes with salad, rice, and miso soup for less than 1000 yen is amazing!
