I went to my favorite restaurant, Happy Pancake, this time at the Ginza location! At the entrance on the 1st floor, there was a system where you scan a QR code to make a reservation. I thought it was a good system because it shows you the waiting time and helps you avoid wasting time. This time, I ordered the limited-time Japanese white peach and rose hip pancake (1680 yen). It arrived in about 15 minutes. This was my third time at Happy Pancake, and it was consistently delicious! The rose fragrance added a nice touch to the sweet pancake. Even if something unpleasant happens, eating pancakes here can make you feel happy!

It's been a while since my last visit. Tourists are starting to come back, so there are times when it can get crowded, but they have QR code check-in, so you can pass the time at nearby shops until your turn. Not recommended if you want to have tea right away. This time I ordered a roll cake. It was fluffy as always. But the warm freshly baked one is still more delicious.

This is a famous pancake shop, but I visited for the first time. The Ginza store is relatively easy to enter without waiting in line. I had the "Happiness Pancakes". The fluffy texture of the pancake is light and delicious. The whipped butter and maple syrup paired well and tasted great. First time at Happy Pancake. Used the QR code on the first floor of the building to get in line. Even though it was a weekday at 11:30, there were already 10 groups ahead of me (165 minutes wait)! While browsing around for shopping, I waited for a notification and got a call at 12:30! In reality, I only had to wait for about 60 minutes (^O^) Happy Pancake with extra whipped cream Iced coffee The pancake was incredibly fluffy and melted in my mouth! It was the fluffiest pancake I've ever had! Just the right amount of sweetness, truly living up to its name, it made me happy ⭐︎⭐︎⭐︎ If I had to ask for something more, I would say adding a slight hint of salt to the whipped butter or caramel sauce would keep it interesting until the last bite. Looking around the restaurant, I noticed that everyone except me was a foreigner! It felt like I was on a trip abroad (^_^) Thank you for the meal ☺︎

This is a very soft roll cake with a salty cream. Instead of eating it as a roll cake, it would be even more delicious if you pour maple syrup on it and eat it like a pancake. When you get it to go, they put it in a lovely insulated bag. It's a fluffy roll cake just like a pancake.

It was incredibly popular. There were many foreign tourists such as French, American, and Chinese people lined up. The staff were all very polite and kind, making it a comfortable place to be. Which pancake should I order? I think simple pancakes are the best. I ordered pancakes with caramel instead of maple syrup, topped with cream. They were fluffy and delicious, but I thought they would be even better if the pancakes had some flavor. Maybe I should have gone with French toast. At least, maple syrup would have been better than caramel. I would like to try a different pancake next time.

The waiting time was 2 hours, but the turnover was very fast, so I actually got in after about 40 minutes. It seems that it takes about 20 minutes to bake the pancakes. I ordered the blueberry cheese pancake. It was delicious with the sauce. The pancake had cream cheese, cream, and blueberry sauce on top of 3 pancakes. It was very delicious. However, men might find it a bit lacking. There is self-service water, both regular and flavored. If you haven't been yet, it's worth a try. I thought it was very delicious.

The pancake itself has the same fluffy texture as the Happy Pancake, and the gentle sweetness of the whipped cream pairs perfectly with the acidity of the fruits. It's a must-try for those who love fruits and pancakes. The atmosphere inside the store is calm, the staff is friendly, and the cleanliness is impressive, making it a comfortable place to dine. To the long-awaited Happy Pancake: I couldn't make a reservation, but I waited and finally got to visit Happy Pancake. My expectations were high, but the pancakes were delicious. It was too crowded and cramped (when there were 5 groups waiting, we had to wait in the elevator hall which was very narrow). It seemed like there was no time limit, as some people kept chatting even after finishing their meal. Setting a time limit might make the turnover faster. The pancakes arrived in about 20 minutes, even though they said it would take longer. They were tasty, but I may be satisfied after this visit. There wasn't a feeling of "I have to come back here!" The sight of piled up cardboard boxes right at the entrance was quite unpleasant. The lighting made it feel dark and somewhat outdated. There were many foreign customers, so it would be nice if the atmosphere was a bit more stylish (sorry for being presumptuous). The staff were very friendly, especially the male staff member who provided excellent service!

I thought the pancake boom was over, but this restaurant is still very popular. Even though I had to wait a long time, I was happy that they use a number tag system so you can leave the line and come back. I thought we should have shared one because the portion was big, but the fluffy texture and not too sweet taste made it surprisingly easy to eat. I was happy to see lots of fruits on top! It felt like I was getting nutrients just by looking at it!

The popular pancake shop! When we arrived at around 10:40, there were already 4 groups waiting in line, even though the shop opened at 10:30! And surprisingly, all the people in line and inside the shop were foreigners! It seems like there are a lot of European customers. The pancakes were fluffy and the whipped cream was amazing! It was a great choice to come here with my wife for her birthday. It took a bit of time for the pancakes to be served due to the cooking time, but once they arrived, it was a happy time!

After having tempura and sushi for lunch in Ginza, I moved to this place within 30 minutes. Even though I was really full, I wanted to digest the pancakes request while in Ginza, so off I went. I waited for about 30 minutes, but it might have been good for digestion. Still, I could only eat about three bites, but the pancakes were fluffy, light, not too sweet, and delicious!

After having lunch, I visited a dessert place around 2 o'clock and found a long line. I took a numbered ticket and waited in line for 30 minutes before finally being able to enter. Surprisingly, about half of the customers seemed to be foreign travelers. It seemed like there were more people using it for lunch, as by 3 o'clock, it was empty. The pancakes took about 20 minutes to be served after ordering. I ordered both plain pancakes and tiramisu pancakes. They were fluffy with a great melt-in-your-mouth texture and very delicious! They tend to get a bit firm as time passes, so it's better to eat them sooner. The tiramisu pancakes had a quite bitter sauce, but it was nice to have a change in flavor. They are light and perfect for a snack. Since it seems to be a chain, I would like to try other branches as well.

The portion size was just too much. As it went on, it became more and more difficult to finish... Whether this is considered good or not varies from person to person, but I personally felt it was too much, so I rated it 2-3 stars. The taste was average. I had to wait for about 15 minutes before being seated at the restaurant.

I went to Ginza's Happy Pancake♪ I've always wanted to try it but never had the chance until now. Since it's a popular pancake spot, I thought there might be a line, but it was actually quite empty on a weekday. The interior was clean but very simple, almost like a cafeteria. Even the water was self-serve in paper cups, which added to that feeling. There were various pancakes on the menu, but I ordered the simplest one, the "Happy Pancake". It took a little while to arrive since they cook it after you order. When it finally came, the pancake looked perfect and delicious! It was fluffy and soft, just as it appeared. I topped it with a generous amount of whipped butter and maple syrup. The pancake was very tasty, but the thickness of three layers was a bit too much. I ended up getting full before finishing it, and the flavor became a bit monotonous. Maybe if the whipped butter had more buttery fragrance and saltiness, it would have been different. After finishing, I felt like having something sour like pickled plums. I finally got to try the pancakes I've been wanting, and I'm very satisfied. I'll definitely come back when I crave it again. *Fully ripe apple mango and pineapple lemon custard pancake* I love mango pancakes, so I visited this place after hearing that they had a limited-time offer of mango pancakes. As always, I love their fluffy pancakes, but I was disappointed that the mango, which was supposed to be fully ripe, was still hard and lacked sweetness. The pineapple was deliciously sweet and sour. The homemade lemon custard paired well with the pancakes and was delicious. Fruits are really tricky, you know - I went there wanting to enjoy them at their best, but oh well.

I made a reservation for 10:30 am on a weekday and arrived 5 minutes early. There was only one group waiting ahead of us. The restaurant never got fully booked, so it seems like you can visit without a reservation on weekdays. We were able to choose our favorite seats, so we sat at a sofa table in the back of the restaurant. I ordered the seasonal fresh fruit pancake (tax included 1480 yen). The fluffy pancake was topped with plenty of fruits, making it look cute and delicious. It was truly a "pancake of happiness." The pancake was even fluffier than I expected, with a generous portion, making it a very satisfying brunch.

Happy Pancake Ginza is almost always full on weekends. Since reservations are not accepted, you have to get a ticket in front of the restaurant. The fluffy pancakes are quite filling, to be honest, three pieces are too much. However, considering that you can easily finish two pieces quickly, I think three pieces are fine.
