I often have lunch at the Jurassic Park restaurant in Universal Studios, but this time I decided to have curry! We rushed in right after the lunch parade ended and just made it in smoothly. It seems to be the Doraemon collaboration period now. My partner and I had the beef curry set. We upgraded our drinks to a larger size. I was really thirsty! My son had the omelette rice and hamburger set. The beef curry was delicious, with a touch of cream, and it was of hotel curry quality. However, every time I come to Universal Studios, I am impressed by the level of employee training. No matter how crowded it is, they always value the importance of each encounter, enjoy conversations, and strive to make guests happy. The prices are on the higher side due to being at Universal Studios, but the coolness and pleasant atmosphere make it worth it. Thank you for the meal!

On August 14, 2023, the only meal option available was the Studio Tours Beef Curry Set, inspired by the adventure of the movie "Doraemon: Nobita and the Steel Troops". The set included curry, salad, and a soft drink (regular size). The curry was served with a generous portion of rice topped with tender beef, decorated with small and large stars. It had a mild level of spiciness, just a hint of heat. The price was relatively affordable compared to other options at USJ, but may be considered average in general.

I had lunch at this restaurant today. It was still empty at 10:30 am but quickly filled up. It was very hot outside, so it was a refuge for everyone. I ordered the Doraemon Adventure Plate Set for 2300 yen, the Studio Stars Beef Curry Set for 1800 yen, and the Doraemon Fruit Jelly for 1300 yen. The quality of the presentation was excellent, and the taste was also top-notch. The curry had tender meat and just the right level of spiciness that even children can enjoy. The star-shaped vegetables were cute. Soft drinks are included with everything except the jelly.

Universal Studios Japan✨ Studio Tours Restaurant Doraemon Collaboration✨ I wanted to try various foods, so I got the Doraemon Kids Set. The taste was just like usual, maybe frozen food. It was a bit cold, which was disappointing. The presentation is cute though. Sonya's parfait had a more adult taste. It had canned cherries, which I haven't had in years. I've had a pass for 4 years⤴️ and this was the first time I won a coupon.

Opened on February 23, 2023, in conjunction with the latest Doraemon movie, this restaurant offers collaboration food with "Doraemon XR Ride - Nobita and the Ideal Land of Utopia." The spacious interior had plenty of available seats, but there was a 15-minute wait to place an order. The Perfect Cat-Type Robot, Sonia's Parfait - Mascarpone & Dark Cherry - priced at 850 yen, was delicious. Inside the restaurant, scenes from the Doraemon movie were displayed, and many people were enjoying their meals while taking a break.

I visited Universal Studios Japan for the first time, all the way from Tokyo! It was July 16, 2023, the middle day of a 3-day weekend. I arrived around 7:30 am and saw that there were already people inside even though the park was supposed to open at 8 am. After waiting in line for about 15 minutes for bag check and other procedures, I headed towards the Harry Potter area. I found the rides surprisingly scary and felt queasy, combined with the scorching hot weather, I was already feeling quite exhausted in the morning. So, I decided to go to a restaurant that caught my eye! Just like at Disney, when in doubt, go for curry! The portion was quite generous. It was just a regular curry, but it was delicious! The sweets themed after Doraemon were also very cute! Thank you for the meal!

The Doraemon XR Ride was more intense than expected, with a lot of shaking. After eating Churritos and pork buns, we went to the restaurant. We ordered the Doraemon & Nobita's Dream Utopia Plate Set - Hamburg & Omurice for ¥2300, which included a hamburger with demi-glace sauce, omurice, and a soft drink. The plate was inspired by the ideal paradise "Paradise" from the latest movie, featuring a voluminous combination of omurice and hamburger. We also ordered the 22nd-century cat-shaped robot Doraemon - Dorayaki-style pancake for ¥1000. The dishes were both cute and delicious.

This time, I came to Universal Studios City to play, and after the parade ended at 11:00, I visited this shop in front of me. I arrived around 11:30, but since it was right after the parade, I was able to enter without waiting in line. I ordered the Doraemon & Nobita's Utopia Plate Set ~ Hamburger & Omelette Rice ~ from the menu! (My companion ordered the 22nd Century Cat-Type Robot Doraemon ~ Dorayaki Pancake ~.) The seating was quite spacious, so there were plenty of empty seats towards the back. As for the taste, there wasn't anything particularly delicious... well, you don't really expect top-notch food at a theme park, so it was nice to enjoy the atmosphere! The cream cheese on the rice cracker is quite good, and the fries behind Doraemon and Nobita were potato. The portion size was quite generous. I didn't try my companion's pancake, so I can't comment on the taste, but Doraemon's butt was smaller than I expected, haha. The service from the staff was excellent, which put me in a good mood. (Good service is important in places like this.) By the time we finished eating, there was already a long line, so I recommend coming right after the parade! Thank you for the meal!

I was wandering around USJ with my children, feeling tired from all the adventures. It got late and we decided to have dinner inside the park. We chose a restaurant that was collaborating with Doraemon, but I ended up ordering curry, which was not related to the collaboration. The beef stew on top was tender and flavorful, and the curry sauce was rich and delicious.

Until September, there is a limited-time Doraemon collaboration menu available. Luckily, I was able to enter just after 8:30 pm even though the park closes at 9 pm. I ordered the "Doraemon & Nobita Dream Utopia Plate Set: Hamburger Steak & Omurice" for 2300 yen (including 10% tax) and the "22nd Century Cat-Shaped Robot Doraemon Dorayaki Pancake" for 1000 yen (including 10% tax). The plate set came with a drink, so I chose oolong tea. Both dishes were incredibly cute!

Today is Universal Studios day. It's been a while since I visited. The weather is good. There are a lot of people, especially inbound visitors. I decided to have an early lunch on my first visit. The menu changes depending on the theme, and right now it's Doraemon! I had a set meal with cheese doria, teriyaki chicken, and a drink for 2300 yen. Well, it's the theme park price, so it's understandable. The cheese doria was delicious and piping hot. The teriyaki chicken, although small, was also tasty. And the fried potatoes were amazing. The restaurant is spacious with plenty of seating. The staff is very polite and guides you to your table. It's nice to have a place like this to rest when you're tired from Universal Studios. I tend to watch shows more than ride attractions at Universal, especially the dances. I'll have to find another new restaurant next time. Thank you for the meal!

Went to Universal Studios Japan during Golden Week! Of course, the park was super crowded!! But we made good use of the Express Pass and were able to enjoy the park smoothly even during the long weekend. We didn't waste time going out of the park for dinner, of course. For dinner, we went to the Studio Stars Restaurant that the kids wanted to try. The seasonal themed dishes were a hit, with Doraemon being the theme during our visit. The menu options were limited, with a choice between omurice & curry or cheese doria & teriyaki chicken. The prices were on the high side, as expected in the park. The kids' plate was the best value at 1200 yen. The food was served quickly due to the high volume of customers, and while the taste was decent, it had a fast food chain vibe. The Doraemon-themed meat bun on the kids' plate was cute, but more for the novelty than the taste. After finishing our meal, we had an hour left before closing and were able to enjoy the rides with no lines. We made the most of our day from 7 am to 10 pm!

I was told that if I go around 3:00 PM, I would have to wait for about 40 minutes, but in reality, I was able to make my purchase in about 25 minutes. I have used this restaurant before during the Demon Slayer collaboration, and the food is delicious. The seating area is spacious and comfortable, making it a perfect restaurant for a relaxing break.

I saw a Doraemon-themed menu and everything looked delicious, so I decided to try it. There was a line outside, but when I thought there was no one waiting, I went in and ended up waiting for an hour inside the restaurant. However, once I got my food, there were plenty of empty seats inside and I was able to relax in a spacious booth. The dishes were decently tasty.

The cheese doria is delicious, but the green peas on the side make it slightly less enjoyable. The cheese is there, but the corn doesn't taste good for some reason. I remember feeling the same way before. The potatoes are tasty, and the chicken with sauce is good. Maybe the cheese doria lacks a punch?

Ordered item... 22nd century cat-shaped robot Doraemon dorayaki pancake for 1,000 yen. Dish... A pancake inspired by Doraemon's favorite dorayaki! The fluffy and chewy texture of the pancake is irresistible. The visual of Doraemon's butt peeking out is amazing! It's quite impressive that it was made to commemorate the movie screening. Great job!

Today, I had lunch at USJ again! I decided to try the curry dishes at Studio Stars Restaurant. When I looked at the menu, the Special Keema Curry Set (1,900 yen) looked the most delicious, so I ordered that. The curry was served in a pie crust which was cleverly done, and the crust was crispy and tasty. Of course, I finished my beer in no time during lunch haha. The Studio Kids Curry Set with Minions also seemed to make the kids very happy ⭐️

I avoided the crowded lunch rush and had an early lunch. I didn't do any research beforehand, but it turned out to be a curry-focused restaurant. I didn't have high expectations, but the Keema curry was surprisingly delicious. The prices were reasonable for this type of place, so it felt like a good deal.
