For lunch on this day, I went to Tamatsukuri to support a restaurant that is still open despite the pandemic, "Ramen Jinsei JET600." I had their summer limited edition "zaru" cold noodles, with extra noodles. This summer is really hot, so I opted for cold noodles for lunch. The "zaru" noodles were homemade, medium-thick flat noodles served cold with a fish-based soy sauce dipping sauce. It came with two thinly sliced chashu pork and chopped green onions on the side. As it was a "zaru" style, I dipped the cold noodles into the cold dipping sauce to eat. I ordered extra noodles, so towards the end, I wished there was a bit more dipping sauce. I finished the meal with a soup refill. I thoroughly enjoyed the deliciousness of Ramen Jinsei JET's special homemade noodles. The zaru noodles were so delicious!

A sister store of JET Honten in Fukushima Ward, near Tamamizu Station. This popular restaurant has been selected as one of the top 100 on Tabelog for 6 consecutive years. I revisited around 8 pm on a weekday. This was my fourth visit. The restaurant was almost full. There are 9 counter seats and 2 four-person tables inside. There is a ticket machine outside the entrance, and I ordered the Marugata Shoyu Ramen with whole chicken (1000 yen) and the Full Stomach Set (700 yen) available only on weekends. The Marugata Shoyu Ramen has a chicken-based soy sauce soup, and the noodles are delicious with a firm and smooth texture. The clear soup with chicken broth and chicken oil blended with soy sauce has a deep flavor. The homemade medium-thick noodles have a good chewy texture and go well with the ramen. The fried chicken is made with chicken breast, with a crispy coating and a meaty texture. The pork rice bowl is filled with sweet and savory braised pork char siu, which complements the light ramen well. By the time I left, there was one person waiting outside, showing that it is still a popular restaurant.

Today's lunch was at "Ramen Jinsei JET600," a ramen shop located a 2-minute walk from JR Tamatsukuri Station on the Osaka Loop Line. Since the situation with COVID-19 has calmed down, I decided to stop by before heading to Osaka Castle for sightseeing. The system at this shop is to purchase food tickets from a vending machine outside. I arrived 10 minutes before opening and there were about 9 groups ahead of me in line, but I managed to secure a seat for the first round. The interior of the shop has a L-shaped counter with 9 seats and two tables for 4 people each. I ordered the Chicken Simmered Ramen for 900 yen (tax included). The ramen, a combination of chicken white broth and soy sauce, was served promptly. The soup was thick and rich, carefully simmered with chicken bones, and the soy sauce added a smooth touch to it. It was quite delicious (although a bit strong). The noodles were medium-thin straight noodles that soaked up the thick soup well. Towards the end, the chicken flavor became a bit overwhelming, so I added some black pepper from the table to change the taste. I also tried the assorted plate (char siu, menma, and boiled egg) with my companion, and I thought it would go well with beer. The shop is located at 1-3-2 Higashi Kobashi, Higashi Osaka City, Osaka Prefecture. They are open from 11:00 to 15:00 and 18:00 to 22:00, closed during the year-end and New Year holidays. There is a coin parking lot nearby. It is a 2-minute walk from JR Tamatsukuri Station on the Osaka Loop Line, and a 4-minute walk from Exit 4 of Tamatsukuri Station on the Osaka Metro Nagahori Tsurumi Ryokuchi Line.

Before visiting my grandmother in the hospital, I went to this restaurant for the second time, just as the reviews said, it was quite delicious. I have been to a restaurant in Fukushima several times in the past, but this one has fewer lines and is recommended. There is also a famous udon shop nearby, so be sure to check that out too.

On the national holiday, I arrived at the store around the opening time as a reference, and there were already many people lining up. The tori paitan ramen had a very rich soup! That was my honest impression. I was full with delicious ramen! Thank you for the meal!

I am at Ramen Jinsei JET600 today - my usual spot. I had the usual Chicken Stew Ramen. There are many delicious ramen shops in Osaka now, making it hard to choose where to go. Some places may have unbalanced soup or too little soup, but JET's ramen has the perfect balance of noodles and soup. I love the smooth texture of the soup and the chewiness of the noodles. Visited for lunch on a holiday at exactly 12 o'clock, luckily only had to wait behind two people. There are plenty of coin parking lots nearby. Ordered the large portion of chicken simmered tsukemen. Noodles were excellent, smooth and chewy with a great wheat fragrance. The soup was delicious with a tasty chicken broth, and the bamboo shoots were also delicious. The interior of the restaurant was very cool and comfortable to eat in. Thank you for the meal.

Today, I went to Ramen Jinsei JET600 in Tamatsukuri. This time, I ordered the chicken simmered dipping noodles. The noodles were shiny and very appetizing. The dipping sauce had a decent thickness and the umami of the chicken came through well, making it very delicious!

First visit to 600: two tsukemen dishes, delicious! Also tried the Zaru and Tori Nikomi Tsukemen at Umami Ramen Life JET600 (Tamamizu), along with Butameshi, 4 slices of Chashu, and a half-boiled seasoned egg. Already had the tsukemen dishes at Ramen Life JET (Fukushima) so just tried those. Note: The "Zaru" at 600 will be discontinued on September 17th, and it seemed like it was already close to being sold out during my visit on September 13th!

I was planning to have their usual chicken simmered ramen, but they were still offering their summer limited edition cold noodles, so I decided to try that instead. The noodles had a nice wheat aroma, were smooth and had a good texture that was easy on the throat. I could taste the flavor of the noodles directly and enjoyed it very much. Arrived at 17:45, entered the restaurant at 18:00. Shortly after, ordered a soy sauce ramen which quickly became sold out. Regular size is ¥850, large size is ¥150 extra, and double size is ¥200 extra. Since I was hungry, I opted for the large size soy sauce ramen. I prefer the refreshing taste of the chicken soy sauce, but since I couldn't get it in large size, I had to decide between the two options.

It is rare to find a ticket machine in Osaka, so make sure to buy your ticket before getting in line. I ordered the Chicken Stew Tsukemen for 1000 yen with extra noodles for 150 yen. Ramen Jinsei JET is known for their chicken stew ramen, so I opted for the tsukemen on this hot day. The beautifully arranged noodles looked smooth and had a good mouthfeel, while the chicken stew broth exuded a rich aroma. The noodles were supple and satisfying to slurp. The chicken broth was rich, slightly thick, and carried the pure umami of chicken without any overpowering flavors. It had a unique twist compared to the typical chicken white broth. The chicken stew ramen and the beautiful noodles make you want to come back for more, regardless of the season. I highly recommend the tsukemen here, even though I have never tried their regular ramen.

Today's Tsukemen Today, I visited Ramen Jinsei JET600 in Tamazuto. Starting from August 10th, new wheat from Kyushu has been introduced, and JET-san is participating in the New Wheat Collection, offering Tsukemen with the new wheat. I didn't want to miss this opportunity, so I decided to visit the restaurant. Of course, I ordered the Tsukemen. The only mistake I made was that I was so eager to try the noodles that I forgot to take a picture before eating. So, the photo I have today is of the empty bowl, which may not look very appealing. But as always, JET-san's flat, medium-thick noodles were delicious. I enjoyed my meal today as well. Thank you for the delicious food.

I tried the special cold dipping noodles for 1000 yen with extra noodles for 150 yen and pork rice for 400 yen. The noodles were thick and flat, the soup was a simple fish sauce, and it came with 2 slices of pork and green onions. The service was good, but the overall cost performance was average. The pork rice was delicious.

Chicken simmered soba with half portion of fried chicken. Extremely delicious. I have visited several times including the branch in Fukushima, but the high quality remains unchanged. I wonder if there is any other store that can surpass this one in utilizing the wild taste of chicken white broth. While eating ramen, I feel like I'm eating a whole chicken. Very satisfying. I will definitely visit again.

Jet 600, a sister store of a popular ramen shop in Fukushima, is always crowded not only during the day but also at night. Their chicken stew ramen features firm noodles and a rich soup with finely shredded chicken that melts into the broth. It's rich but not too heavy, making it delicious! The chashu pork and menma bamboo shoots are quite distinctive.

I had the "Chicken Simmered Ramen" at Ramen Tamazo today, made by Ramen Life JET600. The rich chicken shoyu broth paired well with the medium thick noodles, making it delicious every time. In addition to the chicken shoyu broth, the shoyu ramen and chicken soba are also tasty.

If you go on the weekend, you must try the weekend-only Maru Chicken Shoyu! The taste is amazing with a rich soy sauce aroma and a direct taste of chicken umami!
