I visited this place, "Ground Meat Club Umeda Main Store," for a meal before shopping at Francfranc in Hankyu Sanbangai on Sunday. The location is on the first floor of the WATANABE Building to the left when you walk towards Nakatsu along the elevated Hankyu train line from the Shin Hankyu Hotel Annex. Due to my presbyopia, I mistook it for a yakiniku restaurant and entered with the intention of having a yakiniku lunch. I realized my mistake at the food ticket machine inside the restaurant. The menu includes the Ground Meat Club Set for 1000 yen, additional meatballs for 400 yen, rich raw egg for 100 yen, yakiniku restaurant kimchi for 100 yen, tomato sauce for 100 yen, cheese sauce for 100 yen, and curry sauce for 100 yen. I ordered two basic Ground Meat Club Sets, two meatballs, all-you-can-drink, miso soup, and all-you-can-eat rice. The barrel-shaped meatballs are rare, closer to raw with just a seared surface. You can cook the coarse-ground meatballs on the hot plate to your liking and enjoy them with various sauces and condiments. The sauces include secret yakiniku sauce, classic onion sauce, and demiglace sauce, while the condiments include rock salt, fried onion, grated wasabi, and garlic slices. The meatballs and rice, along with the miso soup, are delicious. I had extra rice and finished with garlic rice by mixing the remaining coarse-ground meatballs with the secret yakiniku sauce. Both the meatballs and the finishing rice were satisfying. It was a great meal.

I have been curious and wanting to go for a while. Finally went. It was late for lunch but the restaurant was full. Amazing! Customers ranged from children to adults, both men and women. The meat was delicious. There are seasonings on the table, but the recommended one is the demi-glace sauce. It's better to ask the staff. It was delicious.

I came to the restaurant with a friend and we were able to enter smoothly even though there were a couple of groups waiting in line 5 minutes before opening. The hamburger steak had a strong meaty flavor and it was fun to cook it on the hot plate. There were two classic sauces available, and even someone with a simple taste like me enjoyed both of them. I was also happy to receive a free egg by following them on Instagram. I am quite satisfied with being able to eat a hot plate hamburger steak for 1000 yen.

The Minced Meat Club has locations in Honmachi and Umeda! This place opened as a hamburger specialty shop for meat lovers at a yakiniku restaurant! The menu includes the Minced Meat Club set for ¥1000, which includes 2 hamburgers, miso soup, rice (all-you-can-eat), and options for a raw egg for ¥100 (free with Instagram follow) and kimchi for ¥100. The meat comes semi-raw, so each table has a grill where you can cook it to your liking. There are 3 types of sauces available: classic onion sauce, legendary yakiniku sauce, and demi-glace sauce. Personally, I really liked the yakiniku sauce! The rice was also very delicious. Meat lovers should definitely give it a try!

I visited the restaurant during lunchtime. It was a bit crowded, but I managed to get in without waiting in line. Inside the restaurant, there were several tables with electronic stoves for two people each. The dish served was a half-cooked hamburger, and we could finish cooking it to our liking on the stove. It was fun adjusting the cooking process to our taste. The hamburger already had some seasoning, but we could add salt, demiglace sauce, onions, soy sauce, wasabi, etc. to customize the flavor. I personally enjoyed adding a little bit of wasabi. I noticed some people eating one hamburger as it is and using the other one to make meat fried rice by mixing it with rice on the stove. It was interesting to see different ways of enjoying the two hamburgers. The only downside was that the miso soup was a bit too strong.

I went to Hikiniku Club and had the Wagyu minced meat set (¥1,000) with an additional topping of rich raw egg (¥100). It was my first time trying this kind of hamburger that has been gaining popularity recently, and for 1,000 yen, getting two Wagyu hamburgers with rice and miso soup refill is a great deal! The excitement of whether the raw egg will stay on top of the hamburger or fall off adds to the experience. I made sure to create a hollow for the egg to sit in firmly (I definitely didn't want it to fall off!). After adding the raw egg, the hamburger looked Instagram-worthy. However, there was a problem - just cooking the surface wasn't enough to fully cook the inside, so I had to put it back on the griddle to cook thoroughly. It takes a bit of extra effort, but the taste of the hamburger is delicious. There are plenty of condiments for flavor variation, and I recommend trying it with rock salt, wasabi paste, and yakiniku sauce. The interior of the restaurant is stylish and the staff are mostly young. The hamburger was served almost raw, but it was delicious. However, there wasn't much juice in the meat, so it felt like half yukhoe (Korean raw beef dish). There were plenty of condiments and seasonings, so I enjoyed it until the end.

The hamburger was smaller than expected, but the inside was juicy and full of meat juices, making it very delicious. However, because the meat was very tender, I found it a bit difficult to cook. Also, it was so soft that just holding it with chopsticks caused it to fall apart, giving more of a sensation of eating juicy minced meat rather than a hamburger.

I used the restaurant around 11 o'clock. I was seated right away, but there were also people waiting afterwards. The taste was honestly average. It may depend on the cooking time and such... I was served a dish with food scraps still on it, and overall it wasn't a very pleasant experience, so that's why I'm giving this rating.

I had a 1000 yen wagyu hamburger at Niku Hagure Club✨ They serve it rare so you can cook it yourself. It was thick and juicy, and incredibly delicious. The rice they serve goes perfectly with the hamburger. They have a variety of condiments and sauces, which made the meal enjoyable. Luckily, there was no line today. I want to go back again.

After returning from USJ, my wife requested a rare hamburger customized to her liking, and I was impressed. Purchasing with a food ticket was simple and convenient, and the hamburger arrived quickly. I added cheese and egg as toppings, which were free with an Instagram follow. There was a wide variety of sauces and condiments to choose from. Rice and miso soup were all-you-can-eat. For lunch today, I planned to go to Ramen Yoshii near Umeda Station, but it was too crowded so I decided to skip it. As I continued walking, I found Hamburger Club, which had no wait! Lucky me! I ordered the Wagyu minced beef set at the ticket machine inside the restaurant. I was seated at the counter, where a hot skillet was placed in front of me. Soon enough, two small hamburgers, rice, and miso soup were served. The hamburgers were made with 100% Wagyu beef, with a coarse texture that really highlighted the meat's flavor. It was a bit confusing whether this could be considered a hamburger due to the unique texture. Adding rock salt or chopped wasabi from the counter enhanced the Wagyu's deliciousness. For the finale, I mixed the rice with the barbecue sauce and fried garlic to enjoy garlic rice! However, using chopsticks for this dish was a bit difficult, so I wish they had provided a spoon. The option for unlimited rice and miso soup, along with the flavorful hamburger set for only 1000 yen including tax, felt like a great deal for Umeda. The customers were mostly in their 20s, and the staff were always available in the dining area, making it easy to ask for refills. I will definitely visit again! Thank you for the meal!

I thought there would be a long line like the minced meat maniac in Honmachi, so I avoided it, but when I passed by before opening hours, there was no one there, so I decided to line up and enter. To be honest, I prefer the minced meat maniac's hamburgers over this place's hamburgers, which are too greasy and splatter too much oil. It seems like the trend now is to cook hamburgers to suit your own taste.

Near Osaka Umeda Station, there is a place called "Minced Meat Club". They offer a Wagyu minced meat set (with miso soup and unlimited rice) for 1000 yen. -Around 12:30, two of us visited the restaurant and were seated immediately. -After recovering from COVID-19, it was my first time dining out, so I splurged on a set meal with an additional hamburger patty, egg, and beer (1,950 yen). -There were three types of sauces and around five types of condiments, allowing you to season the dish to your liking. Of course, it's also delicious as is. -The hamburger was not as heavy as I expected and was easy to finish. It wasn't greasy either. Normally, I mindlessly pair meat with wasabi, but this hamburger went better with salt or grated daikon radish. -If you're someone who wants a hearty meal, you might find it lacking without the additional patty. It seems like a portion that would fill up a woman. (There were many female customers on the day I visited.) -I had three extra servings of rice. Thank you for the meal.

I visited this restaurant for lunch. They serve hamburgers cooked rare and you can adjust the cooking level on the hot plate at your table. It seems like a popular trend for meat-focused restaurants, I see them often in Namba and Osaka Station. This restaurant has IH heaters installed at each table, which I thought was well done. The taste is of course delicious ^_^ There's no way it wouldn't be tasty, right? The visual presentation is also great haha. It all comes down to personal preference when it comes to hamburgers. In my case, I always end up eating it rare without waiting for it to cook more, and then regret it haha. It happens to me at these types of restaurants every time (^^;; The strong smell throughout the restaurant was quite bothersome. Since it was lunchtime, I had to go back to the office (T . T)
