I heard that a croissant specialty store opened at Umeda Station and I've always wanted to go there! I happened to pass by the store and immediately bought a 25-piece set (5 varieties) for ¥2,000, which is a great deal, right? The flavors change with the seasons, such as plain, chocolate, strawberry chocolate, sweet potato, and mentaiko. There was a seating area nearby so I decided to try them right away! The plain one was very sweet with lots of sugar! The chocolate one was filled with chocolate just like a chocolate Danish! The strawberry chocolate one was delicious! It had a crispy coating on top and a fluffy interior that was irresistible! The sweet potato one was great for sweet potato lovers! It's quite filling! The mentaiko one was my favorite!!!! Have you ever heard of mentaiko croissants? Mentaiko and bread are a perfect match! It might be nice to toast it a bit before eating! I finished them all before heading home, and I feel like I'll end up buying them every time I come to Umeda!笑

I found mini croissants originating from Hakata in Umeda. As a morning set, I was able to purchase three bags of plain, chocolate, and sweet potato flavors. There is also a student discount available, making it student-friendly. Each mini croissant has a different delicious taste.

I went there on the recommendation of a friend. It was Saturday afternoon. I didn't have to wait long, but I heard that sometimes there can be a long line. I bought a mix of plain and chocolate flavors. It cost 660 yen for 8 pieces. They were a decent size and I was satisfied. The chocolate had a good amount of chocolate inside, so it was satisfying to eat.

After lightly drinking, I was lured by a sweet smell. I bought a set of 10 (2 of each flavor) and 10 plain ones. They were all delicious (^-^) Personally, I like the plain and cod roe flavors. Most of them were eaten by my family (⌒-⌒; ) I will buy them again. Thank you for the meal.

Located a 3-minute walk from Hankyu Osaka Umeda Station, this croissant specialty store is conveniently close to HEPFIVE. I came across their morning set (200 yen) available until 10:30 am, so I decided to try it. The set includes one plain, one chocolate, and one sweet potato croissant. The croissants are palm-sized and not freshly baked when served. I reheated them in a toaster. The plain croissant is crispy with a strong sweetness. The chocolate croissant has chocolate-flavored dough instead of chocolate inside. The sweet potato croissant contains sweet potato paste. Personally, I found all of them to be quite sweet. The price is reasonable, and they offer other varieties as well, making it a good option for breakfast.

Today's snack is from MIGNON Mini Croissant Umeda store in Osaka, Umeda. It's a croissant shop, to be precise, a mini croissant shop maybe? It opened about a year ago and caught my attention. It seems to have expanded from Fukuoka. It's popular, with customers constantly coming in. I tried the 5-piece set which includes Plain, Chocolate, Cod Roe, Sweet Potato, and Strawberry croissants. The total value is 448 yen, but it's a bit cheaper. However, the Cod Roe croissant was in a separate bag for some reason. They only sell the croissants here, so there's no eating space available. I ate them in the nearby square. The Strawberry croissant caught my attention with its sweet smell. The Sweet Potato croissant looks plain on the outside but has sweet potato inside, which adds a nice touch of Japanese sweetness. The Plain croissant is just average. The Chocolate croissant has a soft chocolate filling inside, so there's no contrast in texture with the croissant. Finally, the Cod Roe croissant tasted like just putting cod roe on a croissant, so it didn't seem necessary to make it into a croissant. Prices seem reasonable, but there will be a price increase starting from June. Visit their website for more information. Location: 8-47 Kakuda-cho, Kita-ku, Osaka, 530-0017, 1F Hankyu Grand Building, Tel: 06-6809-7874.

I visited around 18:00 on a weekday. I bought a souvenir set for 2,000 yen (plain, chocolate, mentaiko, sweet potato, and strawberry flavors, 5 pieces each). Whenever I travel to Fukuoka, I always buy this as a souvenir when I return. I knew there was a shop in Umeda, but I always gave up because there was always a long line. This time, the line was relatively short so I decided to buy. There were about 5 groups of customers in front of me, but I was able to purchase in about 5-10 minutes. The taste is the same as buying at Hakata Station, delicious, but the price is still high. It doesn't feel like a good deal compared to buying by weight at Hakata Station.

There is a shop near Hankyu Umeda Station that always has a line of female customers. They offer various flavors of croissants, and I purchased the mentaiko (spicy cod roe) flavor, sweet potato flavor, and plain flavor. The mentaiko flavor was incredibly delicious! The sweet potato flavor had sweet potato paste inside the croissant. The plain flavor was quite sweet! They also had chocolate and strawberry flavored croissants. I would like to go back and try them again.

Received as a gift. It seems to have just opened in April, and it's a shop from Hakata. I thought it was a bakery, but it turned out to be a croissant specialty store. I tried the small croissants. When I took them home, a delicious smell wafted from the bag. I had the plain and chocolate flavors. The plain croissant has a slightly light texture compared to other croissants, making it easy to eat. The chocolate one has cube-shaped chocolate chips inside, adding a delicious accent and a good balance of texture. Mini croissants are also available at other famous bakeries, but this one has a unique feature. The shop's image color is close to navy blue. Since croissants are from France, the logo and design of the shop also have a French feel, so the image color might be the French tricolor blue. Another famous bakery from Kobe also has a blue image color, so they might be compared. Despite their small size, these croissants are satisfying to eat. The shop is very crowded during the evening rush hour.

On the way to Osaka Station, I found a Minion-san shop that I had been curious about since my previous business trip. Recently, they seem to be popping up everywhere! In the morning, they had a morning set with three plain, chocolate, and sweet potato buns for 200 yen, so I couldn't resist buying it. I ended up having it for lunch since I was carrying it around, but it was delicious! ^^)

【Minion Umeda Store】 A specialty shop for mini croissants that has been popular in Hakata for nearly 30 years. The crispy and chewy texture is addictive! Perfect for souvenirs too (/・ω・)/ When you get off at Hankyu Osaka Umeda Station and walk towards Moving Walk, you can always smell a nice aroma coming from this shop, Minion. I got the home souvenir set for ¥2000 ♡ It includes 5 pieces each of plain, chocolate, orange, sweet potato, and mentaiko flavors. The surface is crispy and the inside is chewy, once you start eating, you can't stop! I only intended to have one, but ended up having 2 or 3... haha. They were all delicious, but personally, I recommend the chocolate and orange flavors ☺ーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーー2 minutes walk from Hankyu Osaka Umeda Station4-47 Tsunoda-cho, Kita-ku, Osaka-shi, Osaka Hankyu Grand Building Annex 1FWeekdays 7:00-22:30Saturday 8:00-22:30Sunday/Holidays 8:00-22:00▶️ This account mainly posts about gourmet food in Osaka Kita. Menu: I purchased these items after going out for drinks. Unfortunately, I forgot to take a photo before eating, so I only have a picture of the store. I bought three types of croissants:
- Croissant (plain)
- Croissant (chocolate)
- Croissant (sweet potato)
Thank you for the meal.

While exploring Umeda, my wife got really excited about a shop she had been eyeing on Twitter. We bought a plain croissant, a sweet potato croissant, and two orange croissants. Oh, these are delicious! The "sweetness" coating the surface is strong, but the crispy texture is perfect. The croissant itself is sweet and firm, and it can definitely hold its own against popular croissant shops I've tried before. The orange flavor is just right, with a perfect amount of orange mixed in. The chocolate chip is also spot on. According to my wife, the plain croissant was also delicious. The sweet potato croissant was as expected. Some say it's better when baked, but be careful not to burn it. If there's a shop nearby, I might end up buying these often. 5-piece set with plain, chocolate, mentaiko, sweet potato, and orange flavors for 420 yen. Buying the set saves you 28 yen compared to buying each separately. They are easy to eat as a snack, crispy, flavorful, and delicious.

The location was a bit hard to find but I managed to arrive. It's a shop that puts fillings in croissants, which seems common but unique. The chocolate and mentaiko (spicy cod roe) were particularly delicious! While renowned bakeries have more delicious croissants, this place feels more like a pastry shop. The perfect size, crispy and chewy texture are the secrets to its popularity.

- Ordered items: 8 croissants, including regular and chocolate croissants.
- Cuisine: Enjoyed for breakfast. The croissants had a crispy texture with a buttery taste and just the right amount of sweetness.
- I had been curious about them for a while, as the shop always had a nice aroma. The set of regular and chocolate croissants was a good deal in terms of cost per piece.
- It seems like a croissant boom is on the rise. I also had them for breakfast the next day and was able to start my morning elegantly.

I saw a delicious croissant on TV and was impressed, so I decided to go to the dessert shop (lol). They had five flavors: plain, chocolate, mentaiko (spicy cod roe), sweet potato, and rice flour. I was particularly interested in the mentaiko flavor! I wanted to try all the flavors, so I got a set of five. You can buy them individually or in sets, which is convenient depending on the situation. The mentaiko croissant had plenty of filling inside and was crispy and delicious. The chocolate flavor had chunks of chocolate inside, and although I ate it right away when I bought it, I think it would have been even better if I had warmed it up to melt the chocolate inside. When I bought it, it wasn't hot, so overall, I think it's better to take it home and warm it up before eating.

I'm in Osaka. Osaka is in the north. In Umeda. I found this shop near Grand Building, just across the pedestrian crossing from Est. There was a line in front of the shop, so I decided to join it out of curiosity. As I waited in line, I checked the sign and saw that they were famous for their petit croissants from Hakata. I sometimes go to Hakata, but I had never noticed this shop before. Anyway, it was soon my turn. I decided to order two sets of 5 different kinds of croissants since it was my first time buying. The staff, a lady, seemed quite busy and had a serious expression, but she was polite when taking my order. The croissants were firmly gripped with tongs, making it easy to pay quickly. The chocolate and sweet potato fillings were surprisingly generous and delicious. The plain one was also tasty with lots of butter. But I think I liked the chocolate and sweet potato ones the most.

Today I bought some croissants here. While strolling around Umeda, the smell of freshly baked bread wafted towards me. There were a few people lined up in front of the shop... I hesitated, but the bright smile of the lady at the back of the line holding the signboard made me give in and join the queue. There were various flavors to choose from, ranging from the standard ones to unique ones like sweet potato and mentaiko. I found it hard to decide, so I ended up getting a set of 10. The next morning, I lightly toasted one and had it with some butter. It was crispy and buttery, indeed delicious! The size is small, but easy to eat. However, croissants are really high in calories, aren't they? Thank you for the meal!

The smell of butter is surrounding the area, drawing people in. I lined up as if being pulled in. They offer five types: plain, chocolate, rice flour, sweet potato, and mentaiko. For those who are indecisive, I recommend the set of 25 pieces. You can't go wrong with the chocolate flavor. Thank you for the delicious meal. DQ brand work clothes.

This eye-catching store in Umeda always has long lines, and what catches your attention is their croissant specialty store. Croissants are delicious, right? I love them... The croissants from this store are small-sized and easy to eat, yet still delicious, which is why I love them. They have various flavors and also offer sets for sale, making it easy and convenient to buy. It's a great choice as a souvenir as well. Thank you for your support. ----------------------------------------------- Instagram: onikumagrm
