Located in Fukuoka City Chuo-ku, adjacent to Fukuoka PayPay Dome, is the shopping mall Mark Is Fukuoka Momochi. On the 3rd floor food court of this mall, you can find a sushi restaurant called Kanazawa Maimon Sushi Mark Is Fukuoka Momochi. Kanazawa Maimon Sushi was founded in Kanazawa City, Ishikawa Prefecture in 2000 by President Koji Kinoshita, who also served as the chairman of the Japan Conveyor Belt Sushi Association. The restaurant became popular for its commitment to using fresh fish caught in the local Sea of Japan, preparing sushi upon customer's order by skilled chefs. Despite being categorized as conveyor belt sushi, the menu is only displayed on screens, and chefs promptly serve freshly made sushi upon order. The restaurant chain expanded nationwide, and in 2018, it landed in Kyushu for the first time at Kanazawa Maimon Sushi Mark Is Fukuoka Momochi. The restaurant has won the hearts of seafood-loving Hakata locals. After watching an NPB Hawks vs. Buffaloes game at Fukuoka PayPay Dome, celebrating the Hawks' victory over Buffaloes pitcher Yamamoto, who won the Sawamura Award last year, we had a victory party at Kanazawa Maimon Sushi. We enjoyed a sushi platter called Kaga Hyakumangoku Nigiri as the main dish, along with our favorite sushi selections a la carte. We also had beer, and the total bill was just under 10,000 yen. Considering the quality of the fresh sushi, this price is reasonable. It's easy to see why this place is so popular. Among the dining options in Mark Is Fukuoka Momochi, this restaurant stands out as a top contender. We highly recommend it and will definitely visit again. Thank you for the delicious meal.

We came back with our family after enjoying a delicious solo lunch here. Reservations are not accepted, so we took a number tag and waited for a notification on our phone. The main seating is at the counter, with only four booth seats available. We were contacted relatively quickly. Although it's called a conveyor belt sushi restaurant, the sushi doesn't actually rotate on a belt. You order using a tablet and the dishes are brought to your table on a lane. The tuna, Nodoguro from Noto, white shrimp, crab, etc. were all delicious. The rice was small and elegant. We had the Nodoguro with sudachi and salt, and it was tasty with a good amount of fat. They also have rare Noto soy sauce here. The Hokkaido direct delivery grilled sardine was so good that we ordered it twice. We tried sea urchin, crab miso, and more (my husband had about three beers) before paying. The bill was similar to what we would pay at Hyotan Sushi in Tenjin. We definitely want to come back with our family again.

This was my third visit to the restaurant. Whenever I go to Markis, I feel like coming here. I visited during lunchtime on a busy day, with a Dome Live event causing an even longer line than usual. I had to wait for about an hour. It had been a while since my last visit, and I noticed that the prices had gone up. Considering they were already quite high to begin with, it's getting a bit tough... The portion sizes also seemed smaller than before... But the sushi is still delicious, so I would like to come back when I have some extra money.

I went back to a restaurant I had been to before because they served expensive but delicious sushi. However, this time the prices had gone up and the quality of the sushi seemed to have declined. The sweet shrimp lacked sweetness and even had a slight bitterness to it. It was still tasty, but it no longer had that special touch, which was disappointing.

I love Kaitenzushi, and this place is my favorite. It's always crowded, but you can apparently make reservations. I went with my family, but it was quite expensive. The delicious taste made us eat too much. We arrived near closing time, so there were few options left, which was a bit disappointing.

I visited Kanazawa Maimon Sushi for the first time since Markis opened. It was quite crowded as expected! I decided to take a ticket from the machine since I was already there. They have a service where they call you when your turn is 2-3 groups away, so you can wander around Markis while you wait, which is convenient. Although conveyor belt sushi is not cheap, the quality here makes it feel worth it. Since I was mainly there to watch baseball, I quickly enjoyed the sushi at Maimon. The staff's hospitality was also excellent. Thank you for the meal!

It is a revolving sushi restaurant, but the prices are quite high. However, the taste surpasses regular revolving sushi. Sometimes, it's a bit disappointing because you don't feel like you're getting a good deal. I was surprised to see gas shrimp on the menu, which is not commonly found in Kyushu.

Before watching a movie, I visited the restaurant after a long time. There were many inbound customers. I pulled a reservation ticket and waited. After about 30 minutes, my number was called. When I looked at the menu on the tablet, many items were already sold out. I ordered three dishes for now. Huh? Is that all there is? Since there were no other menu items I wanted to try, I just settled for what I ordered. I quickly ate at another restaurant and then headed to the movie theater.

The reception is at the EPARK terminal at the entrance. You will receive a notification on your mobile phone when it's your turn. The tables and dishes are elegant in a Kanazawa style. You can enjoy various types of shrimp that are not often seen in Kyushu. The images show assorted sashimi (spring) and (regular).

This is a popular sushi restaurant in Marukizuhodo. I visited here with my daughter after going to the hospital in Nishishin, and we decided to stop by because we were hungry. This place is known for always having long lines, but since we went at a slightly later time, we were able to enter smoothly without waiting. We ordered a sushi assortment and a negitoro roll with pickled radish. The sushi was delicious, just as the reviews said.

When I tried to compare Hanai Kada with Takao, there was a line of about 8 people in front of Takao, so I decided to visit this restaurant opposite Takao. Due to the current situation, there were no items rotating on the conveyor belt in front of the seats. A female staff member on the floor operated a tablet and explained the set menu called "Korinbo: 2,680 yen" which includes miso soup. I chose this option as it seemed convenient. After 4 minutes, a plate with 6 pieces of sushi and a roll, as well as a small plate with anago (conger eel) were served across the counter. Then, I was given two separate bills for the dishes (1,560 yen and 1,120 yen). The most expensive option, "Kenroku," was priced at 3,120 yen for two plates. Despite some slight doubts about the thickness of the lean tuna, the sushi was delicious and I was ready to head to the theater with a satisfied stomach.

We made a reservation for Sunday at 2 PM and were able to enter at 3 PM! The food was consistently delicious. We enjoyed our meal while having drinks, and it seemed like many others were doing the same. It's recommended to make a reservation and do some shopping while waiting. They will call you when your table is ready, and even if you don't make it in time, they will accommodate you for the next available slot.

I used this restaurant for the first time. I happened to hear about this place (talking about Hokuriku) from a friend and coincidentally went shopping at Markis, so I decided to go in. We had to wait for about 2 groups, but it was within an acceptable range. The explanation of the system was also very polite! Every dish was beautiful and delicious... I was impressed. I was so amazed that I even forgot to take a photo. Next time, I want to come with my children who love fish!

On a cold Sunday, we visited Markis to warm up with a friend. We had our usual meal at Maimon Sushi! The popular nigiri sushi set included seared, foie gras, and five pieces of white shrimp from Kanazawa, which were delicious. However, I'm not a fan of foie gras. The chef remembered us and greeted us warmly. We will definitely go back again!

The difference in hunger levels between my partner and the elderly made us choose a place where the meal is short but the wait is long. So we ended up at a rotating sushi restaurant. Even though Fukuoka is known for its fish, this place was better than the major chains. It seems like we reached the limit of rotating sushi restaurants. The elderly is full now, while my partner keeps eating tuna and other dishes. It's delicious, with a smile on their face. Unfortunately, the elderly is the designated driver so they can't have sake. We promised to come back and have a drink next time. I will make sure to write about it again.

When I go to Markis, I almost always visit♪ It's always crowded with customers, but there are plenty of seats and the turnover is fast, so the wait time is not that long. When you think of a sushi restaurant, you might expect to spend a leisurely two hours, but here you can enjoy your favorite dishes quickly and deliciously! The quality of the sushi here far exceeds that of conveyor belt sushi, haha. It's great for a quick meal in between shopping trips^_^ Although it's a conveyor belt sushi restaurant, the sushi is not actually on a conveyor belt; you order and they make it for you. The fish is not dry, and there is no fishy smell. You can choose the amount of rice to your liking - either normal or less. They also offer regular soy sauce as well as Kyushu soy sauce. There is also ponzu sauce and salt, so you can season your sushi to your preference! My favorite dish is the seared nodoguro (blackthroat sea perch) - I order it every time♡ Sprinkle some salt and kabosu citrus on it...I want to eat it again! Highly recommended☆

I came to Fukuoka but ended up going to Mark Is and then to Kanazawa Maimon Sushi. Since it was an early morning flight, I got hungry around lunchtime and went to Mark Is Momochi for some sushi. The pictures of the dishes on the menu looked delicious, and I wanted something light, so I went to the conveyor belt sushi. It turned out to be quite authentic. The Kaga Hyakumangoku Nigiri was 1560 yen for 5 pieces, and it included things like nodoguro, which tasted really good. I quickly finished eating and headed to my next destination. The sushi was all fresh, and I thought next time I would like to spend more and try more dishes. I will definitely visit again when I come back to Fukuoka.

I went to Mark Is Momochi in Fukuoka for the second time in my life and couldn't decide what to eat. After much deliberation, I decided to visit Kanazawa Maimon Sushi. It was a late lunch, so I didn't have to wait in line to get in. I ordered my favorite toppings like striped jack, firefly squid, grilled squid fin, yellowtail, and salmon. They made the sushi after I placed my order. The toppings were large and delicious, totally different from the 100 yen conveyor belt sushi I usually go to. Treating yourself to luxury once in a while is nice. It was a very satisfying lunch. Thank you for the meal. I will visit again.

The sushi is reasonably priced, with some plates starting at around 300 yen and some going over 1000 yen, but each piece has a rich natural sweetness. You can choose to have wasabi or not, and also choose the amount of rice. Sushi is automatically delivered to your table via a touch panel, ensuring that you get freshly made sushi. The interior of the restaurant is beautifully decorated in a traditional Japanese style. The staff are all friendly and welcoming, and the restaurant is open to everyone. We went at 11 o'clock and it was crowded, but that's to be expected in this location. It was convenient to receive a phone call when our turn came up on EPARK.
