Petit Prince seemed like a place I could finally visit after not being able to go for many years. I had been wanting to try the pie made with a whole peach that comes out at this time of year, and I finally got the chance to visit. The shop had a grand presence with a large box and was constantly filled with customers. The cakes, priced at 400-500 yen, were lined up beautifully and did not look out of place. It reminded me of a similar impression to Doel in the neighborhood, showing that it is loved by the locals. I called ahead to reserve the whole peach pie that I was interested in. By the evening, it was already sold out at the store, so I was glad I had reserved it. I also bought a cup dessert with peach and Awa Washi sugar cream, and a lemon cake that can last for a few days. I wanted to buy the cream puffs that I always try at new shops, but unfortunately, they were not available. The peach pie was stunning with its round peach shape, and the taste of the peach was truly delicious. It's a rare find to use such delicious peaches in this style of material-focused dessert. Although it was a bit pricey at 756 yen, I was very satisfied. I want to come back to buy more before the season ends. The lemon cake was not to my liking (I prefer icing that is crunchy), but the Special Box Strawberry, a roll-sized cake priced at 2,160 yen, caught my eye as many customers were buying it. I always enjoy seeing customers happily gathering at a cake shop. It's nice to see a place that doesn't change its stance despite its high popularity. I thought it was enviable for the people in the neighborhood to have such a cake shop nearby.

The juicy grapes with elegant sweetness of the cream were delicious~(>_<) And the moist and fluffy sponge. A more affordable and delicious cake than department stores. Petit Prince has been buying cakes from them for a while, and this is actually my second time trying their cream puff. The cream puff costs ¥194 and has a double filling of custard and whipped cream. The pastry is not super crispy but not dry either, with almonds adding a nice touch. It's really delicious and the fact that it's under 200 yen makes it a great value for money. Plus, it's packed with cream, which is a nice surprise. The first time I bought their cream puff, I was actually there for the cakes but ended up getting the cream puff instead, and it was a real winner. It's satisfyingly filling and delicious.

The shop is clean and has a cute atmosphere. I tried the melon shortcake and the melon was sweet, overall it had a nice level of sweetness and was delicious. There was a cake with a whole melon on top in the shop, and I thought it would be interesting to try.

The new place? It was a beautiful shop! It's spacious, bright, and has a nice atmosphere. It was great to have a parking lot in the back. I was interested in the melon dessert served in a cup, but unfortunately it was already sold out. Personally, I think the cakes are larger than usual, reasonably priced, and have a very good sponge texture that melts in your mouth and tastes delicious. Without a doubt, the cost performance is excellent!

My sister practically ate all the Santa Claus and heart-shaped chocolates that were on the cake... (^^;) lol We ate it after dinner, and it was easy to eat without the typical overwhelming sweetness of chocolate, leaving no heaviness. My father said, "It's quite delicious. I can eat this!" and seeing him happily eating was impressive. This was my first time reserving a Christmas cake, and it was well received by my family. I came to Puchi-Prance, known for their cheese souffle and pudding. In the past few years, I have been visiting famous sweets shops and my eyes have become accustomed, so I didn't notice this place. The owner chef of this shop seems to run various patisseries, and their Gulliver choux cream at the Expo store is quite popular. It looks like a regular Madeleine, not like the fancy ones from Gokan. So, how does it taste? Well, first of all, the texture is fluffy! It feels like eating a biscuit in the air, very light and fluffy! The taste of eggs is prominent, probably because they use a lot of eggs (looking at the ingredients list, eggs are listed first, so they must be using the most eggs). There is also a subtle orange fragrance throughout. Overall, it is more affordable than Gokan, but they still focus on using quality ingredients. It was delicious! I will buy it again!

One day, a client told me, "Try the apple pie from Petit France. I like their apple pie more than anywhere else!" So, when I visited that client, I brought the apple pie. I bought it and thought, "It does look delicious!" but I did not eat it myself. This time, I had the opportunity to purchase one for myself as a break from work. So, I apologize, but I only tried the Fuji apple pie. Luckily, they had just finished baking a hot apple pie and generously spread apricot jam on it for me to purchase. The box was also hot. Lucky me! My thoughts: The pie crust is crispy and crunchy. Since it was freshly baked, it was crispy when I bit into it. The apple slices are quite large, and the taste is mostly sweet and sour from the baked apples with a hint of cinnamon. I ate white chocolate and strawberry chocolate from a cake shop on the street. The outside was crispy and the inside was moist and delicious. I could really taste the strawberry aroma.
