The soup uses Wakayama's Yuya shoyu, with a salty taste and a rich shoyu flavor with a hint of sweetness. The yuzu and charred green onions are a nice accent, leaving a refreshing aftertaste. The noodles are medium-thick straight noodles with a good chewy texture. The toppings include two large slices of pork belly chashu, menma, naruto, and green onions. I recently tried cup ramen with just noodles and soup, but the ramen here is so delicious that it would be satisfying with just noodles and soup. I ordered the half portion set for 1,000 yen from the weekday lunch menu. While snacking on kimchi, the dish arrived in a few minutes. The noodles were thick with a good chewiness. The soy sauce-based soup was not too strong, making it easy to eat. It's clear why this dish is popular. It was so delicious that I ended up putting too much noodles in my mouth, like how actress Kiko Mizuhara eats, and I regretted it. I found the fried rice to be lightly seasoned.
