- Order Menu: Niseko Classic Burger with Cheese Topping Combo Set (including drink and fries) for 2,000 yen.
- Review: I came here to eat a hamburger! There are many different options, but I chose the basic classic burger with cheese topping. The burger was delicious, but what surprised me the most was the fries. They were made from potatoes that were stored under the snow in Niseko, which made them very fluffy and sweet! They are the best fries I've ever had. They also have smoothies and lunch plates available, so I feel like I could come back here multiple times.

I went to Niseko Drive and had a great time! I wanted to try the fried potatoes here, and they were just as delicious as always - sweet and tasty. The hamburgers are also easy to eat and disappear quickly. It's not too crowded here, so I recommend it! Thank you for the meal! 😊

Having a family day out at the river, we were all sweating like crazy. We found a restaurant with a kids' play area on the second floor, so we decided to have lunch there. The kids were having a blast playing while I was sweating non-stop in the hot second-floor without air conditioning. Despite that, I ordered the curry with minced cutlet. It was a spicy curry, but refreshing, and the minced cutlet was light and not breaded. It was my first time trying something like that. The price was a bit on the expensive side, as expected in Niseko, but it was delicious, so all good. Thank you for the meal! (-人-)

The hamburger was quite delicious. The round fried potatoes that came with the burger were sweet and tasty! They were apparently winter potatoes. The pork cutlet curry with Misakari herb pork was a bit disappointing. I was looking forward to it but the meat was tough... I bought a chocolate banana smoothie on the way back and took it home. That was also delicious!

I drove to Niseko! There was a bit of traffic around Jozankei, but it was smooth sailing to Niseko after that. It's been a while since summer, but Niseko in May is still quite cold. I found this restaurant on social media and decided to go there. I called ahead to place an order for two sets of Niseko Classic Burgers, with one topped with cheese. I also ordered curry since I was hungry. The curry turned out to be a vegan curry, light and a bit spicy, but delicious. The burgers were generously sized and tasty, with flavorful patties that I could eat without ketchup. They also provide ketchup and mustard for self-service. The fries were crispy and delicious, made from Niseko potatoes. The colorful and spacious interior makes it a great place for families. I wonder if they allow dogs too? It's also possible to eat outside, which I'd like to try on a sunny day. I was pleasantly surprised that I could get in and eat without much of a wait. I definitely want to go back. Thank you for the meal!

Located at the entrance of Niseko, across from Soba no Ichimura, this cafe caught my attention when I visited the adjacent Seven-Eleven before. The menu is extensive, offering dishes such as Eggs Benedict, curry, one-plate lunches, and a variety of hamburgers. The prices are reasonable, and the food is decent. The standout for me was the sweet and delicious potatoes. I visited around noon, and there was parking available in front of the cafe. Ordering is done before entering, so it's best to decide on your order beforehand. I opted for the Beef Burger set, which came with potatoes and a drink. The burger was small but tasty, with a generous amount of cabbage. The sauce was a bit lacking in quantity, but the overall taste was mild and easy to enjoy. The potatoes, made from local winter potatoes, were incredibly sweet and satisfying. The cafe also had a clean restroom. Overall, I would recommend this place and look forward to trying their other dishes in the future.

I wanted to eat cake, but it seemed like it had ice cream on top, making it difficult for takeout. I had an almond iced latte at a sweet cafe. It cost 600 yen, but the plastic cup it came in was small. I wonder if this is normal in Niseko. It was delicious! The burgers and colorful smoothies looked tempting. There were many foreigners on the terrace, making it picturesque. I would like to have lunch here sometime. Thank you for the meal!

The fried potato made from Niseko-grown winter potatoes is delicious. The patty is thin.

Continuing the middle-aged men's trip to Hokkaido. We decided to try some activities during our trip, so we went paintballing. It's like a survival game where you shoot paintballs at each other using big air guns. It was quite fun, even though it hurt when you got hit. After the game, we had lunch at a nearby cafe. We ordered hamburgers with sliced tomatoes and cutlets, served with fries. We sat on the terrace, enjoying our meal while feeling pleasantly tired from the activity. The food tasted great, maybe because we had worked up an appetite. It was a nice place to relax and eat outside. If you get the chance, give it a try. We'll definitely go back again.

Walking in Hilton's spacious garden didn't make me hungry... Across the street, Ichimura, a hand-made soba restaurant, still had a long line. Since it was delicious last time, I decided to wait until I got hungry here at this café. The interior, renovated from a traditional house, was narrow and long, creating a calm atmosphere. We chose a terrace seat. It's a bit chilly this season, but the view is nice, facing the road, and it's very rural and relaxing. Except for the fact that I was waiting for my drink while playing with my phone, not very calm. Fruit tea arrived! The knitted table seemed a bit unstable, but it held up fine. The drink had lots of raspberry, blueberry, and lemon slices with ice. I devoured it all. But the espresso in the tray was mediocre. Hmm, maybe it's not the beans but the skill of the person who brewed it. Well, should I go line up at Ichimura now?

I came to play a fun game using paintball bullets, which shoot out with gas and fly about 50 meters. It hurts a lot when you get hit (lol). After enjoying this game, I was greeted with a delicious-looking hamburger from the trendy restaurant next door! It was a set menu, so I'm not sure about the details, but it looked tasty (lol). The hamburger was huge and satisfying! It seemed like it had been made a while ago, but it still hit the spot. My stomach is happy (lol).

Welcome to the newly opened cafe, Fujisushi Niseko, located in Hirafu. This cafe is perfect for a quick break during the ski season, open from 7am serving morning to lunch. The ingredients used here are mostly sourced from Niseko, including the Niseko Burger I tried. The burger consists of buns made with Niseko potatoes, topped with the famous pork Yorkshire chashu, purple beets, snow cabbage, and snow carrots coleslaw. The buns were moist and flavorful with the potato fibers coming through, the chashu was perfectly cooked with a subtle flavor, and the beets added a colorful and crunchy element. The side of fried potatoes were also delicious, made with Niseko potatoes. This cafe is a must-visit during your trip to Niseko, and I'm looking forward to trying their popular pancakes next time. Thank you for the delicious meal!
