Today, for some reason, I was craving yakiniku from the morning! I wanted to eat delicious yakiniku, so I was thinking about where to go... I wanted a place where quality mattered more than quantity, not an all-you-can-eat place, and somewhere I could go on the same day... Mambou was closed, but Satsuma Gyutan seemed like a good choice, but I wasn't sure if it was available... I decided to go and check it out. The parking lot was about 70% full, so I went in and luckily found an open table. I chose the "Special Sirloin Yakiniku Lunch" from the menu and also ordered extra Upper Belly Kalbi. The quality of the meat here is very good, and they also sell various types of raw meat nearby. Sometimes I buy raw minced cutlets and cream croquettes here and fry them at home, and they turn out delicious. Soon, the Sirloin Yakiniku Lunch arrived on a tray. The thick-cut sirloin came with salt, pepper, and sauce, on top of a green salad with potato salad, kimchi, spinach namul, rice, and miso soup. The extra Upper Belly Kalbi also arrived on a separate plate, so I started grilling it. The sirloin, about 1cm thick, was cut into sticks, making it easy to grill, and the marbling was quite visible as the fat dripped from the heat. I grilled it until it had a slight char on the outside, and it was cooked to a medium-rare state. It was very tender, and the juices overflowed in my mouth, melting away with just a little chew! This was an incredibly delicious sirloin steak! Next, I marinated it in the Gyutan sauce. It's a popular sauce sold separately at Gyutan, with a unique yakiniku flavor that becomes addictive, and the meat melted in my mouth here too. I kept resetting my palate with the salad while enjoying the meal, and the potato salad with plenty of vegetables was also delicious. I then grilled the Upper Belly Kalbi. It was about 5mm thick and had marbling that didn't seem like belly meat at all! The fat melted quickly from the heat, causing flames to rise. I grilled it lightly, and to my surprise, it was even more tender than the sirloin! It melted without needing to be chewed. While the portion of meat may seem small at first glance, I was satisfied with the excess intake of meat juices and marbled fat at my age. If it had been lean meat, I might have been able to eat a bit more, but the tenderness and juicy texture of this meat make it a delicious treat worth looking forward to for the next time! My mouth was shiny with satisfaction, so I decided to stop at this point today. It was a very delicious yakiniku lunch! I don't need it every day, but occasionally could be good! I'll be mindful of my cholesterol and high blood fat and come back to eat again! It was really delicious! Thank you for the meal! Phew!

Today, my family and I visited a yakiniku restaurant run by a local butcher shop. It had been a while since our last visit for a weekend lunch. I ordered the "E Black Wagyu Beef and Vegetable Teppanyaki Stamina Stir-Fry Lunch" from the "Today's recommended lunch" menu, while my family ordered the "B Mixed Fry Lunch." The cold tea was delicious. After a while, my family's mixed fry arrived, which included rice, mains (mini pork cutlets, minced cutlets, croquettes), pickles, miso soup, tonkatsu sauce, and dressing. The mini pork cutlets were a bit tough, but they seemed satisfied, especially with the potato salad they love. However, even though the restaurant was not busy, my order was significantly delayed. It arrived about 20 minutes after my family had almost finished eating. The dish looked visually appealing with large pieces of bonito dancing on the teppan. The beef, bell peppers, eggplant, cabbage, and green onions were cooked in a light yakiniku sauce and were delicious. The teppan was not overly hot, so there were no oil splatters, making it easy to eat. I asked for a free refill of rice and finished my meal. I couldn't see the kitchen, but there seems to be an issue with the timing of food preparation. Overall, the service was okay. Thank you for the meal.

I visited for lunch. I'm glad they have lunch on Sundays too. And you can have seconds of rice and miso soup. I really liked the taste of this miso soup so I had seconds. The amount of meat may not be much, but I was satisfied with the meal. You can also buy the potato salad that came with the lunch at the butcher shop next door. Thank you for the meal.

Today, I came here with my family. Despite being full of energy, the abnormal heat made us feel like we might be suffering from summer fatigue. In times like this, we just need to eat meat! We arrived a little after 12pm and as usual, it seems to be quite popular here. I ordered the "Three kinds of greedy grilled meat lunch" from the many lunch menu options, while my family ordered the "Hamburger lunch". We chose oxtail soup over miso soup. The three kinds of meat included were loin, kalbi, and harami, along with rice, soup, and kimchi. Although it's called "greedy", the amount of meat was quite moderate. When you dip the meat in the fruity sauce and eat it with rice, it's really delicious. The hamburger took about 10 minutes to arrive, but it was thick and made with plenty of black wagyu beef and onions, which left my family satisfied. I asked for a free refill of rice and finished it all, but wait, they don't offer complimentary drinks after the meal anymore! Compared to my last visit, the service and cost performance were slightly down, but I will still come back again. Thank you for the meal.

In Osaka Hirakata, I casually ordered the Chateaubriand at "Satsuma no Uotaro" and it was delicious! The ribeye was also tasty! The cherry blossom yukhoe was also delicious. This is a butcher shop and yakiniku restaurant along the road in Toukaede. There are two entrances, with the right side leading to the butcher shop and the left side to the yakiniku restaurant. The lunch menu includes several types of yakiniku lunch sets, as well as Western-style lunches using meat. The ginger pork, where you can choose between black wagyu beef (980 yen) and domestic beef (880 yen), is particularly popular. However, as it was my first time there and I didn't want to spend too much, I ordered the harami set (980 yen). Rice and miso soup are free refills, and the drink served is tea, not water. The set includes rice, miso soup, kimchi, and salad. The rice is delicious, but the standout is the miso soup. It has a sweet and flavorful taste of barley miso. It's rare to find a set meal restaurant that serves miso soup with such a good flavor. The soup contains carrots, pumpkin, onions, and daikon, in a modest portion. The salad consists of a potato salad with a hint of sweetness from the egg yolk, and the cabbage slaw with a well-balanced dressing stimulates the appetite. As for the meat, it's tender to chew but offers a slight resistance when bitten deeply. Nevertheless, the umami flavor is rich and delicious. However, the sauce is a bit fruity and heavy for my taste. After the meal, I also took a look at the butcher shop. In addition to selling meat, they offer roasted pork, fried chicken, raw fried items, retort curries, and original sauces. Although it's located in a slightly inconvenient place, I would like to visit again sometime.

I visited the restaurant after two months and found that the lunch menu had been renewed! Previously, all the yakiniku dishes did not come with grilled vegetables, but now they do! Also, in addition to kimchi, namul is now included! The sukiyaki meat used to be regular loin, so I always had to pay extra to upgrade to premium loin, but now it has been upgraded to premium loin as standard! My mother had the sukiyaki lunch, and I had the Kalbi three kinds assortment C lunch. The famous miso soup was as delicious as ever! The rice was also freshly cooked and delicious! My mother wished there were tofu or chrysanthemum leaves in the sukiyaki, but she said it was still delicious. We also received a mini tonkatsu, which was not on the menu before. It used to have a strong fried smell, but this time it was delicious without that smell! Bull Taro has improved even more than before. I will definitely come back again in the future! I visited Sato Hospital nearby and decided to try their restaurant for the first time. The lunch hours are very short, from 12 to 1:30, and they close at 2 pm. They have a very attractive menu with options like chicken nanban, black wagyu sukiyaki, hamburger, and BBQ set. I was torn between the choices but ended up getting the hamburger set. It was served with a thick and juicy hamburger, salad, miso soup, and shiny rice. The rice and miso soup are refillable, which is amazing! The dressing on the salad was delicious, and the potato salad was tasty too. The hamburger was firm yet tender, with a gentle flavor. I enjoyed the meal so much that I look forward to eating here again during my next visit to the hospital. Visited again and tried the chicken nanban, which was delicious with crispy coating and homemade tartar sauce. The salad was still tasty, and the miso soup was homey and delicious, so I had three refills (laughs). Next time, I might try the sukiyaki or mixed fry. Visited again and had the BBQ lunch this time. I ordered the special sirloin lunch, the skirt steak lunch, and added chicken thigh, sausage, and special harami. Everything was tender and very delicious.

On a windy Sunday morning, I suddenly felt like having some yakiniku (*≧∀≦*). So, I decided to visit this popular local restaurant. This place is connected to a butcher shop, and I have bought meat from there many times, but it's my first time eating here. When I arrived just before noon, there were a couple of groups waiting to be seated. The inside of the restaurant was calm and spacious, with a nice atmosphere. There were six 4-person tables on the left side, two 4-6 person tables on the right side, and two sunken kotatsu tables, all with plenty of space. The middle area was connected to the kitchen of the neighboring butcher shop, where orders were taken and dishes were served. I had already decided on the "yakiniku set" after some research, while my family took some time to decide on their order. Eventually, they chose the "tonkatsu set." However, after some confusion, they ended up ordering the "misuji set," which turned out to be a thick piece of beautifully marbled black wagyu beef. I couldn't resist taking a bite, and it was incredibly juicy and delicious. My yakiniku set came with potato salad, kimchi, rice, miso soup, and a fruity and tasty original sauce. The food was all delicious and not skimped on. Despite the mix-up in the order, we were satisfied with the quality of the meal. The restaurant also offered coffee or iced coffee after the meal, which was a nice touch. The portion size was a bit small, but the quality of the meat made up for it. The shiny rice and miso soup were also free for refills. Overall, it was a satisfying lunch, and I would definitely consider coming back again. The restaurant is wheelchair accessible, with separate restrooms for men and women equipped with bidets, and has parking available.
