Otto has been to the restaurant recently with friends twice. I went once before it was rebuilt and about three times after the renovation. My initial impression was "The chicken broth soup is delicious!! I could drink the soup to the last drop." Before the renovation, they served rice balls and pickled radish. Keipon Master recommended me to go there, so I decided to give it a try. It was around 12:00 on a weekday. There were groups at the table, a Yakult salesman at the counter, and an elderly couple at the counter near the kitchen. I was able to sit at the counter near the kitchen, feeling a bit anxious that the Yakult salesman might be from a big company. The old lady next to me was amazing. She was eating ramen and then scooped up the fried rice with the plate (゚д゚)! The old man finished eating and was waiting. The waitress brought water and said, "Let me know when you're ready to order." Another customer arrived. It seemed like they were a regular and they chatted a bit. After the conversation, the customer said, "Okay. I'll have the soy sauce ramen, please." The waitress then said to the regular customer, "Oh, I forgot to bring water for you. When you're a regular, water doesn't come automatically, haha." The waitress was laughing. In the past, the father would cook, and the mother would serve, but now it seems like the mother cooks and the daughter serves. Soon, the ramen arrived. Wow, the clear soup!! MZS First, the soup... it was piping hot!! So delicious! The broth was made from chicken bones and clear pork bones? The broth was really flavorful. "I could drink this whole bowl," I thought (although I surprisingly added some black pepper halfway through). The noodles were a subtle thickness between medium and medium-thin. It just goes so well with the soup. The toppings included bamboo shoots, gluten, green onions, and a tough slice of pork loin. There were no tissues, so I took one out of my bag to blow my nose. Also, there was nowhere to hang my jacket, so I had to put it on my lap. This is something they should improve. It reminded me of the light ramen at "Sasaki" in Kitami. The clear broth was just so delicious. I also thought that memories captured in photos are nice. I thought about how it becomes a part of history. Food video https://youtu.be/8Q7ziyOnZGY
